I placed an order with the owner Sunny in late December for a Blaze grill, burner, 2 double doors, 1 single door and a rotisserie for the grill. Sunny was very responsive and even offered a discount as I had already placed an order with bbqguys.com. I was initially very pleased with his service and responsiveness. I received my items the next week and did not open them as I was in the process of building my bbq island. The order was delivered from the Corona location. When I unboxed the grill and items a few weeks later I noticed the rotisserie was not included. I reached out to Sunny once again and he stated it was impossible that it wasn’t included. I told him his driver had another delivery on his vehicle for San Diego and perhaps he failed to unload it. I told him that it wasn’t and after spending over $3200 the last thing I would do is haggle over a $99 item. He said he would investigate and get back to me. A week went by and nothing. I reached out to him once again and he was very short with me. Said his delivery guys do not make mistakes but would check once again. It has been over 6 weeks and he has yet to reach out to me. As a small business owner I make it a point to frequent small businesses and give any and all of my business to fellow owners. Unfortunately Sunny has made me reconsider my spending decisions and worst yet won’t give me a call back to even follow up with my claim. I would strongly reconsider purchasing items from Sunny and BBQ OUTLETS. Sad as I was initially very happy with Sunny’s efforts and service.

This place has the best grills possibly in the world. I grill my chicken and steak almost every night and this place has provided me with a grill that lasts a lifetime. These grills can outgrill any other grill in minutes and any place trying to compete with them is wasting their time.

We were redoing our backyard and were in the market for a new grill. I happened to stumble upon BBQ Outlet. These guys are amazing, got me the best deal and were a huge help. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Had to redo the bbq because they did not follow my plans. Strike one. Under bar lights not installed. Strike two. Grill I was sold does not come with a rotisserie,I would have gladly paid extra. Strike three. When I pay top dollar for a custom made island I expect great work. Although the island is lovely the owner was more interested in getting a check then getting it right.

We have been buying BBQ, Smokers, Doors, etc from the BBQ Outlet for the last 7 years. They provide us with the service we need. If we have time to wait until we need the product, we tell them. But if we need the product right away, they always come threw for us. Plus there prices are lower then the other BBQ stores. They always help educate our customers on the right products. Thanks for all of the great service over the years!!!

We wanted a twin eagle bbq installed, and the old Viking one removed at our custom tile and stone island asap. zack and the install crew made it super easy. handled everything over the phone and email. since we knew what we wanted, loved not having to go to a showroom. installers showed up on time with all the necessary gear, including their own trash can. very impressed with the friendly and professional way this was handled, especially the install guys...the most important element! thank you!
