Had a small order to get filled. It took almost a month to get my order back. Little communication. They didnt follow the steps they told me they would in terms of quality assurance. Didnt check with me on the lettering that they said they would. An hour before pickup, they email and ask about thread color.I do not recommend this place. Poor communication and average Embroidery work.

Without a doubt the best customer service! Best quality I have ever seen! Truly a company who cares about the opinion of the customer! I would give 10 stars if I could!
