I have been to the location in Scarsdale and have never had an issue. This was my third time coming to this location. The first two times the system was down and they could not put my points in. I was told to keep the receipt but unfortunately had lost it. I went today to make yet another large purchase and explained to the cashier the system issue. I told her I had no problem showing her my statements that I had indeed shopped there etc. She immediately told me “no not possible” I said in a nice way that I didn’t think it was fair that it would be the client’s fault if their system was down. She in an extremely rude and combative way said and I quote “well it’s not our problem neither we lost $330,000 in inventory due to a flood so it doesn’t fall on us” why would the customer need to know that? Newsflash!! My purchase is contributing to your loss of inventory isn’t that how business works? I’m also a business owner and would never speak to a client that way. It didn’t sit right with me I immediately told her she can keep the clothes that I would never enter that establishment again. I rather spend full price elsewhere which I did and was treated like a human being.

Love this chain store, wish I had more time in it, but I did manage to find $100 (about 20-30 items) worth of clothes for my daughter in the literally 10min I had before the store closed. Great items, very lightly used. I also saw lots of great baby items that I dont needI only left the star off due to lack of time in the store. Your staff members, from our small encounter, were awesome, friendly and inviting. The store layout, open and clean and the items were well kept and plentiful. The left off star has no reflection on my experience except that it was sadly limited. Maybe subconsciously I left it off to give myself more reason to go back.

Very quality toys, kid dresses, shoes.... with a reasonabe price! Personally, I prefer donating my stuffs instead of selling there. They barely give you any money back even if you have brand name or brand new stuffs. Overall, great place to save money and the place itself is really nice better than previous location.

I love once upon a child! I usually go to Meriden, but decided to give this one a chance they had a VERY slim selection and while cashing out the cashier was VERY rude. I’m always greeted and asked to enter my number for rewards this young lady didn’t say a word but ask if I wanted a bag then never pushed my bag to me from the other side of the plastic barrier. She also placed my card on the counter and never handed to me. I felt like she may have had a personal issue with me. Sad to say I won’t be returning to this location I was wishing to but I won’t

Try another consignment shop to sell your children’s clothes. The barely give you any money back and want your items to basically still have a tag on them. I purchased church pants from here - my son NEVER wore due to covid, I went to return them and they wouldn’t take it. They won’t even buy the same items they’re selling. I had purchased a soccer pajama set and when I got home the shirt was 3T and the pants were 6T but when I brought Jordan Onsies/jackets it had to be sold as the original set so they didn’t take it.Bottom line is the woman who checks the clothes needs a new job and if you can just bring your clothes to another shop.

This is the best store ever. Kids grow so quickly. So clothes need to be purchased often and in mass. As a teen my oldest lives getting her basics there. Many of the clothes I purchase still have tags on them. My favorite is the stuff a bag sale.

I liked buying clothes from here until recently. A lot of the items are getting over priced for it being used. I find nice things but the price is marked as if it was new. The whole point is to buy things in a more affordable price while being a gently used item. Also, I find that they take not only gently used item but some items are very worn out with stains or color fading. I have tried selling some of my baby’s outgrown clothes that he’s only worn once before in excellent condition, but they reject it all. It’s a little upsetting that I bring things that are in great condition and do not take it but I see very old worn out clothes in their racks being sold. I stopped bringing kids clothes here and now just give to goodwill or donate else where.

This was my first time selling items to Once Upon A Child. I wa so disappointed with the price they offered me for a ben full of practically all new items from uggs A&F to name a few . I get they need to resell and make a profit. I will donate all future items before I get taken advantage of again at least I know it is for a good cause. I felt fully taken advantage off.

Ive been a customer for almost 8 years and have been buying and selling back to them. About maybe 2-3 years back I started to notice they are barely taking any of my items in. And their inventory are in worst conditions but trying to sell it. I buy from ya and ya dont take my items back. Sometimes I over buy and my kids dont use all the clothes I buy since Im washing every week. When they outgrow the items, I carefully look through them and bring back the onse I know are good. Already the 2 times I bring medium size bins, they only take whatever they feel like looking through and give me back the rest. When I go through my bins to see whats the problem, I see clothes folded and stacked the same way I gave it to them. They dont care, they dont see everything. They claim they dont accept certain brands and as Im shopping for new clothes for my kids I see they selling the same brands they rejected mine. So I think they do preference on whos items they buy. The majority of my family shop here, and people from my church, so ya about to lose some customers and I will no longer recommend coming here to new parents or ask people to gift my kids with a gift card from here.

