Best place to buy a hybrid, electric, or fuel efficient vehicle.Very knowledgeable, moreso than any of the other dealers we went to, and didnt have any of the high pressure tactics. Extremely casual experience, wouldnt buy a fuel efficient car from any other dealer.

We spent a couple of months trying different cars at multiple car dealerships. We were very glad to have found this dealership after all of that time. The Carfax on the car we bought is nearly impeccable, as it only had one owner previously. We took the car to a trusted mechanic, and it passed with flying colors. To top it off, the price was extremely reasonable; especially for a vehicle that had everything we were hoping for. First off, if Central Auto is on your list of dealerships to look at, forget about it. Not. Worth. It. Bad experience. Go read my scathing review on their Google page if youre curious. Anyway, when I got to these guys I was very pleasantly surprised. I called ahead just on a whim because they didnt open for another hour and the owner picked up and was more than happy to open up shop and let me test drive some cars. My entire experience here was phenomenal. Its run by the owner and his son, and both of them are just generally pleasant. They dont give off the fake salesman vibe, theyre straight with you, they practically bend over backwards to give you good service and a great deal. Hands down, I will recommend this dealership every time. If you go here, you can trust youre getting a good deal whether you know it or not. These guys have all high reviews for a reason. They set the benchmark for every other dealership.

We have a recreational rentals / livery business and are trying to convey an environmentally friendly image to go along with the incredible scenery in Provo Canyon. We decided to use CNG vehicles as much as possible in our fleet. So far weve purchased 4 vehicles from CNG Utah and found them to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. Theyve helped us find bi-fuel and dedicated CNG vans ranging in size from 8 to 20 passenger. They even saved us a couple of times with an emergency squirt of fuel when we forgot to visit the CNG station before a busy weekend. Weve always found them willing to explain CNG to us and help us grow our business. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a CNG vehicle. No one else specializes in CNG like they do.

I didnt purchase a CNG vehicle but they are wonderful. They had really good customer care and werent afraid to sell you a car. The car I purchased didnt come with warranty and was sold as is. However it has performed flawlessly. And on top of that they had free soda, so what else do you want?

Just got a 2017 Volt from them. It had a cosmetic damage on a mirror, needed a new tire and needed a extra key fob. All were taken care of in a timely manner. Since I live in Ogden they let me use another Volt so i could play golf while they did repairs. Honest and friendly dealership

I love the small family business feel of this place. Kevin Frazier and his son Derek are very helpful, no pressure to buy, and they know their stuff, can answer any questions about CNG vehicles and more. They are not out to get you or sell you a lemon.I purchased a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier CNG Bi-Fuel from them just over two weeks ago. It runs great and is fun to drive. I love filling up the CNG tank and only paying $8.60!!! I had to make a few trips up to Salt Lake city from orem and I managed to get 186 miles on CNG. This car was advertised to only get 150 mile range. I highly recommend buying from these guys.

Hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. Theyre honest, ethical, fair and put the customer first. I bought a used 2013 Volt from them in mint condition. After I drove it off the lot I noticed that a rock or some sort of debris had put a hole in the radiator of the vehicle a few days prior. I took the car back with the complaint and they took complete ownership of the damage and the repair. They paid for a brand new radiator and the labor on top of it. I will be buying my next vehicle from CNG and would refer anyone to them that is looking for a great dealership that cares about their customers and the service they deliver.

Easy to work with and knowledgeable. I got a fair price on my 2011 Volt and have had it a couple of months and no problems.

A week after buying a civic from CNG Utah it started misfiring. after taking it in to a friend we found that the spark plugs distributor cap and rotor were all way past needing replaced. I replaced these and the car drove decent for a few weeks until it was misfiring constantly. I was told to replace the fuel filter which I bought from CNG Utah (the only good thing I have seen from these guys) and replaced the fuel filter. It didnt get much better but at least it wasnt killing over when I was stopped at a light anymore. I had my buddy check the fuel injectors to find out that all 4 were bad so I removed the fuel injectors and sent them in to be refurbished in the mean time I had to borrow a family members car for a few weeks while the injectors were out. When they came back the car ran better than it had in months but still had trouble on hills and before it warmed up. Me and my wife are both in college and we have a new baby so as soon as we had the money we took it in to a shop to have a compression test done. Another 100 dollars and the worse news of the whole ordeal is the mechanic was surprised I was even able to drive due to the fact that my compression was bad in 3 of the 4 cylinders. We called up CNG Utah to ask if they could help us out and Kevins response was well sometimes you get a bad car sorry better luck next time. I am very disappointed you didnt even tune up the car let alone do a simple inspection to see if the car was in shape to sell. I paid more from CNG because I thought I would get a car in better shape but you are better buying from anyone but them, and I am giving them the benefit of the doubt supposing that they didnt know before hand but if they did it is even more reason not to buy here. If anyone wants proof of the truthfulness of this I have all the receipts with their dates and the diagnostics that show that the issue isnt new. the car has or will cost me around 3k this year alone and I havent even put 6,000 miles on it yet.** Response to your response. You forgot to mention about how we did try to get you to honor your deal and you said you wouldnt. I had the bumper grill and hood replaced and paid off and got the title and when we said that we could then make the deal your response was that you no longer had any of the cars and told us you didnt think you had needed to do anything more for us. So yeah you great on making a promise you never were really going to live up to anyways.On another note I like to believe that these guys are an honest bunch they were not pushy and were very good to work with, my issue may just be bad luck on my part with no knowledge of the issues on their part. In reality as far as the law was concerned they didnt have to do anything for me, so it really isnt their bad that they didnt. I have, since my first post, put another 2k into the car and got it running decent and sold it. I do feel that I will never buy a car from CNGUtah again but that it mostly because I just dont want to buy used anymore. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because I realize it was used and they hopefully didnt know.

