We used A&A for nearly a dozen custom framing projects or Art weve accumulated from our travels. Some of the framing jobs have been very intricate and they executed with precision! If youre unsure what frame, mat, or glass will look good, they are very patient and willing to help with suggestions. Highly recommended! While custom framing is more expensive than a piece from Hobby Lobby, it makes a huge difference in the overall look and is build to last. You wont be disappointed.

I had a really good experience here. I feel that this was a fair price for the work they did. It’s a small owned family business and easy to work with. I got 3 custom frames and a couple of premade ones. Turned out really nice. I posted one piece for reference.

I started going to AA Art and Frame when they were located in Provo and called Provo Art and Frame. They seemed the premier art and framing business in Utah County. I have spent thousands of dollars using their services. However, since this business has moved to Orem their customer service and product has decreased in quality. I just stopped by today after work to have a painting framed. The hours on the door indicated they were open until 6:00. It was 5:56. The door was locked. A man came to the door and unlocked it. My first thought was he was coming to help me. When I asked if they were still opened he said, “Nope. We’re locked up.” I mentioned that it wasn’t quite 6:00 asked if he could help me. This man literally huffed and told me I’d better make it quick. I turned around and told him I would never come to this frame shop again and I left. Now I am writing this review. Deon Leavy, Provo

I walked into A&A Art and Frame with a big project--framing and matting a giant piece of artwork. I was immediately helped, and received feedback and options for my project. The employees/owners also helped educate me and involve me in the decision-making process. I came here after going to another nearby framing store, who said that they werent able to do my project since it was too big. I would 10/10 recommend this business!

I’ve taken all of my artwork here since we moved to Utah and always been really happy with the quality of the work and with the individualized service. They are there to guide me on the best options to enhance the art. At the suggestion of a friend I took 2 pieces to another (national) shop and after 3 attempts to get the quality I was used to with A and A, I ended up getting my money back (gratefully) and taking it to A and A. Lesson learned.

Ive had A&A Art and Frame help me with frames for three different pieces for my home. Each of them was just perfect. Their sense of cohesion between the picture and the frame makes the whole thing an elevated piece of art.

I had the best experience here. I created a piece of art for my wife that needed to be framed and they helped me with the entire framing process. They took very good care of the fragile piece, and were very experienced, kind, and professional. My kids were with me and they even took the time to help them be engaged while we worked on the project. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I searched all over Utah Valley for a store that sells book binding supplies and finally I found this gem of a store. Not only did they have book cloth, bone folders, and PVC glue, they also had paper and binding boards too.Their management and staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond when you need their help.Overall my experience has been excellent. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of art supplies.

This store is dedicated to its craft. And its craft is picture frames. Theyve been doing it for over 30 years, and were knowledgeable and helpful even though we were just buying stretcher bars for some home-craft and gifts.

This is my go-to place for framing. Their quality and service are excellent. I can count on them for excellent products and advice, and I love going to a family-owned business where everybody knows me by name when I walk in the door.