Safe/ tons of kids clothes and the stuff is in ex. To like new condition. I spent 1.50Yes one and a half dollars and my grandson likes it so much. I would ask them to do there fill a bag sale again and soon/ we need all the help we can get and by we I mean all of you papas and grammys....haha our kids need us at this time and this store help me get alot for my money.Thank you to the Once upon a time staff for keeping the doors open. Our family has gone here for 5 years since our first child was born. For the first couple of years it was a great place - friendly staff, amazing selection, trade in process was always very strict but I felt it was very fair and when they didn’t accept my items they always politely gave an explanation why.This all changed about three years ago. There was a huge staff turnover. They stopped accepting items and never gave explanation. I thought ok their standards are getting higher which is a good thing. But no. Everything in the store was all of a sudden worn, stained, old. The whole inventory got so much worse. I couldn’t figure it out.I finally witnessed what’s actually happening - the ladies who work there accept items from their friends/family and turn away everyone else. I had come in with two bins of labeled, washed, neatly folded clothing. I was behind a lady who had one small bin of all boy clothes. We started talking while staff was going through our bins. I told her I wish I had boys bc she had some great boy cloths and she told me most of the items were new. They looked new.As the staff is going through our bins an elderly couple comes in with garbage begs of cloths. They both smelled like chronic smokers. They say hello to the staff and it’s obvious they know one of the girls. All of a sudden the staff member throws everything back in my bin and returns it to me saying the cloths smell musty like storage. Same with the lady I was talking to - she throws all of her cloths back and shoved the bins back at us. She then takes the elderly couples bag and accepts every one of their items. Every. One. There was a toy that had food stain on it and the elderly lady takes her sleeve to wipe it. And the staff member just accepts it.My jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I turned to the staff member saying wait so you’re saying all of our cloths are unacceptable but EVERY ONE of the couples items is in good condition? She just rolled her eyes.I have gone back there a couple of times to look through cloths and they inventory is still pretty shabby. I don’t know what the other stores look like but the Milford store is in serious need of quality control and good management.

Great second hand store. I always find clothing items for my daughter. All are either brand new or lightly used. I always trade in as well and they usually take most items. We love shopping here for my daughter because she grows so fast and every season it seems like shes in a new size. Shes 5 years old now and almost 4 feet. This makes it worth it and reasonable for me to shop here.

I am a huge fan of thrift store shopping for myself and especially for my baby since she grows out of everything so fast! I’ve bought a ton of her clothes at once upon a child, they have some great deals and great finds (such as most recently I found a snow suit for $7) However I’ve noticed lately that the clothes are SO disorganized! They are supposed to be sorted by size, and I’ve found that about half of the items hanging in a size section are completely the wrong size. So it takes forever to look through things. It’s almost bad enough that I don’t want to go back. Please take a few more minutes and sort the clothes properly!!!

Many items are new, often with the original price tags still on them. Check out the book.corner, great books at extremely reasonable prices. This place is a great consignment shop!

This is a pretty good store if youre strapped for cash. They have a decent selection if you dont mind searching around. Tons of childrens clothes, a good amount of toys, games, & puzzles for the size of the store. They have some movies as well but I dont know how big the collection is or how their options are. They also have childrens furniture such as cribs and bed frames and strollers. Everything is used so you have to check it out before you buy it. You can also bring your old gently used items to sell to the store. There are certain brands they do and do not accept. They are surprisingly picky bc Ive seen clothes in there with stains for sale and they wouldnt buy perfectly good clothing I brought with zero stains (yes, it was brands they take). So I still dont really understand how that works. All in all its a good place, you get what you pay for.

What a wonderful place!!! Being a Grandma I used to have to buy new because there were no places like Once Upon A Child stores. Everything here is from gently used to new!! And when babies grow so fast they need clothes of different sizes. And the variety here is great!!!

