Called around to multiple locations, the one that was available was this oregon city location. Charlie took care of the scheduling etc. Dropped the vehicle off for an exhaust leak. Called me within the hour to give me a diagnosis and quote. Gave them the go ahead they had to order the part expected to be in the next day. To my surprise it came in early and Charlie was able to get it in and taken care of. Drove it home same day. Gave me a heads up on tire wear with a quote without pushing it etc. Very professional, happy doing business.

I moved to Vancouver recently but I still drive all the way to Meineke in Oregon City on Mollala to have my car serviced. They have very fair pricing, they don’t make you feel pressured to get additional services, they are fast and thorough and have great attitudes and personality. I can go on and on. This place saved my bacon...was overdue on an oil change and had a big job with hauling equipment the next day...even though they were booked up they went ahead and got the work done! They were willing to work a little harder to give me the price of mind that my truck will be ready for the job with fresh oil! Really appreciated the extra mile they went to make it happen and still be affordable!

Just by first guess they said I would need a new compressor for the AC and total cost would by $900. After they started working on it they said that I didn’t need a compressor and that it actually was only going to cost us $190 for a recharge of the Freon! Came here too get my egr value replaced while my brake pads done, they did everything right so far with my breaks. They replace my egr value and snapped my bolt in my manifold told me it was already like that when I brought it in but didn’t have an snap in it when I originally brought it in had the bolt that snapped in the car still and tried telling me it came in the shop that way I’m extremely upset to because both times I’ve came in to get it solved they had my car sitting there for hours and didn’t have nobody look for it. And try charging me for a mistake they did too my car and had me pick up my car without telling me anything about any bolt being snapped. Highly disappointed and think it’s foul how they won’t fix the problem and flaking on my appointments.

Hard to find a mechanic you can trust even harder from a chain. This place however is a gem, fast and reliable service and if they make a mistake they clear it up quickly and professionally. Will get all my service done here from now on.

Pros-I was pleased about how fast they got my truckCons- they left hand prints on my hood, stained my driver seat with there dirty pants and got oil/grease on my carpet while getting in and out of my truck. I called to let the manager know and all I got was a sorry we have been slammed.

I felt they way over charged me. They replaced my front brakes and replaced some of my out tail lights and it came out to $300. Maybe Ive just gotten really good deals with friends in the past and thats normal...or they saw that I was a woman and took advantage of the fact that I dont know much about cars. Then they said they suggested I buy new struts?(maybe it was bearings?) I cant remember the word for it. The circle thing under my tire. And if I got new ones it would be $500! So I called a friend and looked up how to tell if theyre bad and went and looked at them myself. When I walked back there and start looking the guy tells me oh 3 of them are fine its really only one of them thats a tiny bit warped. Then when I went to drive away I realized they forgot to replace one of my lights. I went back and they replaced it but for $300 and not a lot of work I thought theyd be more thorough. They did a decent job and the guys were nice I personally will not be going back because they try to sell you unnecessary stuff and over charge. I have friends who would do all that for half the price or even free lol.

Great experience! Honest! Got all my work finished within a day. They were also able to drop me off at home and pick me up so I didn’t have to wait there all day!The pricing was what I imagined for the work needed done and they did offer other minor services on the house which I appreciated. Including suggesting to go down to AutoZone to grab a part and offered to return back and install it with no charge.They also sent me an email including a list of problems with my car with very descriptive explanations so I can understand what was happening.

If I could give them a negative number I rude. I have never been treated the way the manager Nick treated and talked to me. Very aggressive, defensive, yelling and hung up on me of course tried to upsell tune up right away. Took truck in today 5/27 for only an oil change now my truck is having issues with an engine miss and the check engine light is now on less than 40 miles after leaving the place. Had no issues before at all. Will never go back to this place. Asked for owner info and would not give it to me instead that’s when the swearing started

The next morning there was a huge oil stain on my driveway from my car. My boyfriend checked and said the drain plug wasnt tight at all and had to add 2 qts of oil to fill it back up. The Manager, Tim, is always friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs both in time for scheduling repairs and financing any repairs. This is definitely a shop that will provide good honest service at a fair price.They diagnosed an existing problem, which I had prior knowledge of, and will be worked upon later when my time and finances permit. Most importantly, they were able to locate and correct a small issue with the wiring, specifically a loose wire that was causing a major issue with performance.I was expecting a major repair but because of their honesty and integrity, I was saved that nightmare! They have always been straightforward and honest with me and have provided excellent additional advice on extending and enhancing my vehicles performance. After months of this place dodging me I have confirmation from a specialty mechanic that meineke Oregon city did not install whole parts on my car that I was billed for. I could say so much more about the terrible service and the things I experienced. At this point I have given them documentation of the issues and the new gm. The newest resolution is to start getting the first issue worked on and then they will address another. I feel like that’s something🤷🏻‍♀️ I just want it over with.

