Terrible customer service, not small town friendly at all! It’s NOT managed like a friendly, small town, appreciative, customer service first store...accidentally drove off with a candy bar on top of my car, brought it in, squished, run over by a tire, And they would not replace it. One candy bar. Is worth losing customers. Crazy insane!

This is a great locals gas station. They have a drive through which is very convenient, but theres almost always a line for the drive through, so walking in ends up usually being faster. The service is good, yet very small-town style service. The store isnt very big inside, but they have a decent selection, and often have things that bigger convenience stores dont have. They have four gas pumps. This place used to be full serve until just a few years ago. It was one of the last holdouts of still being full serve.

I bought $35 - $40 worth of gas, and they put a pre-authorization on my debit card for $125.00!!!!! This meant that I couldnt touch an extra $85 that they put a hold on for at least 48 hours (according to them). I called my bank to dispute the charge but they said that they have to wait for this Vendor (Fast Gas in Orem, UT 84057 on 400 N.) to credit that $85 back to my card, and charge the correct amount before that $85 of funds is released back to me into my account.When my bank representative called the store about this dispute the woman on the phone was rude, she interrupted, she didnt express one iota of concern or communicate any semblance of good customer service from an irate customer.I am never going back, I would highly recommend filling up somewhere ELSE!!!
