The decor and store itself is nice, and the staff is usually nice too. It’s just that one cashier one time implied that only women come into the store, which is probably usually the case, but I like to get the volumizing spray here, at least I did until that comment… Then, I found the product on Amazon, so I think I’m just gonna do Amazon…

The employees were super helpful and didnt push any products on me. Listened to my questions and showed me the perfect product I was looking for. Really friendly too.

Expensive, overrated and products seem old.I came to Ulta to purchase some makeup (Lancôme mascara, lipstick, gloss and liner) They were out of the larger size mascara so I purchased the smaller one. After about 4 uses, I had to purchase a new one. (Not from there lol) I was wondering if perhaps they held back on the larger sizes to get these smaller ones sold first.Lip gloss seemed dry. Lipsticks seemed like it been sitting for awhile. Overall experience not satisfied. I feel taken advantage of and I don’t trust their products on the shelf.

I don’t know how this general manager isn’t fired already HR needs to listen to the complaints and get her out of this store. How many negative reviews do they need on google and employee/customer complaints!

Great if you need makeup/recommendations, but if you want to quickly get in there and get out, good luck. Long lines and lots of talking makes it impossible

I love the store itself because of the good products. The employees on the floor are very friendly and willing to help. However, someone at the cashier wasnt very helpful such as referring me to a different store for a product without checking if they even had it in stock and she referred me to someone else to buy something online via smartphone (which I couldnt do because I was paying with multiple gift cards and Ulta only lets you use 1 gift card per purchase if its not at the cash register in store) instead of helping me herself.

They’re always pretty well stocked and have pretty much any beauty product you could need. However, this location is always super busy on the weekend. Aisles are pretty cramped so it can make it hard to find what you’re looking for when there’s other people down the aisle too. The wait time to check out is also pretty slow. I wouldn’t go here if you’re in a hurry, but if you have nowhere else to be then it’s not a big deal.

I’m shocked at the staff that work at this location. The manager, Wendy, was possibly the most abrasive employee I’ve ever met. She continued to follow myself and 2 work colleagues around the store as we looked for makeup for a formal event and any interaction with us was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend ever coming to this location, and talking to one of my colleagues after, I’m told that the employees at this store frequently are dismissive, rude, and abrupt with customers.

The people who work here are very nice. If there is anything I could give some input on would be to make sure you remind or ask customers if they have the rewards app to earn points. Also, watch out for the drivers when entering the store. The layout is not my fav, but this isnt their fault. Ive never liked any layouts of Ulta, its just hard to find products sometimes other than the big brands.

I made an online order and after submitting it, I realized that they had my old address. There’s no way to cancel order online so I called their customer service line. They told me that there was no way to cancel order even though I had just made it and called 5 minutes after. They told me the had to wait till the package was delivered, then sent back for me to get my refund. They were rude and not helpful at all. I asked to speak to manager and they told me that there was none available and that they’d call back. I still haven’t gotten my refund and no one has gotten back with me. Worse experience ever. I will not be buying from this store again.

I made an online order for curbside pick up. I arrived to the store and clicked on the “I’m here” button in the order email. While I was doing this I noticed a worker unlocking the front doors and letting a customer out, I panicked because I thought they closed at 9. I quickly checked google and they in fact closed at 7. It was 7:04. I called them and hopped out of car and ran to the front door. I told them I thought they didn’t close until 9 but that I had a curbside order and if they could just hand it out to me because I was leaving out of town and couldn’t come back in the morning. She put me on hold and then told me they couldn’t give me my order because it was store/safety protocol. Really? You can’t hand me my order that is already paid for out the door? Worst customer service. I had several things I was out of and did curbside to save time while preparing my family for a trip. Now I won’t have any of it for my trip. Negative stars.

So glad they gave me customer service’s number. Customer service not only offered me a full refund but let me keep the product. If someone buys a $15 product & then wants to exchange it for for a $25 product, they would pay the difference of $10. Let’s say that product doesn’t work out either & they want to return it. They would get a full refund of $25 back. Orem ulta only wanted to refund me the difference $10 Some people just don’t understand basic math.