This is the only place I take my cars. They’re a great bunch of guys . Never pushy about other things needed but will let me know .

He was professional, accurate in diagnosing my vehicles issues and was able to work with me on financing to get my car taken care of, as it was a few days away from being a much bigger repair. Had a truck I was thinking about buying inspected bumper to bumper. They were very thorough.

I needed to have an emissions test done for new tags.I walked in with no appointment and left within 10 minutes with my test in hand.Cost was 24.00 and it saved me the hassle of waiting in line at a DEQ location miles from home.Fast and friendly service.

I came in for a shock replacement and found I also needed a U-Joint replaced. The manager Tim was super friendly and professional, and he was able to get the part over lightening fast. Charlie the technician got the work done ahead of schedule. Ill be bringing all my cars here from now on. They treat you so well here.

I came in for a vibration in my car that even the dealership told me wasn’t there. Tim at Meineke in Oregon city along with all of his staff took their time to analyze and try and help me figure out what the issue was. After a full day of analysis and testing even though they couldn’t find anything, Tim took the time to write up a thorough review that I could take back to the dealership and push them to try and find the issue. He and his staff went over and above to try and make sure that my car was a safe and drivable. After a full day of testing and even putting the car up to look underneath to make sure there was nothing amiss, there was no charge at the end of the day for all of the work done, because they hadn’t performed any physical repair work. The team here at the Oregon city Meineke is totally professional, and completely committed to Sterling customer service. I will be coming back here for all of my service work instead of the dealership. Customer for life!

Went to get an oxygen sensor bung welded on to my exhaust pipe. Guy there said have could not do it. Really? I was standing there with the pipe in my hand. He said they did not have the right welder to weld stainless. I had the exact same pipe welded, right there, at the same place. Just lazy!

Great deal on tires! Got the set I wanted 265 75 r15 and hundreds less than les Schwab! Hate to say it cause Ive been using Schwabs for so long, but very easy going and comfortable. Noice.

These guys were great. Super friendly, accommodating, fast and thorough. Had a crack in my axel. They gave me a quote, got it in and out in less than 5 hours.

They got the work done but they lost my car key and the keychain it was attached to. They also took a lot longer than quoted. While I waited after bringing the key fob in I could smell someone smoking weed at the shop.

I will be frequenting Meineke more often!Changing review after recent experience:In November I got my front lower control arms replaced. After I picked up my car I noticed there was rubbing when I take a right turn. I called and brought the car back the next day and that is when I met Rob for the first time, he pointed to my splash guard and told me that that is causing the rubbing. I was due for an oil change so I said I could get it fixed then and went on my way. I had to wait for the oil change but when I had it done with Lithia I had them make sure the splash guard was replaced correctly. After I picked up my car there rubbing persisted and they said that they would have to charge me to further diagnose the issue.The issue started with Meineke so I made an appointment and brought my car back. That is when they tell me it’s my front cv axels and it’s going to be an $800+ fix. After speaking with Rob and the other man at the front, his name is escaping me, we went back and forth as to why it’s not there fault, I was simply asking for information. I made no accusations, all I wanted was clarity as to why I was told one thing earlier and another thing later when the same tech looked at my car. Keep in mind Rob did NOT wear a mask for the interaction indoors, after speaking with a customer that also didn’t wear a mask. Rob then looks at the other guy and says, “Did we charge him to tell him his axels are bad?” Other gentleman says “No”. Rob turns around and leaves even though I had more questions.Very unfortunate considering my previous experience being so positive.

Customer service was great, however with what was actually wrong with my car? The mechanics didnt do a very great job at fixing the actual problem. I was also charged an additional $70 for nothing included in the service. So I am not very pleased about that. Dont take advantage of women whom are ignorant towards cars, it is not ethical nor is it fair.

My experience at meineke was awesome. They fixed what my breaks and changed my oil. They salvaged what they could, and didn’t try to push me to fix this or that. They just kindly gave suggestions on a couple things they noticed. Which actually makes me want to go back there to get those fixed too. They’re prices are reasonable. The professionals at this business went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They were able to diagnose the problem when other dealers were stumped. They provided transportation while car was being worked on and delivered repaired vehicle on time and when expected. Service turned out to be less expensive than estimated - an added benefit.

Extremely good service. I had an issue with my AC. I took it in, was told it was good. Upon return, realized it wasnt fixed. I brought it to their attention. They told me to being it in and they will look at it. I left it over night. I came in to pick it up and they found out the issue. It was something completely different, saved me 700 dollars from what I was quoted at previously!! Customer friendly, highly recommend!

