Firstly, let me explain my ratings rational. With only five stars possible, a five star review means there is no room for improvement. Since this is almost never the case, I award very few of these. Instead, I begin at three stars which indicates my expectations were met. I was neither disappointed by the product, service, condition or selection I am reviewing, but I was not pleasantly surprised in some way either. So three stars is a solid average rating.That was the case at Hobby Lobby this last visit. I found what I was looking for and the price, selection and quality were all in line with what I have come to expect. So three stars.

The store is huge and has EVERYTHING you could want. The prices were great with the weekly sales. The EMPLOYEES made me wish I could leave without buying what I went in there for. The worst part of that was they harassed me before Id even gone into the store. Literally yelled at me in my car because they thought I was a college student using the lot for free parking. Told me I had to leave (And not even remotely politely). I said I was waiting for hobby lobby to open and they left without even apologizing. Then they were the only cashier while I was checking out and acted like they hadnt yelled at me 30 minutes before. Honestly, Im sure they get people parking out there all the time considering they are across the street from campus, but having someone angrily approach you in a nearly empty parking lot and yell at you triggers the whole fear response. Especially when they end up spending the rest of the time till the store opens out in front watching you. (I guess to make sure I wasnt lying and didnt try to sneak out of the car and walk to campus?) I hope I never need to buy supplies in the morning again!

Staff are super helpful and there are so much you can find there. The only thing is, things are hard to find. Some more signs to mark the aisles would be nice. I had to ask the employees. They were really nice and helpful but it wouldve been faster if things were labeled better.

Hobby Lobby is a great store for crafting needs and this location is a great one. The building may be a little older but the staff are friendly, they do well keeping everything stocked, have materials for every project Ive ever come up with. Decent sales going on regularly too. I especially like that anywhere in the store you night need help they have the bell and sign saying to ring it for service, when you ring that bell someone is always right there to help in no time.

I have the most hobbies out of anyone and this is my lobby. It’s time to hobby. My gosh they have everything I could ever need though and want. Isles full of different creative crafts and stuff that would work so perfectly for everything and anything I could ever want to create

Wonderful place. Extremely organized. They made it easy to find what I was looking for even though I didnt know exactly what it was myself. 😆 Great place with a lot of options.

Im shamefully addicted to this store, but they have tons of cute stuff. The best perk is that they are DOG FRIENDLY! I will go out of my way to shop at stores where I can take dogs to when Im figuring out my errands. The staff is always very friendly and the manager has always been very polite and friendly about saying hello to the dogs.

Love this store. The little bag I got was50 percent off, made it only 2.45. Big one was 4.50. So cool! Store was clean, staff fairly involved but not too much. Needs longer hours, but a great place.

I always love going to this store. They have a lot of great options for home decor and those items also provide great examples for DIY ideas for decorating your home. This store in Orem is especially great because of how large it is and the amount of inventory they always have. The staff are friendly and helpful and we always find a good deal on what we are looking for.

This is a big store with such an amazing selection! This was the first time I visited this store. Wow! And the employee I asked for a product location of, she immediately told me exactly where the product was!😄 Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Love Hobby Lobby! They sell so many great products at a great price! The selection is awesome and the sales really make all the difference! If something isn’t currently on sale, you usually don’t have to wait very long for it to come on sale. And I LOVE that they do rain checks.Only negative thing is they are kinda picky about returns and it always seems like a hassle to return anything, even with the receipt.

I love how helpful the staff is. I was looking an item and could find it. They helped me find it and then looked for a 2nd when there was only one on the shelf

And containers wall hanging stuff. Shelf knick knacks I just cant tell you all that they have. They have great sales today I went in they had 75% off. 50% off 40% and 30% off its great. Today I went in to get scrapbook supplies. I didnt have an organizing drawer. Looking through the household items found 1 with 4 containers $29.became $15 dollars. Go w can that be sad. Best part was I had no idea. I just love Hobby Lobby Orem store

Disappointed when I asked an employee working on the floor if she could call another Hobby Lobby for an item they were out of stock She said I could call myself they are told they cant really do that for customers So I asked a second employee Zachary and he did respond in the same manner but asked me if I would like him to call the other stores I said Yes please and he followed through He couldnt call out on the floor by the registers he had to go upstairs and call He returned telling me AF store had it availableThank you Zachary for going out of your way!!! Went in looking for Halloween crafts for my 5 year old in late September. It was already 100% Christmas. He was so disappointed 😞 Chill out hobby lobby, there are other holidays.

Good place, for some reason I thought this place was way outdated & for old people... but I walked in & it looked brand new! Don’t be scared away by the dull store label, written in Ariel sans serif font, it’s an awesome place with awesome workers! Good if you need painting supplies.

I love hobby lobby. I love the wide variety of things they have. Most of my wall decor has came from here. When I needed rose stencils, hobby lobby didnt disappoint, and it was even better that I was able to use the 40% off coupon too. I wanted a chest to put my brothers things in after he passed away and found this beautiful leather chest for only $20 on sale. The coloring books here are great too!

This location is huge! I swear its the size of two hobby lobbys in 1! I always love visiting this store but make sure you allow extra time and dont bring your kids. Otherwise you wont enjoy yourself!

I love hobby lobby. Not only do they have most everything you would need, but the environment is always uplifting. Great for home decor and crafting, wouldnt come here for sewing specifically.

A little short staff but for as small as of a crew that they have they were friendly and helpful. Even if I didnt know the exact name of something I would describe it to them and they would know what I meant or they would try there best

Great service, the staff is very helpful, we have talked with management a few times and they are always interested in our experience (we did not ask for them, there was no issue, they are just around asking others how things are going). Their pieces are normally better than their competitions for the same brands, but when there is a sale as far as I know you cant get it for a better price!

Love Hobby Lobby but admit I do not visit as much as I did before because I really dislike that HL disconnected their 40% coupons for items that were not on sale. That is why I only gave it 3 stars instead of 5 because if they are going to cheap out, so will I.

I got all my questions answered. My husband and I always go in there we get what we wanted but then we get more than we expected to get.

Love this place. There is so much to offer. There is usually some discount coupon or sale which helps; but craft stuff can run expensive. I wanted to make a wreath and the floral pieces were way over priced for my comfort, like 30$ for fake eucalyptus.

This is one my favorite stores to go to. The options for creativity are endless. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about certain products. If they are out of stock they are capable of looking into their other stores to see if they have the product or they can order it for you. They also have an online store that you can go on for discounts and other promotions.

Hobby Lobby is my favorite arts and crafts store. They have an amazing selection of everything you could possibly want for your creative needs. Plus it always feels up to date, whereas other craft stores can feel like youre at your grandmas. Stuff is low quality, but for some reason my wife loves it here. The female employees are nice overall, but the male employees are complete jerks. Ask female employees for help if you need it.
