We had a horrible experience with Flooring Liquidators. We ordered two different types of carpet for our home. They came and measured for the carpet and had to order it in which took a little over two weeks. When they came to install the carpet the installers realized that the measurements for both the carpets were wrong and not enough had been ordered (like way off! Not enough for two of the bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom closet, and our stairs - and only half of the carpet for the one room we were doing downstairs) They gave me the option of installing what had been ordered and risking that the colors wouldnt be exact because the new carpet would be from a different batch or I could have them not install it and I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee for carpet THEY measured wrong for. We risked having the colors not match and had them install what they had since we had family coming into town and were sick of walking around on concrete. Mark told me he would rush the order and it would be in and installed within four to six days. After that I called and text Mark and May trying to get an update on when they would be coming to install and they wouldnt answer phone calls or texts. After TWO WEEKS May finally called and was unbelievably rude on the phone. I would never recommend this place to anyone! The only reason I am giving it one star is because the installers were great to work with. They would text the night before saying when they would arrive and they would arrive at that time and worked quick and efficiently!

The service is excellent. Jasmine is one of the sales associate and she knows her flooring, prices abd explains things well. What I love most about her is the she answers questions and she is not a pushy sales person.

The location is terrible and I had no idea who actually worked there. They were nice enough to help us try and match our current flooring but I was concerned that it wouldn’t match well enough and they said I could return it if I needed to. I paid cash. It didn’t match and when I tried to return it, they were unprofessional and said they couldn’t even find the sale in their system. There are many other flooring companies around here that are much better.

Mark is the best. I loved working with him. Flooring liquidators has installed hardwood floors, tile and carpet in my whole house and had great prices. Mind you, I did not have this all done at once but even with doing it as separate jobs, he had the best prices. Never an issue with any work. Also, recently I changed my stairs to add extra boards and molding on the sides. In doing this I had to rip up the carpet on several stairs and a landing. All I needed was someone to come out and trim and re-tack the carpet. I called numerous local companies and recommended by several other people. Not one of them showed and most didnt message or call me back. I called Mark at night and asked if he could have someone come out to do this. first thing the following morning, Mark had someone there who completed it quick and for a great low price. I ALWAYS recommend flooring liquidators to everyone.

This guy really knows his flooring. He has great prices for any budget. He is very good at calling back when your product is ordered and also very good at explaining the differences and quality of flooring. He is just awesome.

I got bids for a big house, 450 yards of carpet, and Flooring Liquidators had the best quality and a good price. We decided to give them the job. The installers they work with are the real stars. They did such high quality work. I painted the entire house beforehand and they were able to do all the carpet work with hardly any paint damage. Its nearly impossible to install carpet without scuffing new paint in a few areas. This house has all sorts of difficult shapes, pie cut stairs, tons of stairs in general, ect. They really exceeded my expectations. I saved a few thousand dollars and our carpet looks great!

We shopped around and were going to be charged over 8K for the supplies and install. We had a nightmare with our contractor and ended up having to reschedule our carpet installation 3 times, but these guys never once batted an eye at us. They accommodated without hesitation. When the day did come for installation, they were on time, and courteous and professional. Our carpet looks and feels amazing. We even opted for the lower grade carpet, and its quality far exceeds that in the rest of our home. Mark the owner was amazing to work with. His son Jose was equally as wonderful. We would recommend this company without hesitation and will use them for any future needs we may have.

