Sales staff doesnt go out of their way to be helpful or kind. They seem more concerned that you’re messing up their fabric bolts than whether or not you’re finding what you need. One employee followed me around straightening the bolts after I replaced them. Kind of weird. However, they sell the most gorgeous fabric in this valley so what do you do.

I enjoy the Fabric Mill very much; largely because my mom likes the Fabric Mill. So naturally I go there often with her to do regular fabric shopping which is normal. I am happy when my mother is happy; which she often is after a trip to the Fabric Mill! 👍😁

I had always gone to joanns for my fabric and other needs. Never again. I found this place by word of mouth and the people who work here are amazing. They are informative and so professional and friendly. They have an amazing selection to choose from along with a coveted clearance section. Love it!!

Ive been here before and they do have a nice selection of fabric but I have never felt welcomed from the staff. I recently went in on small business Saturday, Joanns looked packed so I thought I would go support a smaller shop. When I walked in there were 3 women at the counter, all of them looked at me then continued about their conversation. Not one of them said hello, how are you or asked to help me. After looking for a few minutes I finally went up and asked if they had a print I was looking for and one came to help me look then said sorry we dont have that and went back to the counter to continue their conversation. There was only one other person in the store, (they never spoke to her either.) Horrible customer service... I will never return. I ended up at Joanns (so did the other customer). Next time a customer walks in maybe you could try to be friendly and help them rather then talking (loudly) about your personal problems.

They have a wide selection of cotton, quite a bit fleece and a decent amount of minky. Their prices are pretty decent. Not as cheap as Joann’s but the fabric is higher quality too. Very friendly staff.Update: I highly recommend this store. I recently had a problem with some fabric I had purchased and they were very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I’m a dedicated customer now.

Such an awesome variety of fabric!! Coming from the East coast, we dont have great stores like this. Decent prices, excellent selection, and sweet ladies behind the counter.

I just got back from the Fabric Mill. I dont think the other reviews have been very fair. I came in asking for help and both of the employees that worked there came to my rescue. They helped me pick out fabric that coordinated perfectly with what I needed it to coordinate with. Not only that...they asked about my project and gave me some really great tips. I LOVE their fabric and they have the best selection of minky around. I really got the feeling that they sincerely wanted and were glad to help me. Yeah...the prices are more than some other places...but when you buy cheaper fabric thats just what it is...cheap. Fabric Mills fabric is stylish and the quality is outstanding. That is worth it to me for sure. And the prices arent even as outrageous as some people made them sound. Ill be back with out a doubt!

Fabric Mill has a wonderful selection of high quality quilting cottons and Minky. The employees are always so helpful when I need an extra set of eyes to spy the correct color choice.

Large selection of fabric prints and materials. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Some stuff here I havent seen anywhere else.

I am absolutely in love with Fabric Mill, my number one spot for quilts and baby blankets that I can crochet.

I went in several years at Christmas to buy fabric for pajamas, and every single time the salespeople were completely rude. I dont know why I went back after the first time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt I guess, thinking someone was in a bad mood or something. Last Christmas the salesperson went through the entire sales process without saying one word to me and gave me the evil eye the entire time. Im sitting there thinking, what have I done to offend this woman? Well, three times is the charm and I wont be back.

I will never go to this store again. I had the worst experience ever. I had asked for help from one of the ladys and she looked at me and with a annoyed look on her face she said am not working here right now so ask someone else after a couple of min someone else had asked her for help and she whent and helped them while i was waiting there for someone to help me. I ended up just leaving. Never again will i go there.

I walked in and asked for something and the girl behind the counter acted like I was bothering her. They up sold me by about 1/2 a yard of extremely expensive stuff and made it seem like I could return it. When I tried they wouldnt let me. Im never going there again.

Owner sucks

I only stayed at the store 10 minutes because one of the employees was talking so negatively (and so loudly) about her husband to the other two workers that I just couldnt take the atmosphere and left.
