Great location to do a late night run, never full, you can count on shorts lines, and its always well stocked. its a go to go location when I dont want to spend 2 hours in the store, the only issue I had is with 2 employees that I asked for help and both told me the product wasnt in stock which was wired because online it said they did have it than after another 10min we asked help from a different employee and they got the product right away and he didnt work on that station and yet he still found the product after 2 people couldnt that worked on that station I would recommend training there employees more.

Bruh i been all over town and couldnt find a photo album to put some printed pictures in. But guess whos got photo albums that you can only find after looking all over the whole doggone store, yup its Walmart.Figured Id get an oil change afterwards. Accidentally locked my keys in the car when they told me to leave the keys in the ignition and go wait inside. Was finna call AAA but they suggested I call Orem PD, and it was lucky that day the volunteer unit that can open locked cars was out and about. Bruh this officer shows up in 10 minutes and has my car open before i can finish filling out the form he handed me. I finished putting together my photo album for proposing to my now-fiancee while waiting in the Walmart auto center holding cell during the oil change. Whole experience took 30-40 minutes max, just like they had said at the beginning.Im still mad I cant come look at flashlights at 2am anymore since COVID, but hey, cest la vie 🤷

I am writing this as I am sitting in a grocery pickup spot more than 2 hours after my pickup time. I have talked to 3 different people who have all said there is a problem with the app and that they will notify the other employees that I am here. None of these employees have done anything about this since each of them have come to me wondering who I am. Each one of them then told me that I was not marked as being in any of the parking spots. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service employees are always incredibly rude and difficult. Even if you just go up to ask a simple question. Online order pick up takes longer than any other store Ive ever been to. It has literally taken days for an order to be filled, for common items. Ive had to go in and just get them off the shelf and cancel my online orders after several days of waiting. Excellent clearance aisle and a good number of cashiers for this very very busy location.

I love the Orem location. Great university environment and family oriented ted. Clean and organized. Especially love that I can always find good BYU stuff at reasonable prices.

Orem is always better on customer service than any other store and the self check lady during the day is very helpful knowledgeable, and efficient.

Omg what a super friendly and clean store!!! Totally a superstore. It was my first time in Walmart and I must say whoever has one in their town count yourselves one of the lucky ones. This store has everything and the employees were the most friendliest and most helpful. Come to utah and go to Walmart youll see.

Pretty good Walmart. It’s usually really crowded, though, because of all of the college students around. Drive just 10 minutes south and you can go to the springville Walmart if you need something.

Great place with a great selection! It was clean and well organized. One comment: try to do a little extra shopping before the first wave of college students get there because when they do, many of them come and a lot of essentials are put of stock temporarily.

This Walmart is always busy. Trying to get in and out of the parking lot is not easy. Ive had some super friendly staff, and some not so helpful staff. But they seem to be always efficient keeping stock of items.

Some staff is amazing other staff is not. The thing I hate the most is every time I go there the asset protection staff fellow me like I am a thief. I have never stolen a thing and I always spend money at the store. They need to stop harassing me and follow around a real criminal.

This was an out of this world experience. Im from Arizona and shopping here is totally different. It is incredible. Best Walmart trip ever!

Always out of what I need. I literally mean ALWAYS. It seems that it doesnt matter what day or time of day that I go, I generally have a list of things that I need and can only get maybe 75% of it, then I end up having to go somewhere else to get the rest. So to save myself time I just go elsewhere. The reason for the 3 stars instead of just 1 or 2 is that generally if I only need to pick up 1 or 2 household items they will have it at a fairly decent price.

Three weeks in a row, we had to wait longer than two hours for hour groceries in a pick-up order. Brooke was very helpful when she was managing the second time it happened. The third time it was a different woman managing. She was not helpful at all. I called in and was put on hold for half an hour. I may never visit a Walmart again because of this. It was a disgrace to their company. They owe me several hundred dollars for gas, time, and money spent for sub-par and disgraceful service. What a dishonor to their business, self-esteem, and work ethic.

Its an alright walmart. It gets pretty busy and a little chaotic at times, but they have the basics if you ever need them, and I appreciate the ability to go shopping late at night If Im in need of something. A few employees I talked to werent on the top of their game, but they were kind enough enough I asked for help. Overall, a decent place.

This Walmart is a special place...we had two items that we received as a gift over a year ago that they took back no question. No receipt, no problem.You often find a very diverse crowd here, but very rarely have I gone in without finding something to satisfy my needs.They carry lots of name brands. I recently bought a whole bunch of very cheap Wilton cake-decorating equipment there.

I mean its cheap so thats why we all go right? But the cleanliness has gone down hill. Ive honestly stopped shopping inside and just order delivery so I can avoid all the people and germs.

