I was helped by Chole and James who helped me with my new glasses and James even helped me save money for a new set of lens for my glasses I already have. I REALLY loved the buy one get one deal they have going on. I saved about $200Highly recommend. I was in and out fast and was able to receive my new glasses on the same day.Thanks Dr Jackson, Chole, and James. You guys are excellent at your job and what you do.

Connor and Jocelyn were literally so amazing they literally helped me pick the best pair of glasses. Jocelyn helped me first and was SO sweet and kinda and I could tell she really cared about her job in helping people. She really represented the company extremely well. Conner was on hold with me three different time just to get my prescription. He went out of his way to provide the very best customer service possible. Same day appointments are available and easy to book online. Customer service was great from every staff member I interacted with. This was my first time getting glasses and despite the amazing service and large selection, I felt up-sold on all of the lenses and add-ons. However, I just may not know the real cost VS. Benefits of the upgrades on the lenses and warranty I purchased.

Went in with bent sunglasses and was helped by Angie who was very kind and quick to help. In and out in 5 min and she didn’t charge me for the small repair!

I paid a lot of money to be a part of their Eye club so I could get 5 Years of exams and a discount on glasses. I still have 2 years of exams left and today I came in and they told me those arent valid as of May. No one notified me of this. I paid for those exams and now I cant use them??

Theyre the closest place that I can get glasses the same day and an eye exam but since theyre closed that they refer you to their website for pricing and scheduling and there is no pricing on their website that I can find for an eye exam. Theres like 20 pieces of information you need to have on your website and thats one of them and its not there I will schedule an appointment tomorrow if I think the eye exam is reasonable in competitive. And if I cant be seen tomorrow because I didnt schedule it soon enough because I didnt have all the information theyre not going to get two stars

Employees are not very helpful. Went to look at frames and we were the only customers in the store. Two or three employees were sitting around talking. Their customer service went as far as just saying if there is anything I can help you with let me know. After having to walk across the store and get their attention a few times to ask them things, and getting vague and unhelpful answers, I was done.

While my experience with the eye doctor was good, the pair of glasses I bought from them broke from normal use the next day after taking it home.At time of purchase I didnt get their protection plan because it only lasts a year and most glasses I have owned have lasted far longer than that. When I took the glasses back in to have them help me with them (still the day after I brought them home), they told me they couldnt do anything for me unless I bought the protection plan. I nearly just returned everything, but decided to do it to avoid the hassle of getting glasses somewhere else. Severely unimpressed in the way they handled the defective pair of glasses they sold to me.Edit: Management from the location reached out to me to resolve the issue. The manager Angie was very understanding and kind and explained that the staff has been trained now on how to handle situations like mine. I’ve received a pair of good quality glasses now with no issues. Thanks to management for going the extra mile to help resolve issues.

This place is awesome! I hadnt been to a Optometrist for several years... Excellent overall experience! Dr. Russell Jackson was efficient, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ive been to other places that even come close.The value offered for frames and lenses were hard to beat. Stephanie helped me in that department and was personable and knowledgeable in frames, cleaning and features of different sense options.The Manager introduced himself and was also very friendly! Whomever does the hiring here knows what theyre doing!I live out of State, but will continue coming back here on a yearly basis.Two thumbs up and I give them 10 STARS 😃

Dr.Jackson is amazing and truly cares about his patients as people and their eye health. He is extremely knowledgeable, funny, caring and explains things in a way where it is easy to understand. He was awesome with my husband too showing him how I see with out my glasses or contacts which was super funny! I have some serious stuff going on with my eyes but with his help I think I will be fixed up in no time at all. The staff here are also super professional and very sweet. Safe to say I found my Dr and will be a patient of his for life 😁

What an amazing customer service experience. Regan was our sales associate and he really helped us out. My girlfriend suffered a corneal abrasion and needed glasses immediately since she has been exclusively using contacts for the last several years. We called around, it was a Saturday and when we talked to Regan on the phone he could tell we were in a bit of a bind. He talked to his manager and the lens lab and they stayed open late just to help us out. When we got there they didnt rush and did a great job of explaining all our options. They were wonderful. This was the first experience Ive had with Eyeglass World and they have made a customer for life. I wear glasses and will be getting all my glasses from these guys from now on. I am sorry I came here. In 2017 I came in and got the special 2/78 (i walked out paying much more) My glasses broke immediately after I received them. I had insurance but the tech “convinced me” that I would save more money if I paid full price with them and dealt with the insurance later. I had to go back twice to get my prescription right and I never went back to fix my glasses. I ended up going online 2 years later and got some inexpensive glasses. The quality was the exact same for a fraction of the cost.The people are friendly but, when it comes to glasses I just want honesty.