Just went in to get some Acne patches and felt super uncomfortable. One of the Employees literally followed me and my friend around the store the whole time we were there. If we left a spot she checked to make sure we didn’t take anything. She watched us check out and followed to see if we would beep when we walked out. It was completely unbelievable. I would definitely not recommend if I new her name I’d gladly blast her. Costumer service was not her strong suit.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went in for a melt all she did was color the very top of my hair.... then charged me $120 for it. Thee worst experience I’ve ever had. It looked so choppy. I asked for a dark brown color and it went RED. I’m seriously mortified. Don’t ever go to their salon. Ever.

Great costumer service!! I bought some product that didnt work well with my skin a couple of days ago, took it back to exchange for a different product. This was the best return process I have ever had with a company. They were easy to work with and helped me find a different product. They told me if I was still unsatisfied to come back. I loved that I was recommend both high end end drug store products, I did not feel at any time that it was just about the money. They seemed to truly want me to be happy with the result. Knowledgeable and kind employees. Truly Impressed.

Summer was very helpful and courteous the entire time. I needed a specific product for my wife and she went out of her way to open up multiple boxes in the back until she found the right product.

Went by to get some skin products, was made to feel very uncomfortable. We were hovered the entire time by an employee and she was very passive aggressive, so we went to a different employee and received the help we needed. Even though the hovering employee witnessed that she still continued to watch our every move and make us super uncomfortable to shop. Not great customer service! Other girl there was great though!

Had great service and results at when I had a brow tint and wax done. It was my first time having these services done at Ulta, and I did not know that it was a brow bar where I would be sitting up, as opposed to laying down on an estheticians table. (Which I would have preferred.) Everything still turned out great though!

BUYER BEWARE if you are using a debit card. Although its not posted, the Ulta return policy is as follows if youre using a debit card. When you purchase merchandise they will immediately debit your card the amount of the purchase. If you return the item at a later date, even if you have your receipt, they will not give you cash back on your DEBIT CARD purchase. Instead they will credit that money back to your card AFTER THREE BUSINESS DAYS.So when its their turn to get money they take it before you can walk out the door with your purchase. When its your turn to have your money returned to you, you have to give them back your purchase then wait until they are good and ready to give your money back to you.The staff itself was neither helpful or not helpful... but it was at the end of the day and getting late so I feel the need to cut them a little slack. From experience I know retail can be a tough job and understand at the end of the day you just want to get home. What I dont understand is the no cash back and we wont immediately debit back your card either return policy. I was going to give Ulta only one star for that alone but the staff was enough to bump it up to two stars.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about the salon here! Stephanie was FANTASTIC and I am in love with my hair color. She really took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted and was able to execute it perfectly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while my color was setting. I have never been pampered at a salon like I was here. She had excellent product recommendations as well! With salon services, you get what you pay for and Stephanie is worth every penny!

Every single time I go to this ulta the customer service is horrible. I asked for someone to help me three different times on this particular visit and was told they didn’t know about the product so she would get someone else. I mean that’s fine, it’s not like you work at a store for makeup??? Shouldn’t you be able to answer questions about makeup??? I waited for 30 minutes total for someone to help me until a customer finally was willing to help me. She was very nice and helpful, they should hire her.

Im really not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. Im a regular customer, and I love this store! I always get greeted when I walk in. I just went there a few days ago, and even though the only employee at the front at the moment was the girl at the cashier (who was helping customers at the time), she still made the time to look at me, smile, and welcome me to the store. The only reason why there wasnt someone else at the front was because they were all helping other customers, which is what they should be doing. I have multiple girls come up and ask me how Im doing or if I need help finding something. Theyve helped me match my foundation, and have given me fantastic suggestions on their products. I appreciate their honesty, too; theyre not just trying to sell me the product that costs the most. They tell me what works best. There have been times when they were out of stock with something that I wanted, and their policy is if its not out front, then we dont have it. But they made sure to tell me when their shipments usually came in, and that they have the option to buy online as well (which is also a great choice, mostly because a lot of their online products include free sample gifts!). I love this store, their rewards program, and their employees! Keep it up, ladies!