Im willing to drive the extra miles to the Montgomery site since its MUCH BETTER then the I-45 @ N. Loop 336 site about getting orders correct and being clean & well organized! Not to mention smell btw!

This location was cluttered and hard to get around. There was lots of empty cardboard boxes in between displays that just shouldnt of been there. It wasnt that way in just one spot but all around the store. Ive never run into this problem in other locations. Customers should be able to get around displays and to aisles without having to walk down and around thru an obstacle course. Also there was a problem with missing items on shelves. Not sure if this is a stocking issue or a supply/availability issue. For example, the frozen section was really bare and the only chobani flip yogurts on the shelves had nuts (which Im allergic to).

Always super busy and you can find the same deals at others stores that are less crowded with better customer service. Plus they treat their employees horribly and Im not down to support that

I had to share my experience, i went last week to look at a small computer for what I need. There were quite a few and so I asked for help, I cant remember the other persons name that helped me. But the main one was Dave. He was amazing abd we talked about things and the model and graphics card for what I need. He was a huge help and a pleasure to talk to. He was very nice and very fun to talk to, if you need any help in the electronics section you gotta ask him. It is definitely worth your time.

Shopping was easy. The carts however are not in the best condition. The main problem is that there is BUY and UVU right around this area so there are a ton of students. That mixed with only 5 registers open makes the checkout line about 20-30min.

Walmart is the best place ever.I find everything I need. If they don’t have in stock they order online.They have a very nice people working on this store. Always asking if I need help or need anything.Tanks Walmart for make my life more smooth.

Deplorable people. At the start of the pandemic they closed early to clean and stock they did neither. Now they stock during the day blocking aisles. You must circle the store to cross an aisle. As a handicapped person this is offensive.

Staff, in multiple departments were unusually rude, I visited the Pharmacy center looking for different 1 panel and 12 panel home drug test kits. I was asked personal questions I should not have been asked, and laughed at for not knowing, other customers stopped to listen and see what was going on, the Pharmacy staffso-called helping me find the products, was causing a great scene.Whether these Kits were for myself or for patients at work, it shouldnt matter. PROFESSIONALISM WAS SEVERELY LACKING, FOR A PHARMACY STAFF ESPECIALLY!

8/23/2021 11:35pm Only 2 cashiers. Associates not available to assist my sister who is a grandmother with 2 toddlers in tow. No answer when I called the store number in to get her some assistance at check out. Called again. No answer. If I could give this store a lower rating, I would. The worst.

I only go to Walmart when I feel like I have to. I prefer giving support to family owned businesses.I detest having to try to move the cart around their stacks of product left in the aisles. This store is ridiculous about it. Then having to wait on the massive carts used by the personal shoppers.Walmart serves a purpose. Its just gotten way too large for me

Tried an online order for the first time. Went to pick it up in the morning and it took forever to come out to the car. Could have gone in and reshopped faster. Also, one of the items was a fidget toy item for my daughter and they substituted it for a slinky. She was very disappointed as well. Hope they improve this service or its just not worth it unless you just cant get out of your car for physical or health reasons.

Worst Walmart there ever was. Not that they will lose business over it. Too many people can only afford the cheapest things the world has to offer, which conveniently can be found here. Total chaos every time I go here. Photo print people dont answer the phone ever, it will be quicker to drive there no matter where you live. The people I feel the worst for are the staff, they have to actually work in this environment. It is not a wonder why they feel the way they do and treat the customs the way they do. How would you feel and treat people around you working in such a hell-like environment.

Im not rating the store itself, but the parking situation. I parked my car in the parking lot for a couple of hours to pick up my daughter, then me and my wife were going to go shopping. When we got back my car had a boot on it and I had to pay $78 to have some guy take it off. They sit in the parking lot waiting for people to do this so they can rip you off and the guy, Chris, was a total dirt bag about it all. They have signs spread out along the parking lot, but the big one that you see when you drive in says no overnight parking, so I figured I was fine. This is not okay, and just because walmart will contract with dirt bags like that, Im never shopping at that store again.

Literally...and I cannot stress this enough... the most poorly managed Walmart or big box store Ive ever encountered. This has nothing g to do with the hourly e.ployees; they are kind, knowledgeable, patient, and considerate. Sadly, management there is suffering from some sort of character or capability failing as none of the automated checkout counters allow for cash back and I have NEVER seen more than two check out lanes open at a time....which means that those trying to pay with cash or get cash back are forced into an absurdly long queue in order to get what they need.

I went to buy my 3 kids tires a tubes for all of they bikes. I was having issues with finding the correct sizes and a Wal-Mart employee named Josh noticed that I didnt get any of them due to the sizes marked on the boxes wasnt what I was looking for, So I thought. Josh explained the sizes were universal to fit certain bikes. He then found the last 2 tires and tube that were available and suggested they would fit. And they did. Thanks again Josh for being an exceptional and knowledgeable employee

The entrance and exit to the parking lot is a mess and that’s why I try my hardest to go to a different Walmart.

