Called Orange Tx location for price on 12 roof panels, they had the best price of the suppliers I called. A week later called again to confirm stock to pick up a few but didnt bother to ask price again. Arrived and found office staff not very helpful. Talked to sales person who wrote up order, at a price several dollars higher than I had been previously been told. My advice is get a written price quote. Shop guys are fast and professional in picking and loading orders. Its only a few bucks but that coupled with the attitude I was greeted with in office, next time Ill go to Metal Depot.

Where to start..... I ordered an 18x21 backyard building. The quality of the pieces was great. Floor kit is very unstable compared to a traditional wood construction floor. Even with blocks.The first kit was plagued with issues. First kit was impossible to assemble due to pieces being cut wrong.After talking to a skeptical of the customer salesman named Jacob, and then again to his manager several times, they sent out someone to diagnose the issues with the kit. I will say that the recovery from an error is great. The response by the manger was swift and decisive. They delivered another partial kit and picked up the old stuff.I wish the problems had stopped there. However they didnt. The kit is a DIY kit. However, the instructions/schematics neglect to address every step and every part. There are parts in the parts delivery list that arent even listed in the instructions. The floor kit, which is not worth the price at all, has a part named BC1 thats is directional, this isnt mentioned in the directions. Once you get to the door frame you realize your building is backwards vs directions. The mid girt kit doesnt fit the way the instructions say.The floor kit has many base purlins and never mentions the part BP2, yet they are necessary and in the kit shipping list.My roll up door RUD is bent and not riding in the guide channels well causing the door to hang up.The list goes on. I wish I could list every problem with this DIY kit in this review.Whoever the engineer is needs to sit down and go through the directions.In the end, the build quality vs value is great. The kit is poorly executed as a DIY and if you arent absolutely mechanically inclined, I would advise hiring a contractor.

Ive been acquiring bits for a metal structure. Other Metal Company simply gave me price for square foot. Here, sales representative Alex spent time designing the structure and answering all my questions.

These guys are great, we use them for all of our orders. They even provide cover sheets so we dont damage our stock before deliver.

For years we have used Mueller for our metal needs. But the last four orders that we have placed with Mueller have been plagued with one headache after another. Incomplete deliveries incorrect items no return phone calls after multiple voicemails have been left. We may be a little purchaser in the grand scheme of things in your business. We are not your million dollar accounts. But we are done. We will have to find elsewhere to meet our metal needs.
