Sad to see the big STORE CLOSING SALE signs outside. I use to by clothes there that I actually liked and was well made. Ill miss this location!

Unfortunately, this store is closing. Not much left, and a lot of opened and broken merchandise. Prices are reduced from the original msrp, so seemed kind of pricey for a clearance. I was able to find a couple of mens shorts for $20. Luggage was limited and broken. Carry ons going for $40. Careful with purchases as sales are final!

Dont even bother.Loss prevention make your shopping experience a nightmare plus is highly disrespectful to assume every single person is shoplifting.It does hurt me seeing Sears go.

My experience on 1/6/20 at about 12:10 p.m. The old, white man w/ glasses who is a cashier at the appliance section is EXTREMELY RUDE!! He does not speak ONE WORD TO YOU!! He does not even bother to tell you YOUR TOTAL!!! He basically acts like he is charging a brick wall; no greeting, no thank you, no eye contact, and I repeat NOT ONE WORD TO THE CUSTOMER!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY HERE!! That old, white man is a very, very, poor and pathetic representation of Sears. If he does not like interacting with customers then why is he even working there as a cashier?! I will never come back here!

Sad. Nothing like it used to be. Went to check on a counter top microwave. Really nothing on the shelves and nothing in the warehouse. Understand it is difficult to get any appliances right now but sad to see what it has become.

Very dissatisfied with their service. Ordered appliances and opened an account to facilitate with process. Never got my appliances and never got a call that everything is on back order for another month. I had to call on the day of to find out about delivery. Will NEVER SHOP AT SEARS and will cancel credit card that Ive never received. To make matters worse they never even sent me a bill. I had to call them to find out why? They had a different address than what I show on my licence and still had the nerve to want to charge me $40, wow?!!!

Sorry to see the Village Mall Sears go down as it has but being a Life time Sears customer I have always bought our appliances at Sears & my woman apparel & they are good quality

The team member that assisted us was super lazy. He did not want to check our points balance and just had a bad attitude. I understand is difficult at times working with people, I use to work at a Sears but when we get the job, we know what we are getting ourselves into. So no need to be nasty with customers

They have recently reopened. Not very friendly staff. Rather rude and inappropriate. I hope they close permanently. I wouldnt miss it. Not much of a selection and very overpriced. I spoke to the manager and she wasnt very helpful. She was also just as rude and inappropriate. I think they need to get another manager. She doesnt appear to enjoy her job or being around people.

If I could I would of clicked on zero stars. My family & I went to return my husbands work boots and were wrongfully accused by the LP of trying to steal boots. They stopped us on the way out after shopping for about 20 minutes without any help from anyone, the store seemed deserted so we left with our own boots. They met us at the exit demanding there merchandise which was wrong because we had nothing of there’s, they could of been more professional and asked to see our receipts instead of accusing us in front of our 12 yr old son. We’re extremely disappointed and will never shop there again because they don’t know how to do there job. Very unprofessional Loss Prevention they have working there.👎

We went for the awesome deals they have on their appliances. Heath took care of us. Super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Heath answered all of our questions and concerns.

Worst customer service. Very rude . no wonder they are failing. I love the clothes they carry but customer service is totally lacking.. My good friend use to work at Sears in the early 90s and its like they had pride working there. Not so much these days..very sad. Customer service is dead at this location.

The store is a gost town, the door alarm leading into the mall was going off and when I asked about it I was told that no one was around to turn it off!? It was completely under staffed, under stocked and the cashier forget to remove the plastic tag on my purchase and I had to go back the next day to get it removed!, Pretty sad, no wonder they are going under!

Thank the stars this Sears will remain as is!! I love good quality things and even more great prices. Sears clothing is some of the best offered. I can look cute without breaking the bank! And Kenmore appliances have always graced my familys home since i was a wee tot. This continues with my genwration and now the next!

Not enough staff in the proper departments, all departments are very low in inventory and not enough options. Staff person that helped did not wear mask correctly and did not know how to manage his customers.

A little low in stock but a great store and nice helpful staff. Always like to support this store!

Makes the swap meet feel upscale. Workers hate there lives, merchandise is missing or damaged...all this before the pandemic hit. If sears were a person it would of already been put out of its misery. This place is soo bad it keeps the wandering zombie like vagrants away

Tried selling me used saw and claim its new.... opened it up had fingerprints all over it Loose screws and missing parts now I have to drive all the way back over there waste of my time they will be out of business soon and now I know why Sears used to be a great store but I dont know what happened it is horrible now.

I loved Sears. I have gone out of my way to support my local store. But now its embarrassing. No help at registers. Sent from womens to tools to check out. Then questioned in tools why I was at this register. Im at this register to try and buy something. Im one of 5 customers in the whole store. Why is this so difficult. I came in to buy something. Please let me. Please fix this while you still can.

Was looking for a fridge and Heath helped us out. He was super great and friendly and made the whole transaction run smoothly! Definitely ask for Heath if you stop by

I loved shopping at Sears. Sadly they are closing one of their most lucrative locations, Buena Park. Wrong move Sears. The service has been shoddy for years but the clothes and appliances are always top notch!

Glad they are finally open. We were being forced to shop at Target or Walmart. I love Sears & Penneys. So unfair to label them nonessential. No one should decide which businesses should be closed & which can stay open.