Its walmart across from a university. Half of them are traditional walmart customers. The other half are young kids from the school. Have to say the scenery was improved by these young people.

Walked in and immediately saw banners for two different colleges. Feels like I walked straight into a turf war. How exciting! Brings me back to my days as a frat boy. Travelling to our rival college, TP-ing the buildings, leaving severed horse heads with vaguely threatening messages attached only by a knife on the doorsteps of anyone who dared cross us. You know, just some classic goofy college antics! Glad to see the tradition of rival college bloodsport is being kept alive.

The store itself is fine, but I warn against doing grocery pickup at all cost!!! It took them almost 2 hours to bring out my stuff. Never again!

Terrible customer service! This is unacceptable! I arrived for my pickup order and called to let them know I was there at 3:35pm for my grocery pickup and they said they would be right...at 4:20pm someone came and told me they’d be right out...no one ever came...so I called again at 4:45pm and waited some more and finally someone came at 5:00 to drop off the 5 items I ordered. Walmart! What is the problem? Please fix this ASAP! This is unacceptable.

Great place for those essential cheap goodies. Clean(ish) restrooms. Love that the strawberries were on sale but bummed they didn’t have any Cape Cod Salt and Vinegar chips. Doesn’t justify these four stars, but sometimes the large families can be quite aggressive. So here you go Walmart.

They had everything I needed. But there were staff standing around in groups just chatting. There were alot of pallets full of merchandise blocking the isle. There were rows of shelves that were empty. The floors we sticky. However the staff were very helpful when I asked.

My family generally uses the Pick-up Services at this store. The employees that bring the groceries out are always very polite. They make sure to ask if weve seen the substitutions, and if were okay with them. Weve been doing this for a little under a year and have never had a bad experience!

I love Walmart and the fact that they have free delivery make this store where I always shop!

We did an did a pickup order from this Walmart. I checked in from the app once we got there and then after waiting more than 30 mins we called the number and then they finally brought us our order. We saw several other people arrive receive their order and leave before we got ours. When we finally got our order the ink for our printer that we ordered was still in the anti-theft containers and the Worker made no attempt to help us out with them. I finally had to take them into the store to customer service to get them out of the containers. Very frustrating!

Good experience overall. I wish the app inventory matched the actual inventory more closely.

The grocery delivery is not worth it. We pay a monthly subscription for it but our groceries never arrive. Last week the driver marked our groceries as delivered but we never received them. Today we received someone else’s order. The delivery team never answers the phone so we have to drive there get a refund and then start the process over again. Essentially we are paying extra to still buy our groceries in store and waste hours dealing with customer service. My other friends who use Walmart delivery at other locations don’t have these problems. Seems like it is an issue with this location specifically

Employees were impatient. When you work with so many people you should be one of the most helpful, patient, and understanding people there is, even when they are difficult. They were so many workers around but about two cashiers open with long lines. Our cashier Kayleigh didn’t know how to do her job…at all

I found everything I needed. The staff arent always attending the dressing rooms so you have to wait a minute or walk around and find someone to open them. In fact, when I finally found someone and brought her back to open it up, she let in the 2 people who came after me rather than offering me the 1st stall so that was fun 😒

I think its pretty lame that I have covid so I wanted to get groceries delivered to me. But NOPE. My house they dont deliver too even though Im 7 minutes from it. Just because its a new place and they refuse to put my address in there system. Guess Ill just starve. Thanks Walmart for not helping.

It drives me nuts how big it is, and the stuff Im looking for isnt always in the place Id expect it to be. I also often have a hard time finding an employee to help me when I have questions about where something is. They have low prices, though. So, yeah, its all about tradeoffs.

This Walmart has nearly everything! Staff have been friendly. Just make sure to park on the West side if you dont wanna deal with the crowds.

I took my grandson shopping first went to fast food inside Walmart little chump behind the counter was rude got my temper almost going then got some clothes for grandson went to dressing room the lady working there was even ruder. After getting my old car back, an entire year after selling it, she had a spare tire on the left front wheel. I have always gone to Walmarts automotive department for new tires in the past, and had even purchased all 4 of her tires a couple years earlier from the Walmart Automotive department.*Imagine my absolute surprise when a Technician was able to look up my previous tire purchases and even located a ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY!! *In the end I got a new tire put on and was not charged for anything serious, it was an option to purchase the ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY again. And so I definitely did.

This was an absolute nightmare. I ordered my groceries online. Before I arrived at the bay to pick them up I checked in with the app and said I would be there. After I arrived I called the number on the sign and got no answer. After 10 minutes I was able to get them to answer and I told them I was there waiting for my groceries. When they didnt arrive with my groceries I called the number again and got no answer. On my third try calling the number they answered and said I had never checked in. They promise to bring me my groceries. I called the number of fourth time and got upset with them they finally brought my groceries out. From the time I arrived till I got my groceries was about 55 minutes. I will never shop online at Walmart again.

