Bob was courteous, friendly and professional. He took his time to explain the hearing test and the results. Although it was a free visit, it not seemed to be rushed or abbreviated in any way.

I really like Beltone. I feel very well taken care of when I am there. They are both friendly and professional and everything is explained in detail and they take the time to listen. Yes, I highly recommend Beltone!

Light years ahead of the rest, Both beltone representatives were extremely professional and caring individuals. The audiologist gave me the best exam I ever had and Ive had eight others. When fitting the hearing aid and felt absolutely custom fit. My biggest complaint was the last hearing aids kept falling out repeatedly. The audiologist was absolutely concerned about the quality of my hearing and the enjoyment I would receive from beltone hearing aids. I am far beyond satisfied I would give them 10 Stars if possible.

I attended a hearing screening with my 81 year old mother. The process was thorough and informative. At the end, when they fitted her with hearing aids calibrated specifically for her, the results were amazing. She could hear clearly, and the hearing aids werent even noticeable. I learned so much about how your hearing works, and about how important your hearing is to your health that I think I am going to get a hearing screening myself!

I was impressed by hearing specialist Bob Katzs efforts to educate me on all aspects of my hearing loss and to explain to me my options, in terms of a remedy. I never felt I was being steered in one direction or another, which I appreciated. I also appreciated Bobs assistant Russ help in implementing the leasing arrangement, which I consider to be a very smart option on Beltones part. Very professional team!

Since October 2019 I have had expert service from the hearing care specialists at Beltone. Cassondra was my first hearing care specialist who is no longer at the Orange office, but both she and hearing care specialist Bob Katz, have taken their time with me explaining the Beltone product and assisting me so that I could have the optimum hearing experience. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and quality of the Beltone service and staff at the Orange office. I am leasing my Amaze hearing aids, and I could not be happier. The Beltone staff wants each and every patient to be successful with his or her hearing aid experience, and for that reason, takes the necessary time with each person with instruction and encouragement. My 87 year old mother made an appointment for a heating test for new hearing aids because she lost one of hers. Shes been a customer for years. Upon hearing how expensive the new ones would be I told my mother that we should shop around. I told to to take a ride to Beltone and get a copy of her hearing test for her records. I’m going to assume Beltone suspected she was going to purchase the hearing aids elsewhere so they charged for $150 for a copy of “her” test. The test “her” insurance company already paid for. All they did was take advantage of an 87yr old women that had no idea what to do...so she wrote them a check. Shame on Beltone!!! Taking advantage of the elderly is despicable!

Words cant express my gratitude for Cassandra McDonald at Beltone. She as gone over and above to assist my elderly mother of 93years old in obtaining new hearing aids. Her patience and kindness helped this situation to be a wonderful experience for my mom. She was almost brought to tears after being able to hear so much better today!! My father was suffering from severe hearing loss and was missing nearly every word with the crappy hearing aids he got from the VA. I truly didnt think hed ever hear his grand kids clearly. However, after receiving great tailored care from Cass, he is hearing EVERYTHING now! We were in the living room and he heard ice drop in the kitchen and asked me what that sound was! Hes able to hold conversations with my kids because he can now HEAR their tiny high pitched voices for the first time! If you need hearing aids, see Cassandra Macdonald. Honestly, Beltone is one of the best hearing centers I have ever gone to and I have been to about, now 4 hearinng doctors in the past 10 years. Dr. MacDonald is super sweet and friendly and I wouldnt want my hearing doctos any other way. If you in the search for a new hearing doctor, or you are looking for your first ever audiologist that works with hearing aids, please stop in because you will not be disappointed!

My mother paid a lot for her hearing aids and their always broke. Beltone hearing aids are not worth the money and the customer service stinks they give people the run around. People dont go to Beltone you will be sorry.