Weve been a customer 4 years. For the first time Im very disappointed with the service. So much so I will not go back and I rather fully donate my clothes and receive no cash at all then to play games with a business I thought had a good reputation.Weve never heard of their 24-hour holding role until the last time we went. And if you have such a rule and please you should make sure your customers are aware of it more than just signing a paper.Weve never left are items more than the. The time needed to review our items. Unfortunately, due to the loss of a parent oh, we were unable to come back the same day. My problem is this, when my husband ask the cashier if it would be okay to come back tomorrow, THIS IS WHEN THE 24 HR RULE SHOULD HAVE BEEN VERBALLY SAID TO THE CUSTONER. She knew of our intent not to return right away and she had an obligation to remind us of a rule we werent aware of.Well upon return we receive cash for the items they decided to take and the rest of the items we were told were donated because they was there more than 24 hours.A) Id rather choose to donate my items in areas I feel the children need it more.B) I dont think our items were donated. There were a lot of new and really nice things and for the amount of money we received I think once we did it show up the cashiers had their pick of our things and even kept our recycling bags!Bad Business. Wont ever go back there oh, it was a total rip-off this time nothing like the past. I gave them two brand new coat with tags, two really good toys that werent even open, and other items I felt were more than the amount I received back.I used to refer them to all kinds of people, on all levels, and this will stop. They are now not on my recommendation list but now on my negative list. Thanks for your bad service and for stealing our things.

I love this store!!! 85 percent of the clothes seem brand new. It gets a little crowded but its worth it. A lot of my grand daughters clothes were bought here, even got her a Graco bassinet in perfect condition.

Great place I have been going to this store for 2 years now. Never had an inconvenience until today I was there around 12:10 to 1230 my daughter was playing with the toys like every other kid that goes in there ( she is 2 1/2) a lady that goes by the name of DH was picking up the toys she seems to be mad because all the toys that were on the floor she was slamming in their blue baskets. My daughter opened a toy and the lady came over and told I had to pay for it. I said ok. When i was ready to pay she came with another toy she claimed my daughter had opened, I got mad because she had the nastiest attitude I had ever seem from someone thats supposed to be kids friendly. Since she was trying to give me a hard time I told her I wanted to see the cameras she said she will not show me the cameras, I requested to speak to her manager and with a smile on her face she said the manager was not there I would not provided the managers name.i ended up paying for the toy and Im not upset about the 6.50 because I spent 98 dollars and only 40 dollars was worth of clothes the rest was toys Im upset about this lady behavior in front of little kids, if she doesnt have patience to work with little kids she shouldnt be there.

Ive shopped at Once Upon A Child in Milford looking for specific items in need. The quality of the used &some new clothing and toys have been impressive and the staff always pleasant and helpful to work with. In selling items, Ive found the price received is acceptable, knowing that the store buys low, so theyre able to sell at a reasonable price. Its a win/win overall.

That was my experience here and apparently it is the staffs experience as well, judging from their demeanor.Ive been both a buyer and a seller at this location and I, like so many others who have submitted reviews, will not return.Initially, I was certain that the staff was racist... They were so incredibly rude to me and yet somewhat professional to the woman who was waiting for her purchases. I think I almost saw one of the sales people smile at her.On this visit, I was was given a 40 minute wait time while my items were reviewed, so I had plenty of time to observe behavior. It became quickly clear that the staff was incredibly rude to individuals who were selling as opposed to those purchasing. This was exactly my experience on past visits as well. Kudos to you, employees! Youre not racist!To the store owner who is often sorry for experiences like mine and who will use this review to train employees and address these issues in an attempt to better this writers experience in the future: Please dont waste your time typing. The readers of these reviews dont believe you and I certainly dont either. Clearly the behavioral problems that your staff are exhibiting have been going on for years and clearly you are doing nothing to change it.To the gentle reader who is considering their consignment options: A Google search will yield a multitude of more appropriate options that will offer you more money for your consignment and is much more likely to do so with a smile.In the future, I would rather donate our gently used items than give this franchisee the opportunity to make another dollar. Three times Ive gone and three times always a reason for them to not take my stuff. Either they were to busy or they didnt want it and today a new one it smells like storage my son is 9 months old how long could it have been in storage they didnt even look threw the stuff it was still folded when they gave it back. Just not a fan of the trade in part. The buy stuff part not bad great prices and tons of inventory. Just be warned youll probably be disappointed in the trade in department.

