Brad has a great store. Almost anything you need he keeps in stock. And employees always wear a smiling face and are ready to help you.

Made a order online for curbside pickup because the website said the item was in stock and available that day. Called to find out a estimated pick up time and was told that they had to cancel my order because it was not in stock. When I asked the girl whos name started with a R when I could expect the money to be returned to my card she said she didnt know and made it clear that there was nothing she could do. I then asked to speak to her manager (not to complain) just to get answers that she already stated she couldnt provide. A short time later R came back on the phone and said the manager said to go call customer service. I could not find a customer service number on the email and the website is super slow to load so I asked to speak to the manager AGAIN. The manager finally came on the line a bit huffy and puffy and gave me the number. I made sure that she knew I didnt blame them for the mix up, but if it was THEIR $200 they would want to know when they could expect it back.Bad attitudes.I called the number and got the cancel confirmed. Was informed the money would be back on my card in 24hrs.24hrs later I called back to find out where my money was. I was then informed it would take 7-10 business days.I was willing to drive around 40mi. to pick this product up as I have been a 30+yrs ACE customer... But between the attitudes of the employees at Childs, and the uncertainty of how to answer a question that I know Im not the 1st to ask management & customer service I will never shop at another ACE affiliate again.Utterly ridiculous. Buyers beware(even online).
