Servers were terrible we purchased the battery and good faith we paid the $30 court charge we took the court back and they only gave us $20 back and then they didnt give us the receipt for our warranty so we had to go back do not use interstate battery we were told the battery was only cost $142 and we end up paying $164 for it dont use them

They did an awesome and cost effective job replacing the battery in my key fob so I came a second time to see if they could fix/replace the battery in my husbands cracked key fob for his second car. Miraculously they were able to fix it and replace the battery. Which is a whole lot more than the other battery store nearby did (we actually suspect they cracked my husbands key fob). We did have to pay a little more for that fix but $20 wasnt a big deal. I cant remember the names of both employees who helped me but I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for making the process easy and painless. They also have an awesome mini fridge with drinks if you ever have to wait.

I got to say that this was one of the best customer experience Ive ever had. I went into the store feeling really bummed because of my situation. Got a nasty deal from the dealership who wouldnt help me with my battery. Tyler was amazing in helping get what I needed in order to make it home. Very helpful and honest staff

First off I need to say that the person helping me was professional and courteous. I had a single golf cart battery that was purchased in March of this year. The battery tested good. But the problem is that the terminal broke or melted off. So really the battery is not good. The battery should have been covered under the warranty. They did nothing except sell me a new battery at full price. I was not impressed with their customer satisfaction. I do not plan on going back if this is how they stand behind their products.

Lots of unique batteries. Great place to replace key fob batteries. They also replace watch batteries for only $8.99, much cheaper than elsewhere. We had them replace several watch batteries recently. They did the replacements quickly and even set the times on them.

I highly recommend com and ng here for your battery needs! Super professional and very knowledgeable! Andy help run a diagnostic on my Tahoe. I recently went to auto zone and they told me it was my alternator! Andy was able to determine it was actually my CD player draining my battery! Saved me a ton of money and my battery from being drained. If you need car batteries or regular batteries this is definitely the place to get it! Thanks Andy, I definitely will be back! I found them on Google and called them because my battery was under warranty. It was a very stressful day and the manager I spoke to instantly made me feel at ease because he said we will make sure and get you taken care of. I came in at six, they were open till eight, which also made it convenient, and I was out by 630. The person who installed it cleaned all of the corrosion off of my hold down kit for free just because He wanted to do the job right the first time. Cant recommend them enough they are awesome! And their warranty is one of the best in the business. Also the manager for me the most NASCAR race cars use interstate batteries. Pretty awesome! I want to be BMW 335 xi. They also do mobile device repair for a very fordable price including flood repair! Give them a call and ask for Jared. Do you wont be disappointed! - Darin

Tyler and intestate sold me a battery that lasted one month over a year. I tried to come back and use my warranty and that gave me a hard time on it. I live over 50 miles away from Orem. They made me wait to get a replacement. Neither AutoZone or Oreilly would do that. Guess I made a bad choice buying a battery from intersate. Bad business practice

My husband and I were really worried about our Toyota Sienna. Our little mini van wasnt doing to well and we were recommended to come here for a reliable car battery. We got here and the service by Jared was awesome! He made us feel comfortable. There was no pressure at all! We are both students with a small income but we needed a reliable battery for our car. Jared gave us options and we were able to decide. After we paid, he quickly got our battery in! It was about 15-20 mins. He even pointed out a few things we might need in the future for our battery and car to be at its best! Wonderful place! We are very happy to have trusted Interstate Battery!

Stay away if you have an Offroad vehicle!! The problem I was having was with a fairly new battery for my Jeep. After driving it around and doing a few trails the battery leaked a ton of acid out and ruined multiple parts in the engine bay. It was so bad that if the Jeep was parked in my driveway at a slight incline it would leak. It appeared to be leaking all around the top and out the vents. Took it to these guys and they said they would not warranty it because I was not using the battery for its intended purpose (being in a Jeep and taking it off road). I was under the impression that it was a sealed battery at first but was informed it was just a maintenance free, but none the less I have never had any battery sealed or not do this. I have done trails in Moab and all over Utah with the old unsealed style of battery. I’ve seen Walmart batteries do better in a rolled vehicle!I tried arguing my point with the employee I was dealing with but I decided long ago that ego and incompetence are not worth my time. I went and picked up my battery then went to the shop that I originally got the battery from in SLC and they swapped me out for a new one no problem. I then proceeded to call Interstate directly and ask them about using the type of battery I had in my Jeep and what my situation was. I had a great and friendly conversation with the man I talked to and he said I should not of had that problem with the battery unless there was something wrong with it and it should have been warrantied. I have nothing against Interstate Batteries but I would recommend going to somebody who has actual mechanical experience and knowledge which these guys clearly do not.

