Fred was very thorough and patient with my elderly mother. She is not fluent in English and is restless. He was friendly, professional and very thorough in his explanation of the hearing aids.We are generally very cautious because of Covid. And we had no fear. Melissa cleans and sanitizes everything between clients. Melissa is very competent and friendly. She definitely goes out of her way to ensure our comfort and safety.

When I went to Clear Choice Hearing Aid I was so pleased that Frank was so honest with me (Ive been to other hearing aid places) and he worked with me with my budget. No one really wants to wear hearing aids. But, if you need them, I encourage you to choose Clear Choice Hearing. Ask for Frank. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining why you need them and how they work best for you. As much as I hate to admit it, after getting the my latest pair, I should have listened to my wife and gotten them sooner. I now know I wasnt hearing very well with my old hearing aids, often answering questions incorrectly because what I THOUGHT I heard, was not so. I can now hear so much better and am engaging more confidently with people. . .even strangers. Sounds funny, but I feel younger. First class service. Very polite and friendly and go out of their way to help you. Always explains to me how to use the aids and how to use the app.I highly recommend their company.