There were only two employees in the entire store. You couldnt buy something if you wanted to. Its sad what Covid-19 has done to all businesses!!

Even though Sears is having trouble financially, the Auto center near me is one of the best for tire prices. I just had a major brand installed with some rebates. They were a little slow, but do the job right including having a second person check the lug nut torque before they sign off on the work.

Worst customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars. I was on the phone for an hour just for a simple refrigerator handle. I was transferred to like 10 different departments just for a part. Absolute worst customer service ever.

Sunday june 14, 2020It was 5:48pm When i waz trying to get into sears and doors were already locked up. Coming all the way from santa ana. Which was almost 30 mins to get to sears from my home. Really needed a new pair of working boots for today wadtex gas money just to get rude customer service service at one of the doors.....should not have the sign saying closing at 6pm if you guys are.axtually going to close 15 mins earlier

The liquidator guy was extremely rude.

Its still well taken care of but its also very empty of products.Sad to see it failing

This place has a particularly good mens department for jeans. It has a large selection of Levis jeans and also Lee and Wrangler and also course they have their own house brand I think call Robux. But in any case this store has a large selection of jeans and thats why I buy all my Levis there. It is also a great place to get appliances because it has a gigantic Appliance Department and sells a lot of appliances and gives very good deals. It has a huge selection of kitchen appliances. It also has a gigantic selection of tools and all Craftsman tools and accessories you cant go wrong.

Store is closing and clothes is still expensive.

Sears is the best. MY Family has been coming here for years, I came to have a Die hard battery installed awesome price with a 2 year warranty very Happy

Deals are so so and finding something good will be a challenge. Real good for people who like to search through everything for a good value. Sad to see this once vibrant and busy store empty.

I went to buy a new gas range. It took awhile before I was helped. But once I got a sales associate, the attention and service were impeccable.

Came into the store to look at appliances. Passed several employees and not one asked if we needed help. A few looked like they didnt want to be there and others were too busy talking to each other to offer assistance. In fact, not one employee greeted us at all. One employee saw us coming to his register and he walked away!! We were able to walk into that store, walk around for a few minutes and then walk out without anyone saying one word to us! Sears will never get my business again.

Worst store ever!! I got there at 5:50 to purchase some boots and some lady locked the doors on me. I told her It”s5:50 and you don’t close until 6:00!! I already know exactly what I want. Nope, she did not let me in because they were closing in 10 minutes!!!

Great place to shop, great staff but the prices are a little high.

This location has a variety literally on whatever it is youre looking. Friendly associates, when you do find them that is. My only complaint is I can NEVER find associates at their cash registers or in their department. Its almost like going Easter egg hunting! I was in the store today and asked a manager for help and she told me she would find someone else to help me. She proceeds to continue her screaming conversation with her coworker whos down the hall from her. In my opinion back in the old days this wasnt allowed as this was seen unprofessional! I can now see why Sears is literally still holding on from going out of business.

Place was almost empty. Not very many shoppers. Although I was only in merchandise pickup. Looking around I could not find prices on many things. Otherwise I might have bought some other stuff.

We ordered an appliance, their system is down for deliveries. When we tried to cancel they could not because of the system, but they were able to take orders. If system is down it should be for both sales and returns.

I called in advance. I stated I was coming from about an hour and a half away. I asked if I needed an appointment. I was informed I did not...to just walk in. I arrived and actually spoke with the guy from the phone call. He informed me they were booked for the day, but he can get me an appointment for the next day. I drove out of my way about 30 minutes AND could have driven to the one in Downey instead as a walk in OR appointment, but its TOO LATE NOW. They will close within 20 minutes of my arrival.I made an appointment with them tomorrow morning instead. The guy on the phone from Downey was really nice AND apologetic...

Lucia is a rude employee who insulted my family and commented that we “do not know how to read” when all their door was open and then proceeded to tell us it was closed. I believe she should seriously have training on how to talk to customers and I will never go to a Sears In my life again.

Service was excellent. Well priced product. Only negative was the distance to our nearest store.

I have always loved Sears. It reminds me of when I was younger. My grandma would take me shopping there. The good days.

Bought a new refrigerator. Ours was 50 years old and I miss her already. There was a mix up in the configuration and had to wait for a return visit from a service technician to switch the doors opening. Very fast service. We trust the Kenmore name.

I enjoy shopping at Sears because they have a good selection. However this store always had long lines and it seems like there arent enough cashiers.

Always disorganized and the bathrooms are the WORST! But they have a lot to offer for pretty good prices. Just gotta search out the staff to get checked out half the time.

So they have really good deals I got 2 $30 each backpack for $14 for both w/lunch bags they were on sale for $10. I had $6 in points . They have kid shoes also under $10.. Lots of items just NO toys are sold here ...

Although Sears is trying to reinvent itself, the Sears on Tustin is the same old Sears. Yes, you can find good deals but its a drab, dull store. If you want to avoid crowds at all, browse with ease at Sears.

Took a long time for 2 tires I was told between 1 and 130 hours for 2 tiress!!!! They took 2 1/30 hours !!!!

These people at this Sears are extremely Pro Customer Service. If you are close to the Orange Mall in the City of Orange and news to shop at a Sears good chance you will enjoy the experience. Really they go the extra mile.