This is a great location in St George. So great in fact it is often really busy. Expect to be waiting in a line most days. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of available products but often times youll find that youll need to check online if they dont have it in the store. Great place.

It has beauty stuff... I feel like every time I have had a question it has been answered but I just feel like I go home and use the things they suggest and I don’t like it. But they have a good return policy.

I came into the store which wasn’t busy, I was not greeted but A white women came in and she was, but I let it go and took it as “maybe they didn’t see me”. kept shopping around and no one ever asked to assist me but they would assist white women coming in. I even asked a worker if she could help me but she told me yes I’ll be there and left to assist another white women who had come in and never came back and I kept seeing her go back to a women she had helped before about 3 times and I had to go ask her again and even then she gave me attitude which first of I’m not getting nothing for free I’m buying it so a better attitude would have been nice but Pretty much if your white you will get good service if not you will be left without any help.

I like Ulta for a few reasons.#1. They have EVERYTHING beauty there! Seriously! Lots to choose from! I specifically go for my Clinique stuff cuz theyre a legit distributor. I expect to full strength products when I pay extra for the brand name mech.! Ive heard of fakes out there just recently and I wont do that! Too much to ask? Oh nay, nay! Ulta delivers that!#2. They carry Clinique! Especially if you cant wait the time youll wait for the website to get it shipped to you and it arrives.#3. I love the perfumes there! Quality brand perfumes with a massive selection. Also, scattered bowls of coffee beans to cleanse your senses from so many scents! 2x 👍!#4. Several locations in my area. Makes it more convenient. Especially in an emergency! And the app seems pretty good so far. I just started that.I dont like how steep the prices are for SOOO much of the stuff! Theyve always had several if not alot of customers in the store I usually go to so business has been pretty good it seems. And really, everything has gone up in price recently across the world! Sign of the times I guess.So 4 stars for me unless and until prices become more accessable to all woman! It just seems greedy to me! I dont like that!

Ive always gone to this neighborhood Ulta and Ive never had any trouble with the products or service. I purchased a mascara duo (black and maroon) last month and at the register the cashier let me know that if I didnt like it the mascara, that I would be able to return it within 60 days as long as there was still 80% of the product still within it. As someone who has a hard time with mascaras anyways, this was great and I had voiced my mascara struggle to her and hence why she let me know the return policy. So I tried the black one and had kept the black one in my makeup bag although after using it twice decided it wasnt for me and then returned it back to the box. So the box sat in my trunk for weeks till I could go return it today. The worker who helped me out looked at the mascara and opened them up and said that they *couldnt* return it because they were dried out and there was less than 80% in them. (I can understand where she is coming from since I work in the beauty industry) but Im writing this review because I felt she was reprimanding me, and was almost calling me dishonest when I know for a fact I had used 1/2 once to see the color (maroon), and the other one a couple times if that. If it was the appearance of the one in my make up bag thats one thing and you can say that. But she was loud and it was kinda humiliating, just cause Im an easily embarrassed person and the tone she had with me made me feel very bad for even asking. :(

Clean place. Lots of makeup. Customer service has always been excellent. I was in a really big rush to buy some makeup, and the kind I wanted wasnt there. So the customer service lady was awesome about helping me quickly and working with me. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone is really nice and helpful here, and they have a good selection and stock of products.The only bad things are that the employees seem to be in a hurry to answer your question and move on, and walked away from me when I had another thing to ask.You also have to read the name badge to see what items they represent before asking for help. I wanted an opinion on a certain product, but was only recommended things from the employees brand they were representing.

Sadie was a wonderful help. I brought my 4 yr old with me and though she wasnt terrible, she was a normal inquisitive child. All the salesgirls were sweet, friendly, and especially nice to her.

