They also did a great job answering our questions about different window types, and what it would take to replace all the original windows in our house.I was really impressed with their installer, who replaced all 8 windows in about 6 hours. We had Wholesale Window & Door redo all of our Window. This has been over 10+ years ago. Today, all the windows white frames are still brilliant white, glide smooth and latch properly. None of these windows have needed repair or replacement. The glass is in excellent condition and hold up we to washings. There was one screen that didnt quite fit, but they had a replacement given to me before I could bring it to their attention, so they must have recognized it before they finished the job. Fast, friendly, honest and competitive. I would recommend these window and this company. In fact, we are now having them work on some of our basement window. Make sure you check in with them before your final decision.

I am extremely happy with our windows from Wholesale Windows. The quality is great, they block sound out wonderfully, and they are easy to slide open. Alan is professional and easy to work with. His guys are the best at installing. I know from experience because I had them install my main floor windows, but I had another group install the same windows in the basement. Five years later, the basement windows are coming out, with cracking all around the panes. They were not installed properly! However, the windows installed by Alans guys are in perfect shape. No cracking around the edges. Buy the windows and have them install them! They know what theyre doing. I highly recommend this company.

We werent overly impressed by the initial service we received from Wholesale Window & Door. We decided to go with another company for our Milgard Windows primarily because of the difference in up front service. It very well could be that the service would improve as the process progressed. I wouldnt say avoid this company, but only wish to provide some feedback on what we experienced. Here are several things worth mentioning: 1. It took a quite a while (more than a few days) to get an appointment scheduled to obtain a quote. I suspect that they are busy. However, the company we are going with is also very busy, but was just more responsive to our inquiry. 2. When the sales person arrived they were somewhat ill prepared. They didnt bring any sample product or print materials with them to show us available options. The other company we are going with came well prepared with sample products and educational materials we could look at. The sales person also didnt come prepared with a mask to wear. So we offered them one to use (no big deal). If I were in the business of visiting peoples homes during the pandemic, I would have a box of masks always present in my vehicle just for precaution. 3. While we already knew we wanted the Milgard windows, the sales person did very little to educate us on the various available types/options and ask enough questions to narrow down what we were looking for. The company we are using has been very educational (both in person, over the phone, and online) and has asked specific questions as to our preferences, needs, etc., This has really helped us to make the best decision for our needs and budget. 4. It took almost a week to get the quote after the in-home consultation. The company we are using got us a quote well within 24 hours. Since receiving our quotes from both companies, the one we are going with has followed up with us a few times (not pushy at all) to see if we had any questions. Wholesale Windows hasnt reached out once to follow up. 5. Ultimately the pricing between both companies were very close. The deciding factor for us was the level of service we received. Based upon the other reviews for Wholesale Windows I suspect we may have been a recipient of bad day or week. Hopefully this review will serve at least to provide some feedback to Wholesale Window on how to better improve their upfront service. We do appreciate the quote they provided.

These guys were great. I seriously researched different local companies and various windows, and they came out on top as far as price/quality. We actually used a competitor just over a year ago whom I have been disappointed with as they left a couple of problems behind. Fernando (Wholesale installer) went the extra mile and fixed what the competitor refused to (and it was only a 5 minute fix). Wholesale were friendly, prompt, and salesman Paulo was helpful and not pushy in the least.

