Knowledgeable, friendly customer service. Had the gun i was looking for (Sig 365xl) I searched for months for this gun to no avail. Glad I called them. I wasnt going to call cause I thought since I already called all the big stores and searched the web that a little store like this wouldnt have the gun i was looking for. Well Im glad I did. The purchasing process and paperwork was quick and easy.Had a good selection of holsters and other accessories as well.Dont let the size of the store fool you. Sometimes good things come in small packages..like my Sig 365xl.

Not sure how they are still in business they literally dont have anything at all so what are they selling? Gun store but literally dont have anything but 5 overpriced guns that you can get from greysons guns next door. Dont even ask them for ammo, they claim ammo shortage but in reality they are too poor to buy bulk meanwhile greysons is sitting on shelves full

I have bought a few handguns from this place, while the shop is somewhat small it didnt bother me much. I have been after a few different desert eagle 50AE for awhile now, I bought a all black one from them and asked them to keep an eye out for another specific desert eagle. normally I thought they would forget like most stores I visited but they actually been looking for one for me and calling me to update me on what they find and the price range for it. the customer service is pretty good as far as I have been experiencing.

The gentleman seemed nice, but also seemed very busy gave me little information and had very little merchandise to choose from.

Good prices. Nice people. A little small, but thats okay . I bought a S&W M&P Bodyguard .38 here, got it on sale. Bought a box of ammo here too, a little cheaper than Greysons down the street .

The guys here seem like nice guys and are polite and reasonably helpful, if a touch vague on details.The store is small and cramped, but that’s not relevant in finding a good gun store.The merchandise is exactly as promised, at least in my experience.The prices...Not so great. I paid about 30% more for the same ammunition that I could have gotten 2 plazas away and double what I paid later in the day. True, it was in the boondocks and a larger shop, but that can’t explain why they charge hall what this shop did.Sum up; nothing wrong with this shop. Nope, that’s wrong, there’s no way it’s ethical to hike the prices that far.I won’t go back.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their inventory is huge and they have things that many other stores do not. Prices are all very reasonable. Overall very pleasant experience.

My wife bought a firearm in here and these two spoke to her like she was an adult, not some dumbstruck child like other shops weve been in.Vin and Darin are two of the best reasons to walk into this store! Knowledge by the TON falls from their lips like glitter off a strippers nipples!

Great group of guys. Went there this Saturday for the first time to look at a pistol on sale. The one I wanted wasnt in stock but they took the time to show me like 20 different pistols instead. I will definitely be back to shop again.

Third time Ive gone in to buy something & everytime they are rude & uninformative. Hey at least this time all the price tags were facing up so you can read them & not feel like a burden by asking a price for 10 different pistols.. Feels like Im talking to inferior robots. Will be taking my business elsewhere like Greysons. However they do have a huge inventory & some good deals sometimes. With better customer service & people skills this place could be top notch!!

Best place in the state to buy a firearm or anything firearm related. Vinny was awesome with assisting me with what I wanted and provided his opinion for which one would suit my needs. Amazing price even got an extra mag, and awesome holster, and even a box of ammo ( Winchester fmj) $26 box of ammo. I will be buying more firearms from Connecticut Firearms & Tactical LLC.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpfull customer service with competitive prices. None of the arrogance or cockiness Ive found in some of the other tactical shops in the area.

I purchased my Beretta PX4 Storm 9MM from CFT. They gave me a great deal on the price. Also, they helped me purchase my Sig P229 Dark Elite from GunBroker - very helpful and always nice when I walk in. The selection is very good as well and if you need a firearm that isnt in the shop you can ask them to look for it and they will search for you. Very happy CF & T is in my neighborhood - also Very Pleased to do business with them and will continue going forward. Vinny is a great guy too - also there is a bar and cigar shop in the same plaza - cant go wrong here. :)

Always attentive to detail and inventory is unlike the majority of other shops I’ve been to. Also, there are usually some pretty good deals to be had if you catch them.

Bad experience, I sent my gun there for fire pin replacement and after a week they gave back to me in worst condition And then Immediately I spoke with the guy who said he was the manager he said he will fixe it its been a month and the only thing they answer to me every time I call is that they will call me back. Ohh and I paid already

Purchased many firearms from this shop and never had one bad experience.The selection in that small shop beats most larger shops in CT and the prices are great. Anybody that feels they had a bad experience should call and ask for the owner. I know they have let other people go for bad customer service and will not tolerate it.

Ive been a customer at this store a few times, and Bought a Beretta Cheetah about half a year ago. I never really felt 100% about this store, they (in my opinion) have a pretty unique/satisfactory inventory... However, I had a bad experience a few weeks ago...I came in with my mother to buy a bore snake and browse around. It was 15 minutes until closing, and the clerk apparently really wanted to leave. He was blatantly being rude toward us, basically behaving as if it was his last day of employment at CT Firearms and he couldnt give a care.Now, demanding for respect is pathetic. No one needs to be kind. Im just used to respecting people and behaving kindly to cutomers in my past retail experiences. But Ive not once, ever treated a customer the way he treated us.It wasnt the first time either. I was in two minds of walking back into the store to articulate my experience with the owner, but Id rather continue to contribute to Greyson Guns instead, and be greeted with kindness and attentiveness where I feel comfortable. Greysons is located on the Post Rd a quarter mile down the road in back of 700 degree pizza pies. They have a knowledgeable and experienced staff, former military service and policemen. A very nice range as well.I was going to purchase a Beretta Tomcat from CT Firearms, but that unfortunately is never going to happen. Due to the crass behavior of the individual that I speak of (who is there 90% of the time), Im no longer going to be visiting this store. I do wish them luck in their future sales.