I just bought a decently used car from my friend, and I could tell the transmission needed some attention. This place has awesome service. Tom and his team are great. They always fix my problems in a timely manor. I got great tires and alignment. Very affordable. My old friend, Camper Dave needed help. His old truck wasnt running well, and the guy doesnt have the most money. By god Tom helped him out, and got him on his way. They get busy sometimes, but thats because they are a quality shop. Wow! Great customer service! I had an afternoon appointment for an oil change and realized I couldnt make it. I went in that morning and they worked me in then. I was in a huge hurry and they expedited things. I waived all the inspection points they like to do. I also got a special price since I was a first time customer. $14.95. Amazing! I also overheard Daniel working with some other customers. Hes got great customer service and his prices are pretty darn good. This us the place to go folks.

I had my brakes done on my 2007 Mazda 3 here and absolutely loved the service. Before Meineke I had another place take a look at the brakes and in their estimate they offered to shave down the rotors, something that left me with a slight uneasy feeling in my stomach. Going to Meineke, I found out that perhaps I was smart to follow my gut. They were very transparent about what needed to be done, taking me to my car and showing me the condition of the brakes and rotors. With my new brakes and new (unshaven) rotors my car is running smoother than ever.

Meineke in Oregon city on Molalla Ave. did an amazing job.The service was excellent and the store manager, Daniel, was very communicative and knowledgeable about some repairs needed to be done to my car.Very friendly and affordable.My car got stranded along the highway last week and I called Meineke and Daniel has my car in the shop as soon as I had it towed over.He called me once done with the job and listed some recommendations of fixes that needed to be done as well- no pressure selling.In a day to where a lot of mechanical shops are very shady and trying to take advantage of people, my hats are off to the management and employees at Meineke!

When I brought in my car for my last scheduled oil change, I went to a coffee shop after dropping off my car and was told it would be done within the hour. 75 minutes later, not having received any call, I went back to check what was going on. My car sat in the lot. I asked the desk clerk why they hadn’t called me and he said they had. I had zero missed calls. Then he said that their mechanic had refused to work on my car, because the engine was making loud noises, so all he did was top off my oil. I asked him if that meant that something was wrong with my engine that I needed to know about and he wouldn’t say. All further questions were not answered and it became clear that they just wanted to get rid of me. They made me sign a document saying I, the customer, had refused their services, but in fact they had refused. I left having no idea in what state my car was in and worried that it wasn’t road worthy. Why couldn’t they just tell me what the issue was? They have definitely lost me as a client forever. I went to Valvoline and they took care of me and were straight up with me.

Can’t say enough about the great attitude and attention to customer care at this shop. Tim and the rest of the techs had a rough brake job on my 4 runner yesterday but made sure it got done the day I needed it, and did everything they could to help me with the price. Glad to have found this spot.

We had a presale inspection done today on a Toyota Scion that we were buying and could not have been more impressed with the people and the service at this location. They were thorough and took the time to educate us about the car we were considering buying specifically and about what used cars tended to be the best option in our price range. We live in Beaverton but I am tempted to drive across town to be able to work with this team. Highly recommend this amazing team!!

My husbands brakes were having issues and Ive been here before a few years ago and they were great. Tim was fantastic, I called first thing 8am and he managed to fit me in right away. He even called around for better prices on the parts! He did the brakes, oil and tire rotation, and got the car back to me in time for my Dr appointment. May just be me, hard to see almost $700 to change spark plugs. I can do this in about 1 hour?

After reading several positive reviews I made an appointment to have the oil changed and fuel filters replaced on my 2016 ram 2500 diesel. 2 hrs into the appointment, I asked what was taking so long. Staff politely said the only mechanic on was working on 4 vehicles including my truck. I walked in and talked to the mechanic who did seem a bit stressed out over one of the new fuel filters being incorrect and the difficulty he had getting the oil filter off and on. The shop floor under and around my truck was covered with diesel and used motor oil. I had brought the new fuel filters so the wrong part was on me. I had the mechanic put the old filter back and paid the bill. Upon leaving my wife and I were over powered by the smell of diesel in the cab. When I got home I noticed black motor oil on the driveway under the truck. I inspected further and found what appeared to be spilled used oil from the filter change still dripping from the under carriage. I then checked the oil at the dipstick and it was full but as black as used motor oil.Im highly disappointed and not confident the oil was even changed. I will be changing the oil myself and steam cleaning the mess.Staff was friendly enough but severely lacking in mechanical professionalism. To turn over my truck in that condition deserves 1 star.