These guys were really great to me. I needed a new battery for my motorcycle but I wasnt sure what battery it took so they helped me look it up. Even though it was an unusual battery they still had it in stock. Also, I didnt feel like paying to have someone switch the battery out so they agreed at first to let me use their tools to do it myself, and then ended up just doing it for free :) Also, if you want to save some $, the back of their business cards have a 10% off coupon so it shouldnt be too hard to get a deal. Overall they were just pleasant people to talk to and were able to sell me a battery at a fair price

I cannot sing enough praises for these guys!!!! I brought my cell phone into the store to see if my battery was bad/dead, causing my phone to stop working. Unfortunately, it wasnt the battery and I thought I was going to lose all my photos and music and everything. Photos and videos of family vacations, first days of school, my babys first steps, birthdays, etc. Tanner ended up fixing something, which wasnt the battery, and saved my phone!!! My husband has the same model phone as me, and Tanner was able to use hardware from his phone and get my going. I was smiling from ear to ear and so grateful. Best experience! These guys are amazing!!

Wow Im super impressed at the friendly service, knowledge and expertise. Wayne Holt didnt just load test the battery he checked each cell to help determine if the battery was dead or needed a charge. Installation was superb. Cleaned, tightened and coated the terminals. What a great store! They repair phones as well, glad to have them so close.

Ill recommend this place to anyone and everyone I meet. They took great care of me and helped me put in a new battery. This store is all about helping people out and making sure they have a good experience while they do it. Great people. If you need a place for a battery, look no further.

Wayne Holt stayed to help me even though his shift had ended.They allowed me to use their battery to backup my phone and stayed until it was over, knowing that I wasnt going to purchase anything.You dont see customer service like that very often. I purchased an Interstate battery at a location out of state when mine unexpectedly died while on vacation. The next year I was having some issues with my battery not holding a charge so I took it in and said it was still under warranty and replaced it no more questioned asked. This week I began having issues again with the battery and took it in to get tested. I am waiting now for it to be charged and tested but the costumer service has always been incredible. 5 Stars for the service, 3 stars for the battery quality.

Verizon sent my brother and I over here to test my phone battery. The store manager, Jared, was super helpful, very knowledgeable. He was more concerned about helping us and meeting our needs than making money, which I really appreciated. He showed us some cool stuff, but didnt pressure us to buy anything We didnt purchase anything from him, but I will be definitely returning for all my battery needs.

Well stocked battery store, they test your batteries for free. They had all the odd sized batteries we wanted. The staff was very helpful.

This is the best place you can go for your battery needs. They are knowledgeable and very friendly with amazing customer service. They have had the best customer service that I could ask for, I have purchased multiple items from these guys. I first purchased a battery for my trailer, followed by a battery for my girl friends car, then a battery tender for all my toys. I wont go any where else.

I have only been there twice and their costumer sevice has been fast and good plus their proces are not bad.

My truck was experiencing an intermittent stalled start. Auto Zone tested it and said replace your battery. I took the battery here and Wayne cleaned up the terminals and tested it and said your battery is great. I took it home cleaned up the connections on the wire side and it started up great. You cant beat the honesty and customer service here!

Awesome customer service! We took our batteries from our fifth wheel in that we have been having problems with discharging-of course just out of warranty! Andy and Jared were very helpful and knowledgeable in giving us suggestions and ideas as to why this was happening (i.e. The float charger in the fifth wheel was not functioning properly) they put our batteries back on the charger and luckily for us were able to recharge them - and let us know that they were not ruined as we all first suspected since the fluid was so low-possibly overcharging ! They also had another long time customer in the store (Thanks Again Ryan M for your help and referral to Duanes RV) when we were there who was also very helpful and discussing the RV problem and he told us he is a very loyal and satisfied customer at this particular location!! This we be the one we return to and refer people too!

I have to say this store is top notch. I got a set of batteries from them and after a few years it seemed my batteries were getting weak. The staff of the Orem store went above and beyond to find the problem. It turned out to be my truck and not the batteries. Even after all that they got me a new set of batteries when they didn’t have too. This is absolutely the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I will buy only interstate and from the Orem store from now on. Way to go guys!!!!

New to this place and to be honest I have never heard of them. The employee named Wayne Holt gave such great advice, service and installed for us while showing us how to protect it. If the owner gets to read this, please give this man a raise. Going to tell all my friends and family about this.

My husband and I both were having trouble starting our cars. We drove to Interstate Battery to have them test our batteries and they were very helpful. Jared was quick to help us, checking the batteries and offering honest information about options for new batteries. If we need another, well come back to this store!

First google review Ive done, because these guys get it done. I made a phone call that took a couple of minutes to figure out what new battery I needed. I drove ten minutes to the shop and they had the battery installed and working in no more than 15 minutes. Great service.

Went there this afternoon and Andy did an awesome job installing a battery in my suv after helping me find the perfect product for my car. He was very quick and efficient. He made sure that my car worked afterwards and that I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back again with my future battery needs.

