Was recommended to use this shop by the previous owner of my house to match the interior paint. Brought in three colors for them to match on Monday, but only matched one. The other two did not match and were returned to get a closer match. After providing a few wall samples scraped off my drywall to provide for color matching and several days of trying, it did not seem to me I would get anywhere. I spent about two hours at the store on Tuesday to watch them while they attempted to match the color of my wall. The following day, it was recommended to me by a Sherwin Williams staff member to use the gallon of paint they mixed a few times along with 12 ounces of paint of a different color to mix in the can until it matches at home on my own. I gave up and asked for a refund on Saturday for the two unmatched paint cans. Now I have a square foot of a different color paint on a wall and a ceiling along with a few quarter sized patches of paint missing. Use caution when using Sherwin Williams to match your paint.

Get new manager because when I asked him about a sprayer tip for the painting trim he asked me what kind of paint I was using I told bear paint he left me standing there and move to help someone else and didnt finish helping me the guy was a real jerk so I asked for another clerk to help me I would not shop back there again and I would not recommend my friends or my family