I liked everything about my visit today. The ophthalmologist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They have a great selection of frames and they seem to have a good price range from really affordable (78 for two pairs) to designer brands like Oakley and Nike.Personally I got two pairs of Oakleys one with polarized translation lenses and the other with clear non glaring lenses and after my insurance took their unfortunately low portion of the cost I was left with the cost of 552.67All and all thats not a bad price for Oakleys with polarized lenses.I would definitely recommend them based on my experience

Honestly love these guys. I initially got a pair of glasses that I thought I’d like, and Tyson was very helpful to me when I first came in for those glasses, but after about a day of wearing them I decided they weren’t going to work out, so I decided to come back in and see what they could do to help out, here’s when Tenneson was an absolute life saver and came in clutch, he let me just switch to a different frame free of charge! I’m honestly really impressed and think the staff here is amazing. Highly recommend getting your glasses or contacts here.

I went in on the 21st of April, the guys working there were extremely short staffed and very busy, there were only two people and one of them was fairly new and the other was sick. I want to commend them on handling a difficult situation, especially the person that was the senior staff member. some customers were getting irate because of the longer wait time but they handled everyone as swiftly as possible and kept their cool. I saw two people on a really bad day giving their best. My exam was also great and very thorough and they had a really great selection of glasses.

Had a great experience from the second I walked in the door. Randy walked me through the process and made sure I had the information I needed to make the right selection. I was thoroughly impressed! I went in and they showed me the basic areas and prices and left me to shop at my leisure. Once I picked out frames they weren’t pushy about the expensive lenses. They considered my insurance and budget. I mentioned I was taking engagement pictures the following day and they had the glasses ready the next day! I wasn’t expecting to get them back for a week or so but now I have my new glasses and got them in time for pictures. I would/have recommended Eyeglass world to many others.

I love this place. I was hesitant to go to a big chain store for glasses because in the past the customer service has been horrible. This store does so well with customer care. They even checked to see what pricing got me the best deal, insurance vs their promotions. When choosing frames Randy did a great job educating me on what to look for to ensure proper fit. Overall I would highly recommend this store.

Last summer I had gotten glasses online and they lasted maybe 6 months before breaking. I decided it was time to go somewhere and buy some that would last. I went all over looking at what different stores had to offer and couldnt find frames I didnt hate. Finally I saw eyeglass world. I thought surely a huge store would have a decent selection but I was skeptical and assumed prices would be ridiculous. The selection was amazing with prices to match. I finally found a pair of frames I didnt hate. I ended up with a pair of Ray Ban frames with anti reflect and all the bells and whistles minus transitions for less than $200 I had to wait 10 days because my prescription. The staff was all very friendly and not pushy on selling me upgrades. Very educational as well. I came back for a pair of prescription sunglasses within the 30 days and they were half off because of the deal when I bought my first pair. I chose the Ray Ban Wayfarers and they happened to be on a sale so that made it even better. Most places sell them for $150 - $200 for non prescription and I got them polarized prescription with all the extras for about $180 I felt like I got a steal for name brand sunglasses in prescription. The only downside was waiting 10 days because my prescription is wack due to astigmatism. Overall highly recommend this place. great prices, great selection, awesome staff. My whole family is going in now.

I cant say enough how much I LOVE Eyeglass World. I have two young children in glasses and we pay out of pocket. All of the staff are absolutely splendid with my children. We have been going here since they opened up the Orem location. Not only is the appointment flawless and fun for my kids, but there is an awesome assortment of childrens frames in house to choose from. My three year old daughter was most recently seen there. She was giddy with anticipation of going to Eyeglass World instead of her prior doctor (This is her third year of glasses).And to top off all of the wonderful service, the prices are fantastic! My childs appointment plus 2 frames for $78 only comes to $122! Getting vision insurance isnt even worth it at how wonderful these prices are!I will never go anywhere else!

They didnt have my lenses in stock, so Im getting my new frames with plastic lenses to use until my actual lenses arrive, so I dont have to walk around with broken​ glasses!The price was great and the selection was big enough that even the cheaper glasses were good quality. Ill probably start coming here for my yearly checkup.

I had several pair of reader glasses that did not fit properly so I went to Eyeglass World to see if they could help. Luma was SO GREAT! She was so friendly and went to work taking care of everything quickly and at no charge! Since I didnt purchase any of these glasses there I was fully prepared to pay for their services, but they would not let me! Next time I need glasses I will certainly return to Eyeglass World. I was very impressed!

So we went to look at glasses yesterday, the moment we walked in, two different male sales associates, instantly went up to my husband & they asked him if we were both looking for glasses, he said both of us were in the market looking for glasses. Ive worked in sales, you talk to EVERYONE in the group, not just the man... Backstory* He was wearing his contacts today & I wear only glasses...so if I were them, Id have reached out to try to talk to ME first, NOT him. But they clearly suck at customer service, why not suck at sales, too? Then Id had a couple questions about a few frames in the $215-$300 range, and yet neither of the two male sales associates that ran up to speak to my husband, bothered to talk to me at all, & they totally ignored me and only talked to my husband. I had said, excuse me, Ive got a question more than a few times to both of these men, when we were the only customers in the store & yet they still totally ignored me. I asked again, & the only one who acknowledged me there was their female sales associate. Sexist men much? We ended up leaving & my husband got glasses at another store. I loved a few different frames in there, but am not going to spend my money where Im clearly not valued as a customer, so Ill spend my money elsewhere...& if youre a woman, I suggest you do the same.