Me and my wife did extensive shopping for carpet from Salt Lake to Provo. We went to at least 15 stores and NOBODY came even close to their prices. Purchased carpet and had it installed it last year April. Was very unhappy with the installers. Had to ask them to fix a few things when they said they were done. There were bumps in the seams connecting to existing carpet which they fixed the day of the install on my request. Within a few months there was loose carpet everywhere. There are bumps all over where the carpet meets tile, and wall...not a smooth finish. Didnt realize it was a bad install until it was too late. Called the owner and he rudely told me there is nothing he can do about it that there is only 6 mo warranty on install. I recommended flooring liquidator to my mom and she got carpet there. Her carpet looks great and she obviously had great installers (different ones...still sent out by Flooring liquidator) because her carpet is flawless. I am so upset that I spent thousands on carpet and install and now I have to pay for someone to come and re-stretch carpet that is barely over a year old. Carpet quality is good and a good price but Id rather go somewhere else and pay a little more for a company that will stand by their product and install. Not willing to chance getting a bad installer. He is the one that sent out the installers but told me they work for themselves and he couldnt do anything about it. Would not go back I feel like my money has been wasted.

The pricing at Flooring Liquidator was very competitive. And Mark was very helpful. He referred us to Alex as our installer. We had about 2600 sq feet of LV and a staircase. Alex was very fast and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the product we used and was able to look at the situation and resolve the issues. He had a daily plan. I had multiple contractors on any given day. Alex was willing to help move heavy items and did not charge a additional fee. He is clean and organized ladies. Which is huge! We lived in the house during the remodel, so daily clean up was necessary. He was punctual. communicated needs and concerns and made sure I liked the pattern of the planks. His install pricing was unbeatable. I would highly recommend him as your instal guy. If you have to wait to get his calendar.....it’s so worth it! Ive battled how to review flooring liquidator, heres how things went with them. My first experience with them was pleasant and positive, I was directed to a specific roll of carpet that was just perfect for the size room I was carpeting, I was offered a great price and padding. It wasnt the color I was looking for initially, but for the price I couldnt pass it up. Paid for carpeting and set up install for 3 weeks ahead to allow me time to be ready. Feb 13 was install date and had not heard anything from them so on the 12th I gave them a call @ 10 am to make sure I had a time frame to be home and ready. Phone call seemed a bit rude (yet i was willing to give the benefit of the doubt) I was told I should have received a text and a phone call the next day prior to install. He also told me my carpet had been picked up and the installers would be there by 10 a.m. I told him I had not received a text, he said he would look into it and call me back when he had time. 5pm rolls around and still no call, so I once again call back, once again phone call was abrupt and non friendly. I reminded him who I was and that I was inquiring about next days apt. He asked what my question was. I told him I didnt have a question, but a concern about not being there when they arrived as I had to leave for 15 -20 min that morning. I told him that and he told me he would check with installers but thought that would be fine. Told me he would only need to call back if there was a problem. Well he called back, said my carpet wasnt even on the truck and so installers would not be coming at 10 but 3 instead. That concerned me as to the lateness in the day, he assured me it was a easy job and would be done in about an hour. 4 pm still no installers, but I did get a phone call saying that they were delayed due to the 1 inch of snow that weve received in the valley that afternoon. 4:20 pm installer arrived, hey I asked if he could use my garage to which I said no due to the fact that the furniture why is in the garage in order to get the carpet installed he asked to look at the room and said that it was fine it was a small enough job that he didnt need the garage he installed the pad with no incidence and I waited in the house for him to bring in the carpet, after a few moments he comes in the house with my neighbor behind who is assisting him to haul in this big roll of carpet because he came alone. My neighbor stopped at the front door and did not come any further and thats where the giant roll of carpet stayed. The single installer struggled for 25 minutes trying to get this carpet up my 6 stairs to the bedroom to no avail, all the while rubbing the stain off off my rail post, my railing spindles, the kick plate on the stairwell and the paint on the doorway and the walls, manhandling & battling this roll of carpet by himself. I then call the store and spoke to the owner to let him know that this carpet installer was here alone and he was unable to get the big roll of carpet up the stairs, he said I didnt know stairs were involved, I said well stairs are not getting carpeted but he does have to carry it up my 6 stairs to get it to my bedroom, it was not working even with my daughter and my help, he told me there were no other installers to help. Luckily it was 5:00 now and my son was just getting off work so I was able to call him and have him stop by on his way home to assist this carpet installer to get this carpet the rest of the way into my house. Had I not been able to call him, I dont know what would have happened, this roll of carpet was not going up the stairs without potentially doing a great deal more damage to him or my home. I dont find fault with the installer as he was working his tail off trying to get the carpet in alone. Hours later, install looks good and carpet is nice, I Feel good about that and the price I paid. Not so thrilled about all the touch ups and repairs I get to do. And how it was all handled. In the future Ill have to see if the hassle is worth the deal. Wish I could have left 5 stars. Went in with my grandmother to make sure they didnt try to push around an old lady. The salesman started out really nice but really pushed her to buy some ugly carpet he had in stock. He made crazy claims about how much he has installed every week yet his warehouse had very little in it and he only had about 10 rolls there. Other places had better selection and ended up being lower cost too. Not worth the trip.Bought flooring from another store with Grandma. Maybe the owner couldnt find me in his records because he never asked my name (the home is Grandmas). Cant believe the rude response from this business owner. Now I know Im ACTIVELY recommending people not shop here! If I could give negative stars I would!

