An extraordinary spot where you can purchase your food for it isnt packed. You dont need to manage long queues over the counter. Simple stopping and fast in and out shopping. It has all that you need consistently. The staff was extremely inviting and obliging. The general store was very much kept up with without a doubt.

Its becoming incredibly dangerous to go this Ralphs location because of the homeless people lurking outside. Most of them are always high and bothering people as they go in and out. Hopefully, Ralphs takes care of this and hires some security to get rid of these dangerous people. Until then, theyll just lose business. I hope this isnt the beginning of a downfall for our town.

This Ralph’s feels like a neighborhood market. The workers are so kind and generous. The market is always stocked with items.

I prefer to do my grocery shopping in this place more than any other place. Super clean and everything is available. Prices are really good and rare to find. You’ll be supervised with the products they have.

A wonderful grocery center with amazing staff. I accidentally dropped some items but they quickly reassured me and cleaned up the mess. Products looked pretty clean and fresh as well.The only complaint I would be about some misdirection from the staff. I havent been there in a while but I was looking for seaweed and asked 3 different people who showed me 3 different sections. I did find it in the end but it was quite confusing.

Completely fabulous! There are so many things in the grocery store that I need and I love to go there to buy snacks. Superb inside as well. They are working to provide us with the best service that exceeds our requirements. Ill never forget to let my friends and colleagues know for sure about this grocery store. Store is clean the vegetables area is emaculent and bakery but there meat section needs some help the meat looks old and very limited selections at times not a wide variety of meat cuts

This supermarket did not disappoint us! They have a good selection of produce and products as well. The staves were very helpful. The products that can be bought here are fresh and well-pack. They had a wide selection of cheese and dairies. The salad bar was huge as well. Thank you, guys! You are highly recommended!

Excellent prices on Liquor, much lower than the other places. They also have fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats at a very affordable rate. Theres a small restaurant inside also. It was a nice place, so you must try and visit.

Essentials were also available in this supermarket! No need to go to the wet market because they also have it here. It was properly and cleanly separated. Their staff will surely guide you.

Normally I have a great experience here. Been living in Orange for about 30 years. So I went in to get a few bottles of water. I like trying different brands to see what the flavor is like. So I decided on one, but it was on the top shelf (all the way in the back). So I went to ask the cashier for some help from JT. He was like what do you need? So I answered him. Just some water and he gave me this weird look... and said someone will be right there to help. So I waited... then I noticed that the staff of 5-6 people just group up talking?!?! So I went and asked for help again. Apparently JT is a supervisor. It sure didn’t seem like he even care about me as a customer. This is why I’d rather shop at Albertsons, at least they care enough to implement policy’s to help customers review the store. I couldn’t even find that on the receipt.

I cant believe how expensive rralphs is. They are high on everything but they are open late till 1:00 am

The sole register that was open at 11:55pm was jammed/frozen and there was a line of four customers behind that attended-to customer. I was 2nd in line to be scanned/pay at the register, and my groceries were already on the conveyor belt. The four employees were clueless on how to repair the register and the manager (a tall skinny male with a beard) was on break. It finally occurred to one of the employees (Suzzie) to open an adjoining register and the 3rd and 4th customers were asked to move. Those customers left the store, Suzzie closed the adjoining register and I continued to remain in the line (behind the customer that was having problems). The store manager continued trying to fix the register when two more customers got in line behind me. After 10 minutes, Suzzie again opened the register and asked the 3rd and 4th customer to move over to the next register. I had already spent 20 minutes waiting to check out (please check the store video). Finally, I packed all my groceries up into a hand basket and moved over to Suzzie. At this point four customers that were behind me in line were already out of the store. I was not given any apology at all by the manager or by the employees for the long wait and for letting four customers behind me to checkout before me. We have been long time customers at Ralph’s, but this incompetence and insensitivity is uncalled for and should not be rewarded by a return visit.

Theyve had problems sometimes over the years (decades) Ive shopped there. One was understaffing cashiers but that hasnt been an issue for a while now. They had a problem having their advertised specials in stock but I dont know if that problem persists or was remedied. Their parking lot can get so full that there are NO spaces to park. Personally, I believe the parking lot is being used by their apartment tennant neighbors. The apartments dont have near enough parking capacity to accommodate the vehicles for residents with four to five adult drivers per household. The street parking is also woefully inadequate, with situations that resemble what Ive been told exist in Manhattan. And when its street sweeping day forget about it. Other than that its a great store thats smaller in size making it easy to just dash in for an item or two with little effort, unlike a Costco or Home Depot. People there are pretty nice as well. Oh, one more thing. Theyre current hours have them closing at 1 AM. If youre a late shopper youll find that its often challenging as theyve adopted the practice of restocking the shelves in the evening hours while theyre open which can make for aisles that have blockades of palleted merchandise. Me go now. Head hurt from write.