We remodeled a home a year ago and thought we could get by without new windows. We were very wrong. I researched several different window companies and had 3 other bids. I knew right away that I would be using this company. Alan was so nice and accommodating at every turn. He was professional but funny at the same time. The bid for nearly the whole house wasnt even comparable to the other companies, it was awesome. I did research on the windows that they sell to make sure that I would be getting high quality with a good warranty. I was very thorough because of some bad experiences that we had while remodeling. Alan answered every phone call, every question...even if it was the third time I asked it, he is also very honest. I ordered the windows and they were ready to be installed very quickly. He kept me in the loop through the entire process and scheduling install. It was a very cold, winter day when the installer, Fernando, came to install the windows and we had a brand new baby. Fernando was so great. He kept doors shut to the rooms so that not a lot of cold air would circulate through our home. I was a nervous wreck that my newly remodeled windows with nice finish carpentry and paint would be destroyed by the replacement process...the guy has to cut the windows and panes out with saws and other tools! It sounded like a war zone. I could not believe how very minor the few dings were that occurred. They are not even noticeable now. I was thrilled. Then after all of that, Alan and his father helped me fill out all of the rebate forms and get them submitted. This is a long review but it is needed. The windows were one of the few things that we had a near perfect experience with during the remodel process...and we did everything you could imagine to our home. I will use Wholesale Window and Door any time I am in need of this type of service. I would recommend them to anyone, and have done so. If you want awesome customer service, small company feel, honest and fair prices, high quality products, amazing installation, etc. Dont waste your time anywhere else, this is the company to use. They are very nice people and I believe they try to be fair. We were excited by the timeline they first gave us, unfortunately it was much longer than that. They didnt realize that the manufacturer had such a delay. We are happy with the quality of the windows that were installed. Their installer was very nice. We are unhappy with the measurements they took for some of our most expensive windows. They undersized them significantly and ordered them such that the interior side was smaller. This made it tricky for the installer. To make up for it they put vinyl strips over the gaps. It looks ok, but I am still disappointed. I recognize that they went smaller so they wouldnt have to replace them if they didnt fit correctly. It was a huge investment for our family and I am bummed that they didnt more carefully measure these large windows. Overall though it is better than what we had.

My wife and I hated this place. Everything looked awesome until the actual install. They werent able to come on the day they planned and so they had to re-schedule. Not a huge deal except for the fact that the day they were originally scheduled to come the basement was empty and was part of a remodel. They rescheduled it to a day where the basement was occupied and we had to finish putting drywall, mud and paint around the windows after the tenants had moved in. Sooooo grateful that the tenants we had were awesome and understanding.When the install was done, they didnt let us know; they just left (my wife and I were both on site the entire day). They took forever to cash the check we gave them (almost two months).When I called them about getting the rebate in January, which they said to file with your tax returns, they told me that I had to mail those in within 90 days of install using the stickers that they left in the window. Well, since they didnt tell us to keep the stickers, we trashed them. More important, since they told us to file it with the income taxes at the beginning of the year, we lost our rebate.I just wish there was a 0 rating on these things... Seriously never been so mad at a company in my life!

When you work with Wholesale Window & Door, you work with people, and they will be happy to treat you like people. They are polite, and interested in knowing their customers and their needs so that they can best serve. Their prices are very good, their products are great, and every person we interacted with was professional and courteous, making for a positive experience.I called for a quote, and they scheduled a time. They showed up on time and took quick measurements, accurate enough for a quote, but not accurate enough for the actual order. They also came with some printouts about the different window options they offer, and they also invited us to their show room where they have some of their window options available to look at and try out (open and close, and see how they work). When we went into the show room, they already had our measurements and were able to quickly and easily play with different options on the computer and show us the pricing for what we wanted.We have a couple of rooms that have gotten quite warm with the setting sun shining directly in. In the show room, we talked about options for glass coating that they had available. They used a heat lamp in a display with different pieces of glass to demonstrate the effectiveness for their low-E and their Sun Coat treatments. We selected different coatings for different window, to meet our preferences and they were able to price it for us on the spot. We were very satisfied with the way they treated us as customers and with their pricing, so we ordered right away. We paid half at the time of the order, and then paid the rest after the work was done. They are happy to talk options and will let you know what they can do to work with you.The next step was for them to make an appointment to take more exact measurements and order the windows from the manufacturer. Though still a quick process it was a little more involved than their first measuring. They checked with the manufacturer and let us know when to expect the new windows. Once the windows were in, they called to schedule time for their installers to come.We ordered 10 windows and a sliding glass door. This took two men two full days to install. They removed the old windows one by one, and installed the new to replace them right away, so the only opening was the window they were working on at the time. They were careful with their work and cleaned up after themselves, leaving a very nice, professional installation complete.One of the windows screens came damaged and one window was missing a screen. The installers took the damaged screen and ordered a replacement and another screen for the missing. This was not the fault of Wholeslae Window & Door, rather it was a mistake in manufacturing. Still, Wholesale took the task of making sure that we got what we ordered. As soon as the new screens came in, they delivered them to us and made sure that we were happy with the work, and we were/are.Im glad I selected Wholesale to sell and install our windows. Ill recommend them to family or friends who want my opinion on where to shop for windows.

