Everyone is super friendly! It’s always a smooth process for me here. I’m a really indecisive person and they are very very patient with me. The doctor is very nice and very good at making sure that you are satisfied with your end results, which is really important because having my vision well taken care of is a high priority for me.

This was my first time buying glasses and it was a great experience. Jen was super patient and helpful and made good conversation throughout the entire experience.

The service that you get in the store is INCREDIBLE! Always gonna be my go to for glasses! Lara is amazing!

Lara was great. I got my first pair of Ray Ban Stories, the wearable eyeglass phone accessory I thought of years ago as the ideal form factor for a phone/video recorder/audio player. She said it was also the first pair of those the store ever sold.

I went with my friends who had lost her glasses due to her cats and the other friend needed her glasses fixed. They had the lenses needed in stock were quick and efficient with putting them into the frames. They were also able to repair my other friends glasses. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Extremely helpful. Got me set up with my order right there over the phone. The staff at this location is amazing. I have never had a bad experience with this branch. Definitely would recommend.

This place is awesome. Great equipment, great people, and awesome frames. I hadn’t been in 5 years, so I did the retinal scan too. The total cost for what you get is totally worth it. And the eye doctor, answered my questions in a way that was clear and helpful. Much better service and it’s your eyes-that’s important…. So I recommend this place whole heartedly!

I was lucky that this location had frames for my old lenses. However, customer service was a mixed bag. I openly admit that my face is quite sensitive when it comes to aligning glasses, so thank you to everyone who assisted me.Two of the agents were wonderful—they were kind, patient, and did all they could to assist me. Two others were short with me and a bit rude. They did not listen to my concerns, and I felt rushed out the door before we found a good fit/alignment. As a result, I’d give this location 2.5 stars out of 5. I’d recommend Eyemart Express down the street, where I’ve always had a 5 star experience.

I have been a customer of LensCrafters for over 15 years in Utah. The reason for this customer loyalty is the appreciation for the professional staff way of working. I congratulate LensCrafters for having hired Mr. David Colorado, who is consistently at the top level among the LensCrafters’ professionals. He is very polite, addressing the customer needs with interest, a good sales person and technically very skilled (specially in fixing the glasses that I break with some frequency!!). He works at the University Mall Store in Orem, Utah.

LensCrafters in Orem, UT is wonderful. Their customer service is excellent. They are so easy to work with and make seeing an eye doctor and ordering new eyewear easy.

Only reason I gave it five stars is due to two people. Sadly, one of them does not work there anymore but the other is the store market manager, Lisa Tsosie. She is one of the most efficient, helpful and friendliest persons there. Great service, will definitely be returning in the future.

The LenseCraft employees are kind and sweet! Got my glasses 👓 a few weeks ago and needed some adjustments. They went out of there way to make sure my glasses fit. Love the location too, went shopping afterwards. Highly recommended.

And makes sure the glasses fit you perfectly. I drove one hour to see him specifically because he is truly the best out of all the LensCrafters. I will always recommend him to anyone. I am very sorry I was not nice to the staff, I didnt understand the billing. My son was going in for surgery and was in a hurry, still no excuse. They were very kind to me even when I was not.. I do believe the itemized billing is a little difficult to understand. The next time I make a trip to Orem I will come in and apologize .

Dr. McEntire was very kind and very thorough and the other staff members were kind and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and had in total four staff helping me along my eye appointment. They made sure I got the best deal with my insurance coverage, and ordered generous samples (contact lenses) for me to try before I buy. Very good service, not pushy at all. Frame selection was great too.

Took all 3 of my kids and myself. Everyone was very on top of things, the technology they use is amazing, and the staff was fun and friendly. Great deals on lenses and frames too. They made the whole thing a great experience and my kids even had fun.

LensCrafters is now my favorite place to get glasses. They have a huge selection of Oakleys and Ray-Bans. Brad is a wealth of knowledge and has incredible customer service skills. I highly recommend this place even if they are out-of-network. There prices are cheap and with all the discounts the price ends up being the same as an in-network shop.

This was my first time getting my eyes checked, and I felt very taken care of. They were not pushy and it was a positive experience. I will definitely go back again when I need a checkup.

I usually have a wonderful experience here and Michael was helpful when I came in today. I am very disappointed because when I came to pick up the glasses the right lens was not the correct prescription. I was told that the gentleman who rang me up 6 days prior “was new so...” and that doesn’t really make you sound professional or represent your brand well but it does do an excellent job of telling your customers/clients that your training isn’t effective . I really hope these inaccuracies do not continue in the future.

Haven’t been to an optometrist in a decade, but things have definitely changed for the better. Doc was fantastic, employees were friendly & helpful without being adamant about what I should buy. I can’t speak on prices because I bought a high end frame with nice lenses, but I feel like Jasmine & my glasses are Aladdin because I’m seeing a whole new world. And yes, I’m working on my dad bod to go with that dad humor.

Ive meet a lot of awkward eye doctors, but this doc was so caring and explained everything in detail about the process and didnt force anything. Lady at the front desk was also super helpful and was able to fit me in the day of-after a previous appt at another place fell through. Would recommend!

Kynnaston was super helpful in choosing what glasses I needed and helping me figure out pricing. Eye exam was quick and professional as well.

The employee that helped me was very polite and courteous.
