Wonderful variety of flavorful ice cream! I enjoyed my banana split with chocolate peanut butter, almond coconut and wild huckleberry! Terrific customer service. Miriam was very helpful in my selections to choose from. Fantastic place for entire family to enjoy!

Quick and easy place to get some high quality ice cream! They have a great variety of flavors and the ice cream is so good! When it comes to ice cream I can be very picky, especially with my favorite flavors but these guys have nailed it! Definitely worth trying!

I went for ice cream, I asked if they have dairy free ice cream, and they had a dairy free version call a sorbet, customer service was good, I did not like the sorbet that much because it had too much sugar, I bought 2 different flavors, and both of them had too much sugar, I only eat like 20% of it, but other than that the service was good, thanks.

The is such a fun place to get ice cream with the family! There are many different ice cream. Flavors available with plenty of toppings to choose from. The store has plenty of space to not feel crowded. The kids loved the new arcades! You can try your luck on the paid claw machine, or you can try the race car game which was free.

This place is adorable and the malt we got was really good.The staff were super nice, especially Gavin (Gaven?) Was incredibly helpful and seemed genuinely happy to tell us about the ice cream. Cool dude, cool place

Very clean store with fun 50’s style decor. You have the option to get ice cream scoops, or self serve yogurt with all the toppings.

What a great little ice cream shop! They have a lot of different flavors of good-quality ice cream and frozen yogurt, and are generous with their cone sizes (even for single scoops). My kids and I absolutely loved the free arcade games available to play as well. A great place for a family visit. I definitely recommend checking it out if youve never been before.

This is the sweetest ice cream we’ve ever tasted, especially the cookies and cream! We got the cookies and cream and chocolate peanut butter, but they let us try the pralines and cream and mint chocolate chip and they were all amazing! They also give you a ton of ice cream for the price. The place is really cute and vintage with the arcade games and the old-fashion ice cream parlor feel.

My favorite soft serve ice cream place in Utah County. They have amazing soft serve, my favorites are salted caramel and burned almond. There is no wrong way to make it. They’ve also got some unique flavors, my favorite is the pistachio. They’ve got awesome staff and even have a FREE arcade right now. The new owners are awesome.

Super clean, bright environment right when you walk in the door. The options are endless which made it hard to choose! The front cashier girl was very friendly and answered all my questions and gave us a sample. A great place to take a family, or a date, or to just treat yourself! #lfthx

I dig this place! I’ve been here a couple times and let me tell you, it’s way between than Yogurtland. The prices are the same and this place is way bigger. I like the flavor a lot more here too. You can also get normal ice cream they have tons of flavors. Ditch Yogurtland!!

Great ice cream

Currently the games are free! I like short little trips for ice cream. A great place for treats with kids after lunch...no crowds! The staff is always very nice.

I took my kids here and we loved all the different flavors and toppings. The staff was super friendly too and the decor is really cute!

It has changed quite a bit over the years but has always been great and my kids really love the current atmosphere with the arcade games which makes it a more fun experience to go along with the delicious ice cream.

Love this place! We went for the first time yesterday and had the best experience. The inside is adorable and the decor is super fun, the ice cream is AMAZING, and we got to chat with one of the owners who was seriously the sweetest person. Theres a lot of fun flavors to choose from (and a lot of them are gluten free! ). We will definitely be going again.

I really like the new layout. This is the first time I have been since the remodeling that was done in July of last year. I like the addition of the hard ice cream counter, as well as no longer being charged by the weight of the treat. Instead, one is charged by the size of the cup. This works for me because I have teenagers who can shove quite a few goodies in their soft ice cream! My family likes to meet friends here. Its a great gathering place for a short (hour) visit to catch up with good friends.

Just took my family here for the first time and my kids LOVED the soft serve ice cream. Weve always done frozen yogurt because we thought that was the only way to get a cold treat that my kids can add their own toppings to and be more hands on..now we can get ICE CREAM 😍 in the same way. The staff was super friendly and helpful too!

This place is awesome!!! The remodel has made it so cute and clean! They have tons of ice cream options along with sorbet and frozen yogurt. Super yummy. Great customer service. Lots of room to sit and enjoy your treat. It’s also close to the movie theater, shopping and several restaurants. Great for a date or the whole family.

This place has improved 100% since the new owner took over couple weeks ago. You are now charged by the size of the cups and can fill it up as full as you want which I think is more reasonable and much easier. They have hard scoop ice cream besides soft serve frozen yogurt. Great varieties! A fun place to hangout!

Great choice of flavors and it is super nice that there is both self serve soft serve and hard scoop ice cream. Just make sure to notice that there are 2 cases of hard scoop ice cream (it is easy to only see the case in front if the cashier). Note: you can park on either side of the shop... there are doors on both side.

This is a great place to meet up with my out of town friends to catch up. The praline pecan ice cream is so delicious! Good hard scoop ice cream is not common anymore, but Farr Better Ice Cream is wonderful. I also enjoyed the retro ice cream parlor decor.

Has new ownership since I was last there. It now has regular ice cream flavors in addition to the soft serve bar. Great place to take a date.

None of the employees were wearing masks avoid at all costs.To the owner that replied: I have reported to the UOSH as well as to the Utah County Health Department. This is unacceptable in a global pandemic.