Hostile environment they are “fake” nice if you know what I mean. The woman who helped me wouldn’t listen to what I had to say before talking over me. They didn’t say welcome to ulta thank you, have a good night or even smile back at me as I was leaving, the store manager at the time was literally standing by the door on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge me when I was leaving and two other girls just stared at me it was awkward and inexcusable behavior. Ulta needs to step up on there employees behavior and be more nice and welcoming if they want there customers to feel welcome at the store. I don’t like your store manager I was there 12/29 close to close she has bad reviews already and she was pretty rude to me and wouldn’t let me talk before she said something snappy back, I hope this gets taken care of. Mind you I was very nice and respectful to all the employees this whole time and didn’t complain or argue about anything I bought $200 worth of product and everything so this is really something that needs to be recognized. I am so grateful it has every thing beauty I need. There are always deals and promotions. They keep things in stock. The Ulta app is easy to use and helps me when I cant pop into the store. They have Benefit Brow bar inside. They do a wonderful job.

Ive really like this location as the staff is very welcoming, helpful and non-pushy. They get more sales out of me because they listen to my needs and have solutions for me to try. The only issue I have run into at this location is that it is busier, and so often they are out of products. So my suggestion to the manager would be to order more with your shipments on popular products, and also make sure the store is clean when traffic is higher and people are making messes.

I really like the options available at Ulta. The reason I dont give 5 stars is because they wont price match Monday something I bought Saturday. I had the receipt and repurchased the exact item. They wanted me to go home and drive back to return it instead of doing it at the time. Silly I think. This was from the cashier and also the manager working at the time.

Store was dirty and employees spent more time gabbing with each other and checking their own reflections in the mirror than helping customers. So snotty and rude when we just asked a few questions. I noticed a huge difference in how they were treating all the super done-up white women in the store and my mixed-race daughter even following us around the store for a while— but not to be helpful. Uncalled for.

If you know what youre looking for, I strongly recommend ordering it online, maybe pick up in store. I should have taken pictures, but I just wanted to leave. The store itself is kind of gross & dirty feeling. There were 3 employees at the checkout counter, only one was actually running a register.Everything just looked grimy; things have been swapped out of boxes (check the lip colors, there seemed to be a surprise color in every one). I am grateful they had the products and (correct) colors I was looking for in stock.First time at this location. Probably my last.

Love the salon they always do a great job

The location is good. They always have the things I need in stock. Employees are friendly. The only frustrating thing is they always have a significant line of people waiting to check out and only ever have one check out open. It would be nice if they would hire or staff more people per shift so the lines weren’t always so long.

I only have good things to say about Ulta. The shelves are marked well so its easy to find what youre looking for. The employees are kind, helpful, and educated on the various products they sell.My last visit I initially went in for an eye cream but for the fun of it thought Id ask an employee for recommendations for either a shampoo or conditioner or product to help with static hair. I have dealt with static hair my entire life and have tried a million different products and wasted money on recommendations from several hair stylist as well as the internet with no luck. So when the Ulta employee gave me her recommendation I was skeptical.HER RECOMMENDATION WORKED! I highly recommend this Ulta location.

So a while back I had a major problem with the Salon.. the worker belittled me and so on.. so my husband called to complain and ever since that Ulta has done nothing but to help make sure the problem was taken care of! Which I really really admire! They could of just been like oh sorry... but they made sure to make the issue right. I also love love love Gisele she is at the benefit Brow Bar! She is honestly the best person ever! And I no longer trust anyone to do my eyebrows as well as she does!!!!! And she also really fun!!!! The other worker I love works in the Clinique section (I dont know her name) but she is also amazing and makes our appointments personally and honestly just wants to help me. I love this store and the people!