Ordered online 13 items for pickup at the store between 6am and 7am for July 27th. I placed my order early in the day on July 26th and my credit card was authorized for the purchase. I received a text message at 3:45am, July 27th stating some items were not available and to see substitutions online. Went online to find out 10 items I ordered are not available and no substitutions available either. Web order says i cant cancel my order and if not satisfied to call customer service. I called customer service and they are closed. I now have to drive 11 miles one way to pick up 3 items out of 13. I am very upset with Ralphs and their online ordering, which I have been solicited many times via email during the Covid19 pandemic. I finally decided to try them and get this freaking awful experience. Never again will I trust this Ralphs location nor Ralphs/Kroger in general.

This is a pretty good grocery store that usually has decent prices. The store itself is kept clean and the staff are friendly. Hardly busy lineups like some places and usually in and out pretty quickly.

Ralphs is kind of expensive compared to where I normally shop however, I love their growing attention to the gluten-free & celiac community. There are very delicious gluten free options in the bakeries freezer section... delicious even if you dont care about eating a gluten-free diet!

Pretty decent place to round out my grocery shopping. I dont always get the best prices here but I do get a pretty good selection. I have to buy organic whenever I can and they have more and more organic vegetables and fruits which is really nice. I wish they had more in the way of grass-fed Meats and organic chicken but maybe in time.

Got a sandwich. They have great choices for veggies. But it was little rough getting started. But an awesome sandwich! 👍

Often busy. Parking can be limited, so - bring your patience. Fairly large deli; large produce dept. Individual rolls for sale, + donuts, etc. Good fresh seafood section. Umpteen yogurts. This is open really late. Cashiers are friendly and things are organized or are getting organized pretty neatly. Store is clean. Some fruits and vegetables are a little more expensive but whatever. The convenience is good. Gets the job done

Went here because it was the only grocery store open past midnight in my area. Had a late night craving for nachos. I couldnt find the can cheese so I asked one of the workers that was stocking and he walked me over to it. All in all nice store friendly staff and open late I like. Plus Ralphs pricing has become more reasonable which Im thankful for.

I like shopping here for what I need and want. Everyone that works here is helpful and Courteous. There one thing I would like to see change and that is there meat department were u dont need to ring a bell to get a butcher to help you. Want to see a butcher behind the meat counter. This is a nice Ralphs. Theyve recently remodeled it, so it looks a lot nicer. If you have wells Fargo, they have a branch inside. Always stocked, clean, and friendly employees. The parking is a bit crammed but other than that, Id go back if in the area.

This is my neighborhood market and its always clean and everyone is nice. Its kind of easy to give it 5 stars because I really dont need much help here as Im pretty familiar with its layout.

Most of the employees are very friendly. Anyone that you ask for help, will help you and has a great attitude. The selection is fairly good. I find quite a few mark down of the things I like, so I usually buy a little more than I planned.

Stuffs there are mostly kind and enthusiastic. They always say hi to you when checking out. If dont have a Ralphs card they will also use a new card to help you save money. As a guest, i like here very much.

The lines are short and the cashiers are fast moving but friendly at the same time. There is a lot of different kinds of produce that you wouldnt see any where else at a fantastic price. Not only do they have lots of produce, they have lots of other things ranging from skin care lotions to little toy for children

Its a Ralphs. The store is clean, the prices are low, and the food selection is robust. This spot has great parking, too. One knock on this store is that the store itself is fairly small, making the aisles fairly narrow.

Went in this morning to pick up a couple things for breakfast. Noticed that a dozen large eggs were $1.49 with a limit of four. Of course doing just a run in for beans I grabbed four dozen large eggs. Lol Well to my dismay all four dozen rang up at $3.29!😣 Even after my membership discount. Theresa, came to the rescue. Initially she explained it was Wednesday and that the eggs are no longer at the sale price. With my sadest puppy dog face I solemnly said, But thats the price marked on the shelf. Without another word of protest and a genuine smile Theresa made it a great saved by giving me the sale price. I have to say that she handled this so well. And that she is an awesome asset to this business. Which will continue to receive my business and loyalty when it could have just as easily gone the other way. GREAT JOB THERESA! I APPRECIATE YOUR ETHICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!

I needed to use the Wells Fargo ATM. Theres a small Wells Fargo branch in this Ralphs. It was difficult to locate, without asking for help. However, the employees were friendly and helpful. This smaller Ralphs seemed crowded with narrow aisles.