I love this store been going for both times I have been pregnant you find name brand items for a affordable cost. Today I went there to buy a caboose stroller thatthey had I missed out on it but the girl was so helpful she offered to call the other locations to find what I needed. I had to stop myself from buying things for my grandchildren. The items they sell are in great condition and are reasonably priced.

My first couple of times going their I loved it so I came back naturally one of the girls always remembers me and is very nice !!! but This last time I came back ( and will never return) the experience was horrible First off the amount of money I was offered for clothing that was either name brand, designer label from Europe, or never worn with tags was INSULTING I understand you will never get what you paid but if you have a customer who is known to bring in high quality wheres the loyalty !!!! Then it was as though they were making up petty excuses like the shoes I brought in were to worn which I find hard to believe because most of the shoes were brand new and designer or they were only worn a max of 2 times and Ive seen more worn shoes in worse conditions in their store bins then I was told I didnt have matching tops and bottoms when they only looked in 1 out of 2 bags their attitudes were unpleasant which seems to be a continuing issue judging by the other reviews I have read people have the same complaints as myself so My last experience was my final experience

Huge selection and its nice that theres a local place to trade-in used clothing and items without the hassle of the Facebook marketplace! Obviously, they dont always buy your things (even if you think its the cutest/best stuff ever) but Ive always had good customer service and have been able to find great deals!

These people dont even deserve one star they deserve nothing. They had the nerves to say the clothes i brong in was mildly stained mind you i checked the clothes befor even bringing it in they were all in great condition. The lady that was checking it was rude and look like she was angry at life. Im very dissapointed with my experience honestly. The lady was just going threw the clothes and just throwing them to the side then had the nerves to slam the box to the floor! I should of told her to fold the clothes the same way i had it folded!

Shocked to read the negative reviews. I myself had my first experience selling my sons clothes last week at the Mildord location. Not sure why these other reviewers didnt have the experience I did. Most of the items I brought in had tags and of course all were brand name. The amount of items I sold I found to be fair with what I was given. I made $50 and honestly didnt expect that much. I watched one of the girls go through everything she was super nice!! I left with check in hand a quit a few items they chose not to take which was understandable. The store was extremely clean and well organized! I also felt pricing on clothing was very fair! Im not one to consign I buy name brand in store items. I cant express how impressed I am with how quickly and smoothly everything went. All the places I have used in the past which were not in CT you had to wait until your clothes sold to even get any money. Great place I cant wait to do business again!

Have good collection but expensive for second hand kids stuff. Also they say you could exchange your toys but they they pay one twenty of actual price. I would prefer to donate my stuff to good will instead of exchanging here. also that saves a reasonable in tax too.

Store associate Bonnie was kind. However the value sucks. They charge a fortune for pretty much the same stuff that you bring in and they want to give you pennies! I understand its a business but at least offer us somewhat reasonably priced used clothing.

I love this store. The clothes are good quality, and the majority of the time they have more than enough stocked in the sizes. Just wish they had a store closer to where I live. I live in the northeast corner of the state and the closest one to me is in Manchester. Thats a 40-45 minute drive.

I have had a great experience with Once Upon a Child in Milford. They are a go-to place for me when I need to find some sort of clothing for the kiddos at a lower price. They are picky with what they buy (I have sold to them and usually a lot of things get passed back to me) but that helps ensure the things they are selling are in decent shape. So I guess it depends what you are looking for... maybe not the best place to sell things if you want to unload a ton, but at the same time, its an easy way to bring some things in and get a little money, and then you can donate the rest or find another way/place to sell it. And mostly for me, its a great place to buy the items I need for my kids wardrobes. Mine are all lower elementary or younger and I feel like there is a decent selection.

