The folks here are honest and give me multiple options to fix an issue, always letting me know the cost and time frame ahead of time.

The boys here are great. I bought the family bikes for Easter and my son had some issues with his chain. These guys fixed it up good for cheap, they even took time to explain to my 11 year old son how to properly change gears and how they work so he wouldn’t have issues again. Later I had the hardest time getting a new seat put back on my new bike, it had a mount I had never seen before, I assumed I was maybe doing it wrong and sure enough I was. The guys at Hangar 15 got my seat fixed in minutes and didn’t charge me a big fee.I can’t recommend them enough. I would happily let these guys work on my bikes and not be fearful that it would cost me severely and I would e confident in the quality of the work.

The staff here were very helpful. They made it easy to want to shop local rather than go online. Very knowledgeable and patient. Helped me find good bars and grips for my bike.

Hands down the most personable service Ive ever received at a bike shop. I was deciding between models/bike sizing and Jacob went above and beyond in order to answer all of my questions. He even went as far as to put pedals on a bike just so I could briefly ride around and get a better feel for what size fits me best. Give that dude a raise!

Hangar 15 is great. They attempted to fix a Tektro brake part for me and when they couldnt they found me a hydraulic replacement within my price range. After I put them on they trimmed a line and adjusted the setup to my liking within a few working days.

The other night I came in to get some cables. It was 7:01 and they were locked up. When I pulled up I was greeted at the the door by the employee who happily let me in and asked to help. I was heading south in the morning and really wanted to get my bike ready that night. They got what I needed and didnt rush me at all. The customer service at this location is outstanding.

For some reason I love this location. Sits a distance away from state St.

Always extremely friendly, and give solid, professional advice about parts and equipment.

They tuned up my bike. After telling me they thought it needed the brake pads replaced, they called me to say they didnt think it needed it anymore. When I went to pick up the bike, they tried charging me for the brake pads.

This location is awesome they always go above and beyond for u the manager kid is awesome with customer skills and knowledge of bmx bikes and parts

Went in there for the first time to check it out. Was greeted with a smile from Andreas who answered all of my questions, let me take a test drive on the bike I want, and didn’t make me feel pressured in buying a bike. Great experience at the shop. The crew fixed a flat tire and went the second mile in greasing the chain and checking the gears without charging. I am a senior and really appreciated the extra service.

I can’t thank the repair guys enough! I have an old bike that needed some odd tires and they were able to help me out and get them fitted and installed. These guys are the best to work with for any bike need you have!

I got hit by a truck about a month ago at night time and after dropping off my bike at Hangar 15, they trued the rear rim for me and answered questions that I had. Ive been skeptical of bike shops in the past due to various reasons, but the guys at Hangar 15 are friendly, they explain what they are doing as they work and their prices seem fair (they even sometimes do on the spot repairs/fine tuning which makes you feel really special). I dont even ride that much, but if I have any issues, I go to them first! Thank you to the whole team!

Only place I could find 20” tires for my kids bike!! They saved my life! Super friendly and not snobs like some specialty sporting stores can be.

These guys are seriously incredible. Easily the best customer care experience Ive had at any bike shop. McKell, Smith, Colton, Andres, Jared and Clayton have all gone out of their way to keep my Levo up and rolling...and they make it happen so much faster than other bike shops. I ride almost everyday so I tend to have maintenance and breakdowns. They keep me on the trail. Its also really nice how they make a point of knowing me by name. Much thanks to the whole team at the Orem Hangar 15.

I brought my bike in here the other day. Clayton and Scott were so great. They know their stuff and can help with anything. Ive had bad experiences at other shops so I thought I would try the new shop in town and they did not disappoint. Whether you need a new bike or just some work done, I highly recommend this shop.

Great selection of bikes. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to let you test ride as many bikes as youd like. My wife and I felt very welcome (which isnt always the case with bike shops).

I’ve only came in for small things like tires and tubes but the service is always prompt and they have a large selection.

I had my bike tuned up before putting it in the garage for the winter. i didnt expect much, as my derailleur was freaken wrecked. but talking with the tech initially and over the phone later, he said he could probably get it working. the next day he calls me and said he got it to shift correctly. ive ridden a few times since and it still works great. very happy with the work!

Had a warranty problem with a new Cannondale ebike purchase I bought online. Dropped by Hangar 15 in Orem for help resolving the issue. They had me up and running the same day. McKell was super responsive to my problem and really made an effort to get me going again. I drive by their shop regularly but had never dropped in. I was blown away with their shop and inventory. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!!

This place is the best. Their manager Clayton and his staff know their bikes and they went very far out of their way to get me the bike I was looking for.

After a few visits to their shop in Orem I’ll never let another shop work on our bikes. Most recently I took my sons bike in for a new derailer after a crash. Instead of selling me on a new one they threw the bike on the rack and bent everything back into shape while we waited. Left with a $12 bill vs the $80 I was quoted at another shop.

The staff is friendly and pretty knowledgeable. The bike, parts, and gear selection is good. I just wish they carried more brands. Mainly Specialized and Scott.

I bought a Cargo bike online and took it to Hangar 15 Bicycles to be assembled and when I went to pick it up, it didnt fit in my car. The guys were super nice and put the bike in one of their cars and brought it to my house at that time, Super grateful and satisfied with the service.