The ophthalmologist was excellent during my eye exam, however the staff in front are very unprofessional and unqualified. I wanted to order contacts but they did not know how to order them. I do not recommend this place if you want top professional service when it comes to your eyes.

I am VERY blind and have poor eye care habits. I have a -7 perscription and was on my last contact that was old and ruined and needed someone that would be able to take me soon. I tried looking online for somewhere that would do a walk-in appointment and saw that they advertised.When I walked in I didnt assume I would get an appointment that day and didnt even mention why its urgent due to the fact that I was to blame for being in that position. They were booked for the day, as I anticipated but they made sure to schedule me a.s.a.p for a later date.Goeff was very friendly and kind while he was getting me scheduled and getting my information, so much so, that he learned what was going on with my situation simply by being a compassionate person and asking questions on his own. When he realized the situation he and everyone else bent over backwards to squeeze me in, right then and there.Not only was everyone helpful, Dr. Jackson was incredible at getting me exactly what I needed, without breaking the bank and even did a perfect job explaining how it all works for someone like me to understand.The cherry on top to all of this? Is that a big contiubuter to me avoiding the eye doctors was due to a previous visit somewhere else that had gone very badly. Dr Jackson, Goeff and everyone else their made me feel 100% better about going.Im not one to leave a review but damn, thank you.

I havent had my eyes checked in awhile and I started have problems seeing at work. I called to see if they could see me today, and within an hour and a half I had my checked, glasses picked out, insurance figured our lenses cut, and my new pair of glasses in my hands (or I guess on my face). They are very friendly and knowledgeable, they arent pushing or trying to upsell you, and theyre really fast. I will come here now forever!

Really great store, good selection. You have to buy two pairs of glass here, and they slam you with extra hidden fees when you sit down to get your glasses adjusted. $100 extra just for lenses on top of a $200 price tag? No thanks.

Was not impressed. Called to make an appt and they stated they took my insurance. AFTER the exam they said Oh, we only take supplemental insurance so I sent the invoice to UMR and guess what? They arent even on the providers list so Im out $40. Not happy. Glasses are cheap. Bait and switch as they add upgrades to the glasses.

I paid the $ for two pair of glasses the first time they were SOMEBODY ELSES PRESCRIPTION I tried to get them replaced for MY PRESCRIPTION 3 more times they make me dizzy and I can’t see ANYRHING. Also. Don’t use THEIR brand contacts for the last 3 times I’ve purchases them at least one pair stings turns my eyes red and they will deny deny deny. They care for nothing more than your money and they will do anything they can to get more out of you without providing you the service you paid for. “Stellar” is not accurate in the slightest

Staff were willing to give individualized attention to each person and listen to their needs. All of the employees at this store have been professional, patient with my many requests to continually adjust my glasses as Im picky and they expand in changing temperatures (plastic frame problems)They have been kind, understanding, and helpful. I have been impressed many times over. I had an issue with my glasses and William was enthusiastic and jumped right in to help remedy the issue. The glasses prices were also fair. They have an on-going deal of buy one pair get one free (paying the higher of the two costs). They also have a great warranty/insurance plan you can buy where you pay a one amount for each pair of lenses you want insured (at the time of purchase) and it covers it for a year. Then any damage is covered for free, just bring the glasses in to the store. I wanted my glasses back for something in a couple days and I was pleased that they were able to do them in house, returning them by the next day! They can not do everything there in house, so ask before banking on them having them back the next day, but it worked for me. I have not been to other eye glass world stores but the Orem store in University place is good!I went in again with frames purchass elsewhere and they were very kind and accommodating to adjust them for me. I was having a LOT of trouble getting them to fit my face from my eye doctors office. But they got them to fit much better than any other attempts. Superb staff! Superb customer service! Superbly accommodating. The only reason that I didnt buy this pair of glasses there this time was because I was trying to use the benefit through my insurance. Their skill and staff make me never want to shop anywhere else.

I work for a steller company that provides stellar customer service. I naturally expect to be treated the same.Eyeglass world will be our only stop for our vision.Excellent customer service. You should probably update your phone number or have someone answering phone calls. My wife and I have tried calling several times with no luck on anyone picking up or it telling us that the number is unreachable.

I went in for a eye exam got temporary contacts. My vision is still blurry using the contacts. I do not feel like they had a professional eye doctor looking at my eyes.

Awesome, finally found glasses I like, they were cheap, customer service was excellent. I will be come back when I need something else.

I am very unimpressed with Eyeglass world and I will not be returning! Also just a little advice for Alex who is supposedly the Assistant Manager. The customer is always right regardless!
