Wow, they had thosands of ties, every color and specializations. Got four unique ones, wedding, temple, college, science. All for less than one $85 tie at Jos. A. Bank! fun too

I had a really great experience here. The employee was very helpful and, when I could not find the exact tie I needed, she told me about other local tie shops and options. I appreciated this service and will be coming here for future tie purchases.

I couldn’t see the prices of the bow ties that were too high to reach so I asked the employee if he could tell me what the prices were. He said a range. I asked if he could tell me the exact prices of each bow tie in a specific color and he acted like it was a major inconvenience to have to use his step stool to look at them and I couldn’t use his step stool. I said “sorry if it’s an inconvenience for you but if it is maybe you should put the ties lower so customers can see the prices themselves.”

Don’t buy anything if there’s a chance you’ll return it. We bought tons of ties for a wedding and had to return just a couple of them. Someone threw out the receipt after the wedding. Luckily we had taken a picture of it. They won’t accept it for a return. We pulled bank statements and even the transaction details that clearly state the amount, store name, date, location, etc. But the manager still doesn’t accept the returns. Terrible service. We do tons and tons of events and will no longer be buying from here.

Great store to get a tie. Or a number of ties! I came here to get ties for my wedding and all the groomsmen. They had everything we needed and quite the selection to go along with it!I am amazed every time I walk into this store because of the literal walls of ties and bowties that are all over the store.They have anything you can imagine.

Bought a tie for my 8 year old son, and within the first month of wearing it (Sundays only) it started to fray and fall apart. When we came back to the store to seek an exchange, we were told that there were no exchanges and no warranty after a tie has been worn. We will take ALL future business to a store with a more customer focused policy.