I normally love Ulta. Today was the first time I ever felt like they tried to catch me in a lie and I just wanted to warn anyone trying to do return about it. I tried a Becca cosmetics highlight which was way to pigmented to begin with. As I was getting ready to return it, it fell off the counter and broke...I know, seems like a likely story but I hoped theyd give me the benefit of the doubt. I wanted to know if they could do in store credit, I wasnt even asking for my money back and knew sometimes they can only do it for the lowest price it ever sold at and the manager kept saying because I dropped it, then I couldnt return it, even though they damage it out anyways. I didnt appreciate that she made it about me dropping it when it was the product itself I didnt like. Fair warning, I wont be shopping here anytime soon.

The store seemed pretty organized and clean, but I felt attacked by the employees. I was trying to return something, and instead of just saying that I couldn’t return it there, and moving on with my purchase, they were all in my face about it saying “I’ve never heard of anyone returning that here” and snatching the return slip from me to check to see if I was lying that I read I could return the product there. I wasn’t even going to or trying to argue with them because I knew I could’ve misunderstood what I had read online. I just felt that they could have been friendlier about instead of assuming that I was going argue with them.

Most items seem to be regularly stocked, but every time I come here, I have to stand in line for nearly 15 min. I don’t understand how speeding the checkout line up isn’t more of a priority. You are losing valuable foot traffic to your store because of this.

Its usually pretty hard to get help at this Ulta. Half the time the staff has great recommendations and the other half of the time they recommend sub-par products. Overall, the store is well-stocked and nice. I just wish the staff went out of there way to help you find products because it takes forever to find things yourself.

My wife used to love this store. It has the specific beauty products she is looking for. We both think that the majority of their products and services are overpriced. But I guess its a price to pay for something always in stock or to have the latest trends or colors. As a male this store had really strong fragrence smell and is a bit nauseating.

This store is very unorganized and scattered. Nothing is in the right place, and you see a product with a certain price assuming since that price is listed right below it, that it would be for that product, but no. You go and buy the item only to learn that it is triple the price you thought it was. This has happened to me twice at this location. I will never be going back to this location ever again.

So incredibly horrible. I went to return some products and the checker tried telling me I couldnt and I could only exchange opened product. On the receipt it clearly states the return policy is either 60 or 90 days I dont remember. But I returned the product THE NEXT DAY! I refused to believe her because I know she was lying. Eventually I got my money back and will never go back to that store.

My wife went in today and theyve gone way overboard on Covid guidelines. She said it was impossible to buy makeup without knowing how it would look on her skin

I love Ulta, I love their rewards program, I just dont love the staff. The manager has straight up lied to my face trying to get me to not return something. She told me that they just got an email with a policy change that they wont be accepting returns on prestige items anymore, and that I needed to test things out in store before I buy them. One, that was a straight up lie, because I called their customer care line after I left to ask, and they told me that wasnt true. Two, Im not going to test out a mascara in store before I buy, because I value my eyesight. I try to only buy online because I hate dealing with the staff there. Some are nice, though, but the managers usually are not.

My salon experience was awesome! Makenzie did my hair and it was one of the best hair experience Ive had! She really listen to me when it came to exactly what I wanted and I what I didnt want. She approached cutting my long hair to short hair with caution. I highly recommend her!

This is one of the better Ulta locations in the area, they have a large selection of brands and products and usually restock quickly. The employees have always been friendly. Because this store has a better selection than many of the other nearby locations, it gets pretty busy and often has long lines at the checkout stands.

My daughter and I had a great experience here a couple weeks ago. This is better then Sephora (whom stopped carrying my shampoo). I actually returned to get my hair cut by Alexa whom did a great job. I will be returning to her for a blowout next month. My husband will be going in to see her for a haircut tomorrow. Alexa did state that they had some issues when first opening up (this is a new store-opened last year). All new employees except Alexa whom was brought from Denver. I recommend you give it a try again. I got lucky because I went during their buy two get one free product-Loved it!

They never ask if you need help. Most products have been rifled through and opened. They take their sweet time getting you you checked out and they dont honor their coupons like some kind of exclusion in fine print they seek out like its their mission in life. If the employees worried more about helping customers more than the daily gossip maybe theyd get a higher review. There are some really inappropriate conversations that go on among employees right in front of customers.