Great place to buy a car! Its a small place, but the whole time we were talking with the owner he wasnt pushy or difficult. The prices were already below what KBB and Edmonds placed them so there was little to no need for haggling. All in all it was a good experience and I hope my next car is electric, so Ill be back.

I havent bought anything from these guys yet but they are supremely knowledgeable on alternative fuel vehicles... Electric, CNG... Hybrids... I am seriously in the market for one of these types of vehicles and Ive learned more by stopping here a few times then from any other source including the internet. ..they also offer overnight test drives if you really want to get a chance to explore what these vehicles would be like to own and drive.. I highly recommend you talking to Clean Fuels Utah..Ive shopped around and I watched the market and you wont find better prices anywhere.

Wife and I purchased a Ford C-Max Energi from Derek and Kevin. Very friendly with no pressure. This is the exact vehicle we were looking for and they provided the care and great price that we appreciate. Recommend 100%!In addition, this vehicle is way under marketed. The C-max Energi is a cross between Hybrid and an Electric. Its the best of both worlds. Even though its cheaper than a Prius and a Volt, the quality of experience is very high. Were thrilled with this vehicle and the ride.

11/8/17 As I did when I bought my first CNG, I was fearful of this technology that was new to me. Derek and kevin were good to teach me about my 2014 Ford C-max and two other models. Just as with the CNG cars I have purchased, as soon as I cleared the lot I did not look back. the only problem we have now is who gets to drive this car that with using the Electric component is indicating 70 + mpg. I am delighted. Thank you Kevin and Derek. A fine family business in Orem Utah.dI have been driving CNG cars for years. I went in to CNG Utah knowing what I wanted. I talked to Keven and he accurately met my goals.He was personable and worked with me well. I now have a nice Cavalier that is saving me a tremendous amount of money in fuel. I was given information about the rebate process and my car was licensed which saved me the trip to DMV. I waited a couple of weeks to see if there were any surprises upcoming but have received a very nice car for what I was willing to pay. I intend to refer friends and family to CNG Utah.

At first I was very excited to get my first CNG vehicle, but now less than a year after ownership I feel that I was mislead and wish I had talked to the mechanics that fix CNG to get their impressions of the best CNG vehicle to buy. I purchased a used OEM 2001 Ford F250 4X4 for $9,900. Let me tell you what the dealer failed to mention about CNG vehicles and what I wish I knew when I was buying.The dealer told me about the $2,500 tax credit and that the natural gas option adds $4-5,000 to the value of the vehicle. He failed to mention the $4-5000 evaluation is garbage and is his markup. A tax credit doesnt add value to the vehicle. He also failed to mention that the compu-valve on the 1999-2002 models are very difficult and expensive to have any work done on them. According to him they serviced my truck (before purchase) and had a new compu-valve installed, but after having a trusted mechanic look at it (a few months later after purchase) he told me that it hadnt been properly serviced and would be about $1000 to get it cleaned and serviced so it runs without sputtering. He didnt mention the 03-04 models have a different better system than the compu-valve. Which will save you $8-900 every time you need to have the system serviced.I love CNG but I will be looking for my next vehicle somewhere else.

*_* (((5 Stars!))) And CNG Utah deserves it! Wouldnt it be nice to get a free car and at the same time help save the environment without contributing to worldwide bloodshed of American Soldiers? It sounds unbelievable but if you think about it thats what Natural Gas cars are and are doing. With the amount of money that you save with the Utah State Tax savings and the amount of money you save with cheaper fuel youre basically getting a free car. By the time you pay off a 5 year vehicle loan from the bank the money you save in taxes and fuel, the car is nearly zero cost. Do you wish you could pay for fuel like it was 1995? Natural Gas costs around $1.50 on average right now. And it is produced locally. That means we dont have to send American Soldiers to other countries to kill and die for black oil. How much blood is in your gasoline? Think about that when youre at the pump. Natural Gas is a lot easier on the environment. Theres giant frozen blocks of it just sitting there at the bottom of the ocean. If you get a bi-fuel CNG vehicle you dont have to worry about running out of fuel in the middle of Nevada or anything because the vehicle just switches over automatically from CNG to Gasoline. I would strongly suggest getting a Bi-Fuel vehicle unless you truly dont plan on leaving Utah with the vehicle. I ran into one guy that got a CNG only vehicle and he wasnt very happy. First impressions are everything but with CNG Utah you need to get past it. The selection of vehicle models are a bit limited because only certain vehicles are built or converted to CNG. The building is a little older and maybe needs some remodeling but Im glad they arent spending tons of money on rent or remodeling to help keep costs affordable. Derek and Kevin are always calm, cool, genuinely friendly and informative. There was absolutely no pressure and they were good to work with. They were even prompt and helpful when I talked to them by email which is pretty rare these days. Do you want to outsmart the Smart Car? Do you want to laugh at hybrid Prius owners that cant accelerate on the freeway on-ramp cause they are hauling a ton of batteries? Do you want to bring our Soldiers home so they can put solar panels on every building in America and build wind turbines? We can give NASA the military budget. Just imagine what we could accomplish then. I personally HATE it when I drive onto a car lot and before you can even get out of your car the salesmen are breathing down your neck. CNG Utah never pressured me and allowed me to approach them when I had questions. They are awesome to work with. Im very happy with my CNG vehicle and I would strongly suggest buying a BiFuel CNG vehicle from CNG Utah.
