Let me start by saying that Im not a huge fan of banks in general so this review will be directed more at the staff at this branch of USBank. I have been going to this bank for several years not and since my first interaction they have been the perfect blend of professional and personable. They have gone the extra mile to help with complicated situations and have made themselves easily available when needed. I never feel rushed or like Im just another person walking through the door. Im greeted by name every time and treated warmly. I would rather go through the front door and take the extra time then use the ATM, Ive never had that with another bank. Banking is a necessity in this day and age, the folks at the Orem USBank make it something to look forward to.
