Its an ok store, they dont have a huge selection of inventory. What they do have is pretty reasonably priced though.

Needed a pallet jack for a home project, but they were out of stock. Was finally able to purchased the one on display. Thank you guys!

Always find good quality items and tools at a great price. My nine and three year old daughters wanted a wagon and we looked everywhere with no luck. HFT had the iconic red wagon we were looking for at a decent price. I was able to show my daughters how to read a manual, gather the tools needed, and assemble their wagon. We switched the front and back wood pieces for easier access; the wagon handle doesnt hit the front wood piece.

My husband really likes getting tools from here for general projects. Some higher end tools are not carried here. If you join the inside track club you get notification for deals and great discounts. This is a great place for the handy man or woman.

Great store for handyman, just do your research on any product that you are planning to buy and they have great prices.

If heaven had a waiting room for people who like to mechics welding soldering house building or just like tools n power tools this is prob be close to the visual

Wasnt sure they carried tire patches and a coupler for my compressor. Found them both and a lot of patches come in the kit for not to bad of a price.

I get some ribbing for buying tools here, but the garden tools work very well and the power tools havent given me any grief. Ive noticed that drill bits and cutting tools lose their sharpness faster than their premium counterparts but thats offset by the savings. If you are buying tools for only occasional use, this is a good place to shop.

Bought some clamps and they are by far the cheapest to get them from, can even reverse some of them turning a $8 clamp into a $40 one. Pretty happy with them though Im not sure I would get something super complex from them.

Got everything that I was looking for at a reasonable price. Customer service was okay.

$4 sliding clamps? Are you KIDDING ME??? What a deal. Nothing here is fancy, but it all works great.

I selected several items. I price checked each item. Returned to the register to pay. And found the price of the items were higher. I was told that I needed to join the Harbor freight club to receive the price listing. And and if I did I would receive a discount of $10.00. What I found out was after joining and receiving the discount. It cost me $30.00 more. I left the items and store. The last few times that I entered harbor freight. I purchase items and used the Harbor freight coupons. I was told the coupons only match some items. And I was unable to use the coupons. Fine print on the coupons . A hussle, for more purchases at a higher price. Is my feeling. Disappointed. Shopping elsewhere.

I foremost want to say Armando Serrano, Supervisor, went beyond thecall of duty. He guided us on were to find the items. Armando was SUPER HAPPY to work for Harbor Freight. Great! AMAZING service! He greeted us as we came in, and also express himself about Orem, Community. We need more folks like him. Give him RAISE!

I like buying tools and supplies from Harbor Freight. I am a typical DIYer doing projects around the house. I know the tools are not the same caliber of Milwaukee, but I am not a construction worker who uses tools on a daily basis. The price point is usually much better than you will find elsewhere. I have purchased a few tools that wore out within a couple of years, but for what I paid, it was fine to purchase a new one. I am on their mailing list which provides me with unlimited 20% off coupons.The only problem I have really had is with buying more expensive tools and they tend to be sold out. Recently I tried to get a large air compressor and they didnt have any in stock at any of the local stores or online and I eventually had to purchase one elsewhere. I also recently had trouble getting a miter saw from this location because it was out of stock. The employee spoke with was helpful though and directed me to the Spanish Fork store that had the model I was looking for in stock.

I got a Bauer angle grinder at a good price. The quality seemed pretty good and it has worked well so far.Overall, they have good deals for the average home owner.

Tools are definitely not the highest quality, but you can save a lot of money if you dont need the professional quality and just need to do some home repairs. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Great prices, great coupons (but make sure theyre not expired), and mostly great people. When the machine messed up my coupons so that not everything got the discount they were supposed to, I just went back and they fixed it all pretty quickly. Quality of things tend to match the price, so dont expect something spectacular if the price is too good to be true. Good selection though, and very helpful employees. Not always easy to find stuff, but the employees can always point you right to something.

So much selection! And such great prices! I just need tools for day to day stuff at home, nothing hardcore, so its a good store for me. The employees dont always know where stuff is, though, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to browse around looking for your items. Huge parking lot and its easy to get in to this strip mall from state street, but its hard to get out and go northbound on State, I usually just have to turn south and go to a freeway to then head north.

A cornucopia of cost-cutting coupons, terrific tools, and increible implements! Harbor Freight does a brisk business selling stuff every DIY-er needs and wants. The Orem store has a friendly and knowledgeable staff that is ready to help you succeed. The extended warranties are something I often use to keep me covered if something goes wrong with a particular power tool. Sometimes you want a name-brand tool, but more often than not, HF has you covered for the things you use only once in a while, or every day as the case may be. Get the scissors with the 99 cent coupon and you will have a sharp set that you can keep replaced as often as you need, and not feel bad when they break!

They are like the back room of what you cant find at Lowes and Home Depot. I love coming here for odds and ends and large tools. Make sure that you use their coupons for free items and get at least 20% off.

Every tool you can imagine, including some very nice top quality tools. But if you want the quality stuff be prepared to pay. The good stuff is equal to Snap-On and similar brands in quality at 1/3 the price. Dont expect a $300 tool for $15. Certain lines, like Earthquake and Ion are top notch, equal to the best out there.

I stop to get some inexpensive drills and drill bits for a project. They had plenty of choice on the drills but they did not offer single sized bits or multi packs of the size I needed. (3/8, not an off the wall size). I was greeted when I entered the store but on the way out when I was paying for the drills the cashier was anything but helpful nor did his attitude seemed like he cared about anything but getting me out the door. The store was clean and organized.

Like THIS store for the cost of tools. I myself havent had a problem with the quality, I have had many others voice their opinion. I have nothing but good to say about this store.Harbor freight is the greatest when it comes to having the right tool for whatever the job may be!

Ive always found this to be one of the better harbor freight locations. It may not be as high of a ceiling or as bright as a newer location but they have everything you need to find. Its kept very clean, as opposed to some other locations. Overall, dont hesitate to go to this location.

The new manager from Idaho is fantastic very helpful very nice unlike some previous personnel that have work there over the years it had gang like mentality. There are better employees now also, so far

Harbor freight employees are very helpful and there stores are well organized.The same employees help the customers and stock the shelves so the know where things are.Sometimes the least expensive tool is the right tool for the job. Why spend top dollar for a tool you will use once, or a tool you will loan to abusive, careless coworkers, or employees.Harbor Freight has a niche and fills it very well.

Great place for trying a tool out. If you need one for every day use buy a beer quality elsewhere. They know they are selling cheaper quality but, the price is also. Great for a sometimes use .

They are always kind and helpful. They have a lot of sales with big discounts on already low cost tools. If you want they will also include a warranty on most items. While you have to pay for the warranty, it covers most anything that might happen to a tool. My only complaint is that there is not one closer to where I live.