This store is a great one they have great workers who all seem to always serve with a smile and they are always willing to help when asked they all know there zones and always seem to be prepared for anything

Out of all the walmarts Ive been to this one is the one I like best. The employees are different and thats what I like the best. The last 2 times I went I got stuck there fir 2 hours! Just walking around lol they are never really super busy (when Ive gone anyways) and the lines move pretty quick. This is the only store I havent minded actually going to a human cahier rather than self check.

Lots of really good stuff for cheap. The only problem is that so many things werent in stock.

One of the worst pick up areas for online grocery ever. No one picks up the phone to answer when you arrive in stalls for pick up. We waited over 90 mins, still no service, not attended to. Spoke with a worker to confirm my order, said it still was not ready….Do not do online grocery here. Save your time & shop elsewhere!

I put 4 stars only because of my personal preference for food and produce from Smiths Food and Drug. Otherwise, this is absolutely one of the best Walmarts around. Of 4 Lindon and Springville Utah County are my favorites with Payson Utah then Walmart on Sandhill Rd Orem, Utah in 4th place. They all have something a little unique in their offering of products. Still basically the same offering and while theyre mostly Supercenters, theres a couple of Neighborhood Markets both in Provo and Spanish Fork. Ive not had a bad experience with any of the locations in Utah County. Plus, they do hire and train people with different disabilities which I feel is quite commendable.

This is the worst Walmart location I have ever been to. I ordered the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit extended edition online, but when it finally got to me, one of the disks was broken (Not even to mention the special features not being region free as advertised.). I started a return on the app and it instructed me to bring the broken item to Walmart for an in-store return. I just needed to provide the packaging and tape, and they would take care of the rest. When I brought the package to the counter, the woman who helped me, took out the dvd and literally scratched the back of it! Then proceeded to tell me that I could not return the item (Which was absolutely not true.) When I pushed back and showed her that the app said I could return it, she called her manager over (Which took 30 mins) Who then called his manager over (Took another 10 minutes) Who then called the Marketplace support line (Because none of them knew basic standard procedure.). All that for them to lie to me again and say that there was nothing I could do. They told me they had contacted Shazaar USA (the company who sold the product on walmart marketplace.) to see if there was anything they could do and that I would receive instructions from them within 48 hours.I received an email this morning from Shazaar, literally telling me that the only thing I could do is bring it to Walmart and that they would provide me with a label. ARGH! I decided to bring this to the Lindon location where they were able to take care of it and take it off my hands in 5 minutes! 5 MINUTES! The location in Orem belittled my request and made it sound like my fault for having opened the package, tried to tell me it was too late for a return, they rolled their eyes when I brought in the item because only one of the disks was broken, etc. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not be returning to this location, even if I was paid to.

This location is always packed but they do a great job of maintaining inventory.Despite its busy-ness, I feel like everything is well stocked.

Walmart has great prices and good selection, but their protection plan for electronics and toys is complicated, and Ive had to jump through A LOT of hoops.

The grocery pick up is real bad. I am currently waiting for my order and ive been here for two hours. The guy next to me says he has been here since six....its currently 9:30. The workers seem stressed and under staffed. The one worker who did come out with someones order tried going around a corner too fast and the whole cart tiped over spilling food all over. Its a bad time for everyone, I should have just gone in to get the food.

Covid definitely has had an impact on stock. The time of day can make a huge difference with customer support. The prices are reasonable, sometimes best price, but often not the best price in town. The grocery pickup is solid and is always improving.

Just like any Walmart these guys have a wide selection of items and good prices. I give it five stars because it has a good amount of parking and there are always enough staff members to help you when you need it. Definitely a good place to go with.

The girl named Vanessa at the counter was extremely rude. When the Item I had had no barcode she asked me to get out of line and go find one with a barcode. When I ask if she could have someone go look for it who worked there as I had already waited in line she had a huge attitude and was really disrespectful. No customer service at all. Then she asked if I would just pay for everything else and not get the item so we didn’t have to wait for everyone else who was in line. Simple solution was to have someone who works there go get another one of the item, look on the app, or to let the other customers know it would take a minute and wait for someone to come over and help. I left without my items and felt very disrespected after. 0/10 would never shop here again if I had to go through that line again. On top of it all she was so slow at scanning items, and getting her line to move.

Alway the go to shop, great products at low prices, however the fruit and veggies are not always top of the range. We have purchase apples there and they have been going bad on the inside and their strawberries lack flavor.

They had just what I needed even though I had to wait in line to check out thats why I dont like going to Walmart on a Saturday 🤪
