Before buying patio furniture, I would suggest including Patio Outlet on your list and seriously consider them before making the investment in patio furniture. There are many options to consider but if you want high quality furniture at a great value and a local source to get parts, make a repair like new slings, or refinish your patio furniture this is the place to go. Helpful, professional, and accommodating staff makes this a must consider for your patio furniture needs!
Fabulous furniture. Weve reupholstered our patio furniture twice over the years and they always do a fantastic job. The furniture still looks brand new.We most recently purchased an industrial grade umbrella. No fade, solid base. I wish I bought this 15 yrs ago instead of replacing these cheap ones seasonally. Love these guys!
Thay have a nice selection of patio furniture at reasonable prices.
Restored all 16 pieces of our patio furniture to their “better than original” condition! Recommend them with enthusiasm and without reservation! Great prices and super restoration work! Pleasant and talented crew!
Just putting the cushions on the chairs I bought this set 22 years ago. Still looks great just amazing such a great value.
Great very durable patio furniture. I originally purchased my patio set when the store was in Newport Beach, probably 15 years ago. Sincethen I have had the chairs and umbrella recovered, saving my tons of money. Would never buy from anywhere else!
Cory was outstanding to work with. Great quality patio furniture great pricing and great warranty!
Have had good amount of furniture from here, Its held up pretty good in the Arizona sun, did just notice 1 welded bolt hole crack loose, will check with their warranty, and let everyone know how they do. Yes Im original owner.
UPDATE: Chairs finally arrived. They look great! I called to discuss cushion options yesterday and once again while on the phone was told, Can I call you back another customer is calling. And just as it happened two times before - no call back.I tried to call again today and was met with a Labor Day voicemail. I eventually got through and resolved things (assuming the cushions arrive as discussed). But as a few more recent reviews have stated - this place is having some customer service issues that have made me change my rating.I would still recommend using Patio Outlet as they have a great selection of in-house products, but be prepared for more of a Mom-and-Pop type operation in a 21st century world.------------Im torn in this review. This company has many great things going for it - local production, customization accommodations, high-quality products - but the operations of the business are a bit perplexing. From the hours of operation to the order-delivery process: how this company operates is a bit of mystery.A member of our family had Patio Outlet make all of his outdoor furniture. That furniture is 10-yrs old and even though they entertain often, the pieces have held up remarkably well. So, I stopped in to Patio Outlet. Paid for and ordered 4 Newport teak chairs with the plan of ordering more once I settled on the overall backyard layout.I was told the wood and frames were in and theyd just need to be painted and assembled. This was on a Tuesday. I called on Thursday just to get an idea of when they might be ready for delivery as we had some travel coming up. I was told they were in assembly and Id get a call back in 30mins. Never heard back. Called back Friday and was told they were all finished up and if they couldnt get them to me today (Friday) Id have them on Monday or Tuesday.Today is Thursday. They are closed (I think because they only ship/deliver on Thursday/Friday?). I dont know where my chairs are at in the process. You cant call the office because it is closed. I never heard back from anyone this week. Is that bad? Not really. Did I expect them in 2-days like, Amazon? No. But, it would be nice to have a process, either ran through a CRM or live person, that provides updates on orders.A system could be as simple as a dedicated time to call (or email) any outstanding orders with updates. Its easy, personal and effective. This is just one example of how a company like Patio Outlet could go from recommended to Ill never buy outdoor furniture anywhere else if they could improve on the customer-facing process. From the website, which is a bit dated and has a few errors on it (i.e., Sling Chair, but picture Standard Chair), to how they manage customer communications; it all feels like a place that is ran old school and perhaps on a tight budget; few people performing multiple roles. If true that makes the scrappiness of this place even more alluring/charming.I applaud Patio Outlet for keeping their production local and am more than satisfied with the value proposition their products offer. If the current strategy works for them and keeps their lights on and them around for years - GREAT! But I suspect there are missed opportunities throughout their market that could be realized with just a few tweaks to how they operate, the purchase process and doing a better job of highlighting the quality and offering of their superior products. While I dont have my chairs (which Im sure I will soon) I do still highly recommend Patio Outlet for your outdoor furniture needs.
They are very bold in calling themselves an outlet. I got a better deal and better furniture at Living Spaces.
