TJ and big John were super nice and helpful couldn’t have had more fun at a store 10/10 will shop again

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife online for our anniversary - they came and were way too big so she went in the store to exchange them for smaller pair. They didn’t have them in the store so they checked their shipment that was coming in on Thursday and they had one in her size on the truck! They said they would put them on hold and she could come exchange them then. She never received a call so I went in on Friday to see what was going on. When I went to the store they claimed they were really “behind” on shipments and I was unable to receive them. Horrible customer service. If you want a pair of shoes, go somewhere else and don’t waste your time and money.

Gotta shout out to Jonryheem! For taking care of me. I was looking for a specific shoe/ color, not only did he find it, was able to order it. Super easy and smooth transaction. Will definitely go back and see him! Thanks again, Definitely takes care of his Peoples 😉

Awesome friendly staff, very helpful. Clean and organized. My son purchased a nice pair a dress casual shoes.

I went in and the manager i believe was so rude and wouldnt answer my questions i genuinely felt so uncomfortable being in the store and just asked some basic questions about the shoes i was looking at.

I actually had a great experience at this store, the guy was super helpful, HOWEVER.... when I got home to try on my shoes, I had two different sizes in my box. This should have been checked before leaving the store, as I live two hours away and can’t go back easily. Disappointed in the outcome of leaving the store and being sold two different size shoes.

I got a pair of white Toms last week. I have to say that so far they offered me great customer service and their return policy gives me safety in shopping there again!Now they are pushing these stain free sprays which seem to work well.

I went there this week to exchange shoes. They didn’t have the size I needed so they offered to have them ship to my house which is fine but then I had to pay for shipping. If I already paid $150 for a pair of shoes I shouldn’t have to pay shipping.

I felt as if I was kinda being bullied into buying more then I orginally wanted.