This is a nice place to have some good ice cream and toppings. A few of the machines were down when I was there, which was a little sad, but there were still quite a few options. You dont pay by weight here, there is a flat fee so you definitely want to make sure you get your moneys worth in your cup size, otherwise it is expensive. The staff was lovely and it is easy to find.

Great experience! The environment was really fun and inviting, and the ice cream was delicious 😋 The owner also chatted with us and made sure we enjoyed the experience just as much as the ice cream! We will definitely be back!

Im currently pregnant and my craving these past 3 weeks has been BUBBLE GUM ice cream. Now the one i was craving was like when i had it as a kid. Blue bubble gum ice cream with chunks of gum balls in it. Well today i finally got my craving. They had pink bubble gum ice cream with chunks of gum in it! Tasted AMAZING!! And the gentleman that helped me i can not recall his name but it was Saturday 4/20 @ about 5:30 pm was so friendly and helpful!! Best ice cream I’ve had.

Delicious custard, frozen yogurt and ice cream. They even have Dole Whip. The price is better than most places, but the frozen yogurt selection is not as great. It was cool that they have hard ice cream too, but we didnt try that to know how good it is.

The ice cream was soooo good!!! The shop was literally the cutest little thing that felt like it came straight out of the 50s. The employees were super nice too. Definitely loved the whole experience and will be a regular customer.

Amazing place, family oriented. Free kitty cones for the kids so you don’t have to buy a whole big bowl only for them to have a few bites. The owner cares about customers. We spent $20 at baskin Robbins last night for 3 cones. Just got 3 big cones from here for $12 beat that!

This is a place that my wife and I visit about 2-3 times a month and we have always liked the yogurt that they have to offer. Never had any issues with long lines (sometimes they do have a line but it goes fast), or anything at all.Last night was a bit different. It was mellow, but our experience was incredible. We had a young man named Camden helping us. We are the kind of people that ask waiters/waitresses their favorite meals, and then go with that. Last night we asked Camden, and he was quick to let us know what his favorites were, and mixes as well. He was more than willing to help give suggestions of what toppings go together well. It wasnt like he was bored, or was just trying to tell us what to do, but gave us his honest opinion, and was very helpful. He also had a conversation with me that wasnt forced, and you could tell he is a good people person. Will go back as usual, but I wanted to leave a review letting people know that you get great service here normally, or fantastic service is you get helped by him.

We love Farr’s, especially since the new owners have improved the atmosphere and simplified the pricing. Definitely a go-to for date nights. Enjoy the samples before you decide.

Decent ice cream, but probably the most confusing #Disappointing Customer experience in town. It kind of feels like they’re a second grade teacher and we are second graders waiting in a line, prepaying for a cup, I felt like raising my hand to ask if I could use the restroom. If they would just fix a few things about the system and make it a little more customer centric and a lot less business centric, I’ll change my review.

This is the best place to go for soft serve, they have so many good flavors to choose from. And I’m obsessed with their toppings! They always have friendly service, too.

Went for the first time last night and loved it! I was so surprised at their reasonable and relatively inexpensive prices! For some reason I was expecting this to be an expensive ice cream shop, and I’m glad it’s not. A good variety of hard scoop flavors makes it exciting to come back again and again. The single scoop was huge for $2.99! Next time I go I’ll be trying the soft serve and fro-yo options with toppings because, unlike other places that charge per weight, Farrs has a single price and you can put as many toppings as you want on it. No ill pricing surprises there!

Good location with great seating. This is my personal favorite of all the self serve ice cream places (/frozen yogurt/gelato/etc.) The selection is great, the staff is helpful, and their product is great - my personal favorite being a mix of pistachio and toasted marshmallow.

One of the best brownie sundaes Ive ever had. 😍 Im really picky because Ive noticed in ice cream shops lately theres been a downward trend in brownies. All these other places are using overprocessed tasteless brick brownies- NOT FARRS! The brownie was huge, pulled out of a Ziploc so I know they made it themselves, and they heated it up for me. You can get whatever ice cream youd like on it, and theres a large selection of included toppings when you get a sundae. I am so very pleased, it was extremely tasty. I also got a double scoop for later because the different flavours are so good. 🍨

Loved the variety of options! The Dole Whips are an especially delicious option for those that need to avoid dairy like my husband. My kids loved the topping options especially the gummy worms and boba beads. The staff was super friendly and helpful too 😊 #lfthx

Jared was super attentive. Way nice and offered taste cups when walking in. You could tell he was busy doing behind the scene work, but he didnt hesitate to stop to help his customers. Not to mention super yummy frozen custard!

This place reminds me of Menchies, but better. They have more options, sample cups, and it feels a lot less cramped. I was impressed with the Dole whip, and the large amount of toppings. Service was nice. The price-per-ounce is kind of a lot, but their daily specials make it more fun being there. I know on Fridays if your cups price is exactly $5, its free, and in Wednesdays if you guess what the price is, your cup is free. So, this place is a cool place to get froyo, ice cream, custard, or Dole whip. I recommend.

No chocolate soft serve when we went in tonight, which was disappointing. Theyve added regular scoop ice cream so you can get sundaes, shakes, etc. Have to go back and give that a try.