Watch out! Recent reviews are bad for a reason! I called in advance to make sure they carried the batteries I needed and I was told that they did have them in stock. After using what little time I have in an extremely crammed schedule to make my way out to the store, I found that they do not have any in stock after all. Also, they tried to sell me non-rechargeable batteries when I first got to the store when I asked in person specifically for the rechargeable batteries. If the guy I spoke with had not checked with someone else I would have ended up buying them. They are clearly not as knowledgeable as they may appear to be.

I had four watches I needed new batteries in. I took them to another battery place, and after waiting around for almost 20mins they gave me two with new batteries and told me they couldnt replace the other two. So I came to Interstate! Two of the workers tag-teamed the difficult watches and got them up and running no problem. Highly recommended for Watch replacement.

This place has amazing service and the prices are great.I was looking for a battery charger for my Samsung Galaxy s5 and the only other store in Orem that had it was selling it for $29.00 but I got it here for just $15!Worth it. I’d recommend this place to anybody looking for battery related stuff.

I had them replace my phone screen. IMMEDIATELY after, my phone started having issues it never had before, i.e. shutting off (going to the black screen, not off completely) randomly when Im using it, or the home screen picture flashing uncontrollably on and off rapidly. I told them about the issues right away, and then went back after 4 or 5 days to tell the about the problems in person. The guy who helped was friendly enough, but insisted nothing could be done unless he personally saw the issue happen himself. As this is an issue that happens randomly throughout the day, I cant physically show him whats happening!! I told him I had explained exactly what happened, but he said nothing can be done unless he sees it. He tampered around with the cords inside the phone, but its still having issues. So, I guess Im stuck with a faulty phone now. Also, the screen they replaced mine with must be low quality, it shattered after a minor drop that landed square on the ground while the phone had a case on it. I had my original screen for almost two years with plenty of drops and not one thing happened to it.

Had me in and out in 5 minutes. Honored my warranty and took care of me. Highly recomended

I needed two sealed lead acid batteries for an electric scooter. I was worried that this might be a hard item to find, but the Interstate All Battery Center had them in stock. I needed 2, and they had 2. I was worried that they would be much more expensive than I could get them on line, but the price was very good. Best of all, they are close by in Orem and I got the batteries in 15 minutes, not 3 to 5 days.

Amazing customer service that made sure I recieved the exact battery for my motorcycle. Was surprized when the price was $40 cheaper than other places I was looking at. I will definetly be back whenever I need a battery.

Wow! Im not sure how those other reviews happen! These guys are very nice, friendly liars and con artists. Heres a long story made a bit shorter. After selling my daughter a battery that only lasted 7 months (one month past the warranty, but that was the deal on a re-furbished unit) they freely admitted that it should have lasted 2-3 years and said theyd give me an extra good price on a new one. Well, their hot price was a 15% discount. So, $150 less 15%= $127.50. Sound good? Not so fast. I had stopped at Wal-Mart and written down three batteries in the same group size as the Interstate battery (65). Their $127.50 battery was a size group 65, 650 CCA, 2 year free replacement warranty, 5 year pro-rated warranty. Wal-Mart sells a size group 65, 700 CCA, 2 year free replacement, 5 year pro-rated warranty battery for $74!!! A STRONGER, better battery, same warranty, locations everywhere and you dont have to negotiate the price!! Thats HALF the price of the Interstate battery!!I declined their ludicrous offer, even after they tried to claim that Wal-Mart uses different manufacturing processes which make faulty batteries. Im a manufacturing engineer. Even if so, who cares? Same warranty, stronger battery... I dont care if they use MONKEYS to make them. Whats more, I hate Wal-Mart, but Ive bought their batteries for decades and have been very, very satisfied with both performance as well as how they handle warranties with no questions.So, I opted to take the Interstate batteries offer (from the day I dropped mine off for testing one week prior) to just buy my old battery at scrap price. Their price was only one cent less per pound than the scrap yard and more convenient. However, today, they changed thier offer. Turns out, my battery weighs only 34 lbs this week as opposed to 45 lbs last week! (THEY did the weighing both times and had possession of the battery the entire time.) I pointed out the difference. They said that the PRICE for lead had gone down!! But they were quoting the SAME 14 cents per pound!! Somehow, the WEIGHT of my battery had gone down (a true phenomenon of physics)!! The difference was less than a buck. Theyd lie for a lousy buck? They have batteries for most everything there and possibly they are only con artists for the automotive batteries. They also do superficial cell phone repairs which may be a good service, I dont know (they couldnt fix my charge port). Just shop their prices before you buy...I doubt that they beat ANYONES PRICES on ANYTHING

I bought a new battery for my watch at the Logan store. When they took it apart, they put a different rod/spring in the chain part of the watch. It fell apart about two weeks later. This store hooked me up and fixed the broken spring for free! I think theyre battery than the rest.

They always have the parts I need and helped me out with a cracked screen.