Our experience with this company started out positively. I found a door I really liked and ordered it. Four weeks later, when I was told it would arrive, I called to check in on whether it had come in yet. I found out that they had forgotten to order it. So I got to wait another four weeks. When I asked whether I could have a discount for the oversight, I was told that they would include it in the second door I had planned to order. The installation of the first door went fine, no complaints. Then I waited for a quote on the second door. And waited. I stopped in once and called in once and was told Id get a quote by Monday. Today is five months after that promised Monday and I just got an email from them about my quote. Hilarious.

We bought a Milgard sliding door from wholesale window and door in Orem 3 1/2 years ago. They were timely, knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of our home and property. The install went well and the door has been wonderful. Milgard, thankfully, has a lifetime warranty. Just yesterday our slider started To accumulate condensation. I went into the office first thing this morning, was greeted with the smiling face of Alan Horne. Not only was he helpful and respectful, he filed the paperwork online that was needed for Milgard to replace the slider free of charge. Mr. Horne also offered to call if there was any kind of issue with Milgard getting back with us for the work order. He gave me his contact information. We discovered wholesale windows while looking for a local retail store where we could see Milgard windows and decide whether or not we wanted to upgrade for the extra cost. After talking with Alan my wife said I had to go back and meet him too. He was super helpful and informative. He said he would appreciate our business but there was no sales pressure at all. After spending more time looking into the Milgard product we decided it was definitely the way we wanted to go with our new home that we expect to be in for several years. I was amazed how quickly Alan turned around a bid for the windows, got us on the install schedule, and got the windows ordered. He met me at the house to measure for the window bid the morning he was going into hand surgery and even followed up with me that same day! He made a last-minute change to the order that we asked for, the windows were delivered and installed exactly on schedule (by Matt and his partner), and everything is great! We had a great experience with Wholesale Window & Door. We had them replace two original (1952) exterior doors, our front door, original kitchen windows, and a bank of 5 large floor-to-ceiling windows (also original from 1952). They did a great job on everything, and had great options to choose from that still fit the character of our home but are vastly more efficient and comfortable.They worked with me very well on the big back windows as I was worried that inserting new windows with frames into the space would reduce the amount of glass that I have there and would make the room feel less open. The big windows were one of the big reasons we bought the home and we didnt want to lose any of the openness. Alan gave me many different options including frames and even without frames (but still a double- or triple-pane unit). We ended up going without frames which meant they had to do a lot of extra trim work. They did a great job and handled the work very well. Its so nice to have efficient windows in there now that are also tempered glass to add to the safety factor for our little kids.I would recommend them to anyone.

We had an unusual problem. We rented our home while we were out of the country for 2 years, and while we were gone, the exterior handle to our Milgard sliding glass door was broken, and a makeshift handle was installed. This meant that we were missing proper parts and screws. In addition, while a previous repair was attempted, the supporting metal framework inside the door slid down, and the screw holes were no longer visible. This left us without a way to open or close the door without great effort - or lock the door at all!. Wholesale Window and Door sent a repairman out who went far above and beyond duty to figure out how to solve both problems, even leaving to find screws to replace those that were missing. The door now works better than it has in quite some time. Thanks for a difficult job, well done, for a reasonable price!
