We needed to clear the drains in our new apartment, and BJ Plumbing had exactly what we needed!We showed up right at closing on Saturday, and I want to shoutout Chase who stayed a few minutes late to service us. The store was closed and he could have done the easy thing and told us to come back on Monday, in which case we would have had to make the 20 minute drive again and live with clogged drains for another couple of days. Instead, he went the extra mile and helped us get what we needed. Solid guy, stellar employee!

BJ PLUMBING IS THE BEST.Okay so long story short you should go to PJ plumbing. Not only do I think they’re cheaper they also know their stuff and they have all the random parts you’re missing that a Lowe’s or ace won’t have. Like especially if you have no idea what you’re doing just take the plumbing that’s broken and show it to them and they’ll give you everything you need.Don’t waste your time with amateurs at ace/Lowe’s/Home Depot just go to BJ plumbing and you’ll never go to another place....trust me.

They have always been very helpful. Which is one of the things I love about them. You cant go into Lowes or home Depot and get somebody to actually talk to you about how to fix something that is a plumbing problem. They also have fair prices. their help at the counter is more valuable to me than than anything else.

What I love about this place is the staff actually walks you though your project and gives great recommendations! I’m no expert so it’s always nice! Also better prices than Home Depot and Lowe’s!

The employees are pretty friendly and help you know what to do and Ive come here for years, but just had an experience that will make me reconsider. I bought 3 price pfister shower valve rebuild kits. One worked well but the other two did not fix a drip. After a full weekend off taking them off and putting them back on and turning the water on and off, I finally figured out they are not selling actual Price Pfister stems but some off brand. After buying real Price Pfister stems from Home Depot and installing them the drips stopped. Feels extremely misleading, the box even says Price Pfister on it.

Every time we have gone in they have been able to figure out the part we need and if it isnt already in stock they will order it! I love going to BJ Plumbing for my plumbing needs. I can easily find plumbing parts within half a mile of my home. Instead I travel 9 miles knowing that at BJ plumbing they will help me to get the right parts the first time. Any time I have questions they are happy to help walk me through it.

I stopped going to the box stores for plumbing parts once I discovered BJs. I have been going there for about four years now for all my plumbing needs. As a DIYer, I do not know all the ins and outs of plumbing. Every employee who has helped me in the store has clearly explained parts I need for projects and provided instructions on how to do the job right. Every job has worked out perfectly.

No employees were wearing masks. The store was really dirty and everything was covered in a think later of dust. The employees were rude and didnt know what they were talking about.

I tried this place to get some advice on parts for a plumbing project that I havent done before. The staff is awesome! All are friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable. They have quality parts and the know how. The best part was when I went back for a new chrome set for the tub they had the best selection and had better prices than Home Depot. I will be back for any plumbing parts that I need.

After trying and failing to find the part I needed at the two big home improvement stores, I contacted BJ Plumbing, and boy do these guys know their stuff! They not only recognized my old discontinued part number right away, but they immediately knew the modern direct replacement. When I went to pick it up it was ready and waiting for me at the front desk, and cost only half of what it would have cost to order it through one of the big hardware places. Since the part was such a perfect direct replacement installation seriously took 5 minutes, and would have cost me $300 - $400 for a plumber to come do for me. Overall very happy with BJs service and knowledge, and will certainly look to them for any plumbing supply needs in the future!

Needed a cartridge for a 1980s Moen faucet. They had it in stock, and the person at the counter showed me how to install it. It took some doing to get the old one out, but I was able to finish the task, and the leak is gone.

They were knowledgeable and helpful. Assisted me in making some decisions.Dont waste your time at Lowes or Home Depot - these guys are the pros and will point you in the right direction.

I have always been happy with the service here. I had a 5 zone sprinkler system bid here last year. The plans and bid were done quickly and professionally without any upfront deposit. They had the best prices out of several places we tried. We wouldnt hesitate to do a sprinkler system with them again. Since then, I have gone in many times for household plumbing and sprinkler needs. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Nice people here, but I just cant get over the fact that they didnt have almost anything I needed. Its not that I needed weird or obscure stuff, either. All I wanted was some 3/4 and1 pex fittings. Like elbows. And tees. They had all the boxes for those items, but the boxes were filled with.....nothing...air...no 3/4 valves, no 1 elbows, no nothing. Just empty boxes. And empty boxes cant fill the void left in my heart, because I really had my heart set on this new plumbing store being cool. Maybe they dont like money.

Thanks for helping with the Pfister plumbing parts I needed for the shower Faucets that have not been secure for way to long. With your help the showers in our home are safe and I dont have to worry about the handles falling on a childs head during bath time. I wish I had come to you guys five or six years ago.

Good prices, good service. They dont always have things in stock, but they can get it within a day usually.

They might know a lot about plumbing and have low prices, but if you have something to return watch out. Two guys literally ganged up on my husband and treated him like he was being dishonest for trying to return a faulty tool. Wow the customer is never right in their book. These people in Utah are so self-righteous that they cant see past the end of their nose! Will never be going back. No one deserves that kind of treatment no matter what their pathetic excuse is.

Every time I go to Lowes or Home Depot, it not only takes hours, but its nearly impossible to find help and I always leave with the wrong stuff. Every time Ive gone to BJs, theyve been able to find exactly what Ive needed, and Im never there more than a few minutes. They are very helpful, and its a great experience every time.

All the sales people at BJs Plumbing know there stuff. You can get the same quality Plumbing supplies carried be placed like mountain land but not spend 45 minutes trying to get something like a sprinkler coupler and talk to people who have experience in the field.

These guys have an incredible selection of plumbing repair parts. They have it when nobody else does. Skip the looking around and drive to BJ plumbing.