I actually hated the experience!!!! I called ahead of time do to travel time, I packed two bins after I was told to bring everything. Once I got there I was told to leave bins they would look through it and because there is hour and a half wait, they would call me to comeback ( they close at 5) I waited until 4, they never called so I decided to just go in order to get there before closing. Once I got there, they made me wait in line, very rude lady spoke down to me ( like Im some kind of trash) and told me they picked few things and will give me $16 for it!!!! She also said that if they buy $40 worth of stuff they would give a check ( website never talks about checks!!!!! Cash only) I looked what they take and it was majority of Ralph Lauren cloths, do to travel I just took the rest of things and left!!!! When I got home I realized that the second bin was not even looked at!!!! This lady said they dont want things that are overly used but there were clothes with tags on!!!!! Some I bought in Italy and France and my daughter never wore!!!!! I went on TOTS and same day I placed my daughters things on website, I sold few things and shipping is Free!!!! Sellers dont be fooled by this store, not worth your travel time!!!!? Go sell your things on TOTS!!!!! Save a headache, stay away from those lying, nasty employees at Once Upon Child!!!! Its a scam!!!!!I just received a response from the owner?!It is a shame, not really an apology, just sorry you had bad experience, will forward to my manager!!!!! No wonder this person has rude, unprofessional, inexperienced employees!!!!I was reading previous negative reviews just now and it seems like they are very similar to mine!!! I brought in 4 bins of clothes infant girls up to 12 months they only purchased 6 items and claimed that they wouldnt take the Gerber or any items that were part of an outfit that werent complete. I also brought in a walker for all of the items that I brought in they only offered me $20. On a side note I called in advance and ask them if somebody could help me bring it from the car and they declined however when it was time for me to leave I went to go to my car and pull up to the sidewalk and all my stuff was already out on the curb the staff was rude

Once Upon a Child - Milford, CTThe Once Upon a Child store in Milford, CT is in disarray.. every square foot! The employees are unprofessional and clearly unqualified for the job at hand. I will never return there due to the lack of care given to the items in store... everything was thrown around here, there, and on the floor.. an unclean feel. Store is in poor condition as well as the employees, so sad since it markets around young children.. it should be a happy clean place, but it clearly is NOT.

I love all the stuff they have there but the staff is really rude i was looking for a stroller for my almost 1 month old and the lady wouldnt even look at i am a teen mom but seriously NOT OKAY she wouldnt even help me with the price so i am disspointed..

Have always had a great experience as a buyer. I noticed a lot of people complain the employees are rude I hadnt had much interactions with them besides the one time one of the girls insisted on telling me how hung over she was while checking me out. The poor service came a week ago when I went to sell like new clothes and some new without tags that I had washed and dried and folded just like they asked they told me 45 min to come back I did they took nothing said it needed to be laundered. After arguing with them that they were just laundered you could still smell the lavender they then joked about how it reminds them of an old lady and thats what they were mistaken the odor for so give them 30 more minutes and they will take the stuff in only for them to leave while I was waiting ( their car was parked next to mine ) and leave a note with the cashier saying the clothes needed to be laundered. It was the biggest waste of a day and I will never go back not as a seller or a buyer!!!!! Thats not how you run a business.

I only shop there when they have a sale now. The prices went up on the shoes. Some items are worth the price and some arent. If you sell your items for a quick buck ok.They are picky with what they buy so customers can get quality items but they need to be a little more picky with the shoes they purchase some of the shoes Ive seen there are trash worthy. Horrible service, always bring clothes in and they claim they smell like smoke when they come from a smoke free home. everytime i bring stuff in they dont go thru everything and then say they cant acceptcuz of jeans having rips when they come like that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

What a find! They have tons of stuff in excellent condition and at a minimum of 50% off retail price (bought a ktan wrap for $20 and onsies were 10 for $10). The staff was friendly and helpful but they definitely needed an extra hand.My only complaint was that many of the light bulbs were on their way out and flickering which can be a bit disorienting.

Usually Ive found this store to have a pretty good selection of jeans and t-shirts that are reasonably priced for the amount of wear. However, the selection of nice clothing is on the decline - probably due to the pickiness of the staff in their buying process. That coupled with the sassy and obnoxious attitude of the managers, it is becoming a place that makes one feel dirty upon leaving. Seriously, you never talk down to a customer when they ask you a question. Even if you are following a policy, there is no need for a sarcastic and demeaning comment it return.

