Bought a white Cadillac Escalade nice interior outside looked decent for the year, customer service was good but about 50 miles in 3 days after purchase the check engine light turned on keep in mind I asked them if this vehicle had any issues at all they said no.. but ok check engine light may turn on for anything... took it in to master muffler for bank threshold codes and transmission codes and a few others . I’m in 1600 dollars and I’m hoping (fingers crossed) this will keep the check engine light off . We will see I get the car back tomorrow from master muffler .. my own fault for not having a personal mechanic check it and buying as is veh’s hope everyone else gets a better deal with less headaches

Will never use this dealership. We live in Logan & found a truck on KSL. We were trading in another truck which they got the VIN# for and gave us a trade-in value that we were OK with. So, we had financing and everything ready to go days in advance, took work off just to drive TWO hours to the dealership & two hours later, we were told they would give us way less than what they promised and asked for thousands upfront. I felt like we got the run around and were made broken promises.

So I bought this used Nissan Murano, I don’t know how it ran good while we test drove it, but it was like as soon as we got home it was chugging, almost as if it wasn’t getting air flow, we checked all the filters fuel pump and even replaced the fuel pump as well as all new spark plugs. THIS IT WHAT WE FOUND WHEN WE REPLACED THE SPARK PLUGS, one out of the 3 fuel injector plugs was for a (FORD) NOT a Nissan!!!! The plug that was jimmy rigged wasn’t and forced into/ onto the plug. I don’t believe they was 100% honest when selling me the car. I should have known better when the owner told me if we needed parts he could “hook us up” I don’t recommend going here unless you take your OWN mechanic!!!! I did get the plug changed out myself unfortunately it was on the way out of town. I was left stranded left with no choice but to figure the problem out on my own. My car runs a little better. But the wiring is all fu@ked up.

I bought a car from here and shortly after found out that it had oil leaks in the rear main seal, Head gasket and oil pan. This was on a high end good looking condition BMW. After having it for a couple of months I ended up spending 4-5k in labor and parts to get it back to running normal not including the mess up by the mechanic for putting in the wrong coolant when topping off the fluids before giving it to me. Couple months go by and I was on a road trip and have only put around 1k miles on the car so far since rebuilding half of the damn thing. I get half way through the trip and the head gasket blows. (3-4k in towing fees and 4-8k in labor to have someone fix) I got sold a lemon. Long story short I offered to sort something out or even do a trade in and take partial loss but they didnt bother to respond after the first reply! So unprofessional and honestly to the point I want to pursue Legal. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. I PAID MORE IN REPAIRS THEN THE CAR WAS WORTH. DONT BUY FROM HERE, HALF OF THEM DONT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO SELL YOU THE CAR. dont forget to mention the referral checks and gas card that I never received for the good review I left after leaving the dealership, Regret that one!