Ive purchased flooring from lumber liquidators many times mark has always been better than fair and has always treated my customers and myself with honesty and respect I recommend him to all my customers in fact one of my customers works at a carpet store and used mark due to the fact she couldnt get a better carpet from her own source for the price i would rate him higher if i could go see for yourself he will find you the same flooring you found somewhere else for less

Initially had good luck with these guys but Ive been getting the runaround now with them now. Was told when I purchased the materials that I would be able to return any unopened flooring as it was a style that they stock and not special order. I called after my flooring was done to double check that I could return the unopened flooring and they said it was ok. When I made the trip back down to return the flooring I was told because they did not measure the floor in the first place they would not accept any returns. I now think this place is a joke. Go somewhere where they wont waste your time and actually stick to what they say.

We love the carpet! Nice nylon carpet for the price of cheap polyester. My only issue is with the install team. They didnt call the night before like they said, so we werent sure if we were actually on the schedule until we got ahold of Mark. One of the installer, I dont think speaks a word of English the other understands English well but was still difficult to communicate with. The installer had a problem with keeping his pants up. Everywhere I looked there was 6 inches of butt crack. I wish he would get a pair of suspenders. The install looks great! Make sure you get it measured or be prepared for a little extra on the install (only $40 more in our case, so not a big deal). Our staircase needed more carpet and install time than Mark anticipated. I will use him again, but I hope Mark fixes the communication and butt crack problems.

The owner of this store sold me a bad product and refused to do anything about it. He lied over and over and over again saying he would take care of it and as the weeks past, nothing was ever done. Flooring is expensive. It is an investment. Spend your money at a reputable store where you are guaranteed a quality product, professional service as well as HONESTY and INTEGRITY from its owners who understand what a bad reputation can do to their business!

Great prices. We shopped around before buying vinyl plank flooring, and he was the cheapest by far. They were also able to schedule the installation much sooner than other places too. The installers were not fantastic though. We replaced carpet in a dining area with the vinyl, and the installers were not able to tack down the carpet; we had to have someone else come out just to do that, which was a pain. He subcontracts out the installers, so make sure to review their work.

The store itself is pretty good. Decent selection. Nice people. Good prices. We did have an issue waiting for a call on the material but I think that can happen to anyone. The catch with this place is that they use independant contractors to do the installation. Im sure some of them are great. But its the luck of the draw, isnt it? And we had a terrible experience with the installer, so bad we fired him and went to find our own. He charged extra to move the fridge and stove, but then couldnt do it and left us to get it moved by ourselves. (Which we did). Then he didnt show up for work the next day and didnt call or text. Only after we called the store did he finally text, while he was on another job.We asked him to return materials he got without fully consulting us and he argued with us. Basically he wanted us to do everything and had a poor attitude when we asked for something different. I know that isnt the store. But the trouble is, we wont buy from the store because they dont control their installers.

Install went great!