I am so disgusted with this place!! I have been going to the store for eight years now and every time I go I get more and more disappointed!!! I have brought hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and baby items to this Store and I believe the total of money I have received has been $150. I know the items that the store does not take so I do not bring them I washed and check everything before I bring it into the store. I have brought things from Northface to crocs to Nike and much more and they have not taken it. When I walk in the store to look for clothes for my own children, I find disgusting items of clothing!! Clothing that is worn, torn have threads hanging off of them, discoloration on shirts and dresses!! I know half the clothes in the bag that I brought in look better than someone the stuff on their shelves. My last experience at once upon a Child was this week I walked in stood at the counter while the girl stood at the counter speaking to one of her coworkers they both blatantly ignored me. She never said welcome to once upon a Child, can I help you NOTHING!!!! She didn’t even look at me and she finally said with her head down I need your license, I hand my license over she gets all the information that she needs me being curious because I had errands to run I asked her how long it would be, she responded with there’s someone before you oh and next time don’t bring Stuff in a bag as the employee next to her emptied a garbage bag of stuff my stuff was in a reusable bag. I left the store unhappy after a little while I received a text that my items were ready. I go to the counter to collect my remaining items and money I stood there for a good three minute while for employees stood behind the counter and talk to each other every single one of them turned around and looked at me and no one came to help me I was the only one in line and they were standing around talking not one of them came to help me. After the three minutes the girl finally helped me told me they were taking $10 worth of my staff gave me the cash and said bye I said to her you didn’t give me my remaining items and she responded with oh which one is it . The Milford store is a joke!! I will never go back to the store nor will I ever recommend this store to anyone it’s a joke the employees are a joke .

Honestly I do love once upon a child for the concept of it. But the store in Milford is absolutely terrible. Their customer service is the worst. I took my not even one year old pack and play there to see if I could get some money to spend on clothes. After waiting 20 minutes these rude ass people have the nerve to tell me my stuff is stained and has dog hair. I dont even have a dog.. I thoroughly checked it before bringing it in and nothing was wrong with it. Ill never be back again. The woman in there are absolutely terrible.

Horrible... The women who work there dislike there job. Went there with 3 bags of good clothes and they kept less than a bag everything was hardly worn some still had tags.. I know all my stuff wasnt looked through!

AT FIRST I WOOD ONLY SALE 2 THEM BUT THAN I STARTED LOOKING AROUND 2 C WHAT THEY HAD AND LOTS OF STUFF STILL GOT THE TAGS FROM THE ORIGINAL STORE OF THEM BUT OVER ALL THEY R A REALLY GOOD STORE THE STAFF IS NICE 2 ME THE PRICING IS GREAT CUZ SOMETIMES YOUR NOT WANNA GONNA SPEND MORE THAN $15 ON A NEW OUTFIT U CAN GO 2 ONCE UPON A CHILD N GET IT FOR ALOT LESS I REALLY LIKE THE STORE IM NOT THERE EVERYDAY BUT I WOOD RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO NEVER WENT THERE TO TRY IT OUT N C WHAT U FIND

Shopping around 2pm is a good time to shop no lines and room to browse all aisles !

Prices for purchasing baby gear/toys can be pretty good. However, please dont bother selling here. They are super inconsistent with the standards they have for accepting items. Have been selling here for 2 years with multiple bad experiences to finally decide to go elsewhere. It really seems to depend on the mood of who is reviewing items, whether they are busy that day & who is actually doing the reviewing. They also dont offer fair buy back prices. Youre definitely better off selling yourself. I think what finally stopped me from coming back was the poor attitude of the staff. Every once and while, Ive had a fairly nice employee, but for the most part, the workers act miserable and inconvenienced by sellers.

Rude employees who didnt want to unlock the bathroom for my 3yr old son who is potty training. Another visit 2 employees were trash talking the store while assisting me. They sold me broken toys and another women 2 different size skates. You can find some good stuff in here just avoid the employees. And dont buy anything that requires batteries.

This place is OK again like others I love the whole re use of clothing and there is SO MUCH to choose from but its sad to say they are growing big and are hiring rude people who honestly dont care. Every time I go there I am not treated like a costumer. I recently went there to give some stuff and they barely bought ANYTHING they want all high end stuff.. Brand new? THAT IS NOT REUSING. So i tried one more time and they were all still so rude. BUT I WARN YOU ALSO Do not shop here for one main reason THEY THROW STUFF OUT!!! I have a friend who works in the store next to them and sees them bringing tons of stuff into their trash bin. Horrible place I hope they dont last very Money hungry not for a good cause!!!

I am a frequent shopper at OUAC. I find the prices and the quality of the merchandise to be very good. The folks who work there are always very helpful and pleasant. They make it a pleasure to shop there

If you planning to come to this store and sale your stuff please don’t waist your time, you will get back the same amount of money you spend on gas on your way there and goin back home, just put it on let go. And the customer service they need work on that😏
