The customer service here is awesome. They go way out of their way to help you find or make the perfect paint for your project. The wait, when there is one, usually isnt long. Cant say enough about the staff can the produces they provide. (well except I would like to get tuff tred back)

Skip is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience at this store. I appreciate that their whitest white is just called white. We received a paint mixer included with every can. Got great advice on what equipment to use and how to solve potential problems. Prices were reasonable. I visited the nearby competitor before coming here and this was so much better. I absolutely recommend this Miller Paint Store.

Just what you want in a paint store, all the professional grade tools, complemented by excellent, knowledgeable and fast staff.

Very disappointed with Jason at this location. He does not know anything about paint flashing and the causes of it. Dont waste your time or money, go with Sherwin Williams or Rodda.

Comment on oregon city store non covid safety practices june 10, 2020I visited a few days ago. I was extremely disappointed and concerned about the lack of apparent concern of others in regards to civil. Non of the staff wearing a mask, constant close interaction between staff and even when helping me choose the correct product, no space awareness. There were counter spacers w buckets however this was not used to maintain distance, i was brought to the one register area that was direct at counter.I have an elderly mother in high risk that I care for. I personally limit my trips and potential exposure that I might bring it back to my mom. I love this store, the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, however, unfortunately due to the lack of safety practices by the staff/store in general; I am needing to choose another store as I will need more paint products in the near future. I just wanted to share my perspective and experience. Everyone has their own perspective and attitude in regards to covid, however I think it is is terribly inconsiderate in our current situation that there seems to be NO concern of covid spread from this location.

Such great customer service here. I have been a loyal customer for about 17 years. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I went into the store needing to match an older color from a competitor. They were able to match the color perfectly and they did not ever make me feel like they were in a hurry or I was bothering them. The paint quality is excellent and covers most of the time in one coat. The prices are a little more than the large box stores, but I will go back to Miller Paint when I need paint again.

The associates at Miller provided a full range of information on the different paints and primers, as well as revealing that they can color match competitors hues too!
