My body and mind always feel so much better after ordering from Ivie Juice Bar. Their offerings are delicious and creative, and provide results. Highly recommended. Bonus points for the social friendly atmosphere of the Orem juice bar area.

Pretty bummed because I’ve been going to Ivie for years, but had a not-so-great experience tonight and I won’t be going back. My sister and I bought a bowl to share and realized after purchasing that she had been feeling a little sick that day. Not wanting to get me sick, we decided we’d just split the bowl and use our own spoons/bowls to be safe. I asked one of the workers for an extra cup and mid question she walked away from me. She realized I was asking her something and came back but looked at me like she didn’t know what an “extra bowl” meant when I asked. I sat back down and the older woman who works there (I think owner) came out with 3 small water cups and put them on the table. I said “oh I’d like a bowl so we can split it!” And she looked at me and said “well that costs more so if you want to pay for it I’ll give you one.” Never in my life have I been so caught off guard by the service somewhere. Or I guess lack thereof. At that point I would have just hoped she would give a bowl and nicely let me know that next time they charge to split the bowls. She wasn’t kind about it. Like I said, I won’t be going back.

Went here for the first time because I needed something right after a workout so I got a bowl. I asked the guy to not include protein in a specific bowl because I wanted everything in the bowl except the protein. He looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and asked me 4 times about why I wanted to remove the protein and each time I responded saying just cause I didnt want it. Im not sure if he ever quite understood what I was saying and went back and made a bowl and brought it out. I then needed an extra spoon for another person who was sharing the bowl with me. We tried to get the guys attention to ask for another spoon and he looked right through a couple times until he finally came over and brought an extra spoon. Then as we were eating it, we noticed the bowl was a little sparse so we checked to see if it had all the ingredients that were listed on the label, but the guy who made the bowl left out at least half on the fruits that were supposed to be included in the bowl. Overall a terrible experience.

I typically order on doordash and loooove them. Im kinda embarrassed how often I order but theyre so good. I love their glass jars for juices, and the bowls are perfection. I also love their options for substitutions :) worth the price for what youre getting in my opinion

This place is cute and trendy but in my opinion very overpriced. Especially since they don’t use organic fruits or vegetables. They also always mess up my order and yes they fix it but don’t compensate for their mistakes. I’ve waited over 30 min for a shake and that actually happens a lot! They also charge me different prices for the same thing. Understaffed, disorganized and overpriced. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be coming here anymore :(

So nice to find a solid acai bowl in Orem/Provo. This was our go to place - pictures are the Beach Babe acai bowl. Delicious!

Ice cubes in food lol don’t go it’s the worst. Never a good experience. Found 4+ ice cubes in my açaí bowl. Also if you go in the morning the girl with brown hair is never wearing a mask, but they enforce it on their door. Doesn’t make sense.

Ivie Juice Bar excels in aesthetics, but lacks in everything else. It wasn’t busy but the service was slow—even after ringing the bell. My table wasn’t clean. The smoothie portion of my bowl was bland with chunks of unblended fruit, and it was only topped with about 10 pineapple tidbits. The juice shop I normally go to practically overflows the bowl with a variety of fresh fruit for the same price, so this was a bit of a let-down. When I tried to pay with cash to avoid the transaction fee they charge, I was told they’d only accept cash if I had no other way of paying. It makes sense to take precautions during a pandemic, but the employees weren’t wearing masks when they brought us our bowls or when I looked in the back to see why I wasn’t being helped up front. That’s bad business. I hope things improve, but I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming here for years, and hadn’t in the last year with covid. i picked up a sunrise smoothie here and it was sooooo bad. there was no fruit in it, it tasted just like straight protein powder and almond milk. it was so runny too. save your money and go to gingers garden cafe in springville for an good smoothie where you actually get what you pay for! or just make one yourself at home.

The shake and smoothies are good, but it is always hit or miss if it completely blended. I don’t know anyone who like chunks of spinach in their smoothies.

Promoting looking businesses is one of the best to do especially during this Pandemic and hard year we all encountered. This morning l went to the local Ivie juice bar, next to Vasa gym. I promise they for sure didnt disappoint. Definitely 😊 worth the visit I can assure you. Seriously l am in love with this place so much! Definitely worth the visit after a great workout next door. The protein shakes & bowls are just amazing. What can l say staff and owners are extremely hospitable, excellent customer care, and went out of their way to help me with my decision as their was so many great choices 😃 to chose from and what l needed 5/5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ recommend it for sure#lighttheworld2020

I had to travel to Orem for work from salt lake. After finishing the service call I decided I wanted to have Açaí bowl for breakfast. To my delight I found that there was an Ivie Juice bar right near me. I usually stop into the South Jordan location as its the closest to my house and they always do a good job at that location so decided to try the Orem location. I walked in and was warmly welcomed by one of the employees. I ordered the Kimball bowl to go and they started preparing it right away. I took a seat to wait for the order and as I was waiting one of the staff asked what music Id like to listen to while I wait. I of course chose Bob Marley. As the music started I instantly felt at home at this establishment and had a nice chat with the employee and/or manager. The bowl came out full and looked delicious. Tasted great too! What a great experience and Ill make a point of stopping here again when I have the opportunity. Thanks guys.

The closing crew on Saturday Feb 27th was horrible! Rushed us out of the restaurant after just receiving our bowls. Bowls weren’t that good,super sour an wasn’t really worth all the hype!

I will take this review down when you clean up your bathroom and get a new toilet seat. Not a good look during Covid. And definitely scary that you can’t see where the issue is

Seriously am in love with this place so much! I literally come here every single day after my workout. The protein shakes & bowls are amazing -- staff and owners are also so nice. The place also has large windows, so its super open, lots of light. 10/10 recommend

My first time coming here and the drink was good, however when we went in we were looking at the menu for a solid 30 min before we ordered, we had ring a bell (because no one was in the front) and we ordered a green dink and she just pointed us to the fidge and we were so confused and when we look in the fridge like none of the drinks matched the ones on the menus, we asked if they are the same as the ones in the menu she said yes so we just grabbed a random one and left. We got the green colada it was really good, but like i said service was meh.

Every time I have been to ivy their staff is very friendly and always willing to answer any of my questions I have about their yummy juices and açaí bowls! I haven’t found something there that I don’t like! They are very delicious and healthy! I feel like that is sometimes a hard combo to get both yummy and healthy so great job ivy you are amazing!

Excellent shakes and bowls. My go to is Rock That Road with Almond milk. One of the best post workout shakes around. And next door to Vasa. Couldn’t be more convenient. Love this place. Highly recommend.

Ivie s Juice bar was trendy with amazing fresh fruits for my smoothie.Its in the uptown area of Provo Utah.Im a fan of the fresh ginger, mint and all the amazing green machine smoothie.I love juice bars... this was a great experience!The manager and staff was super nice and friendly.I will return.

Went here for the first time today and I thought it was great! I got the Greenie Smoothie and got coconut milk instead of the orange juice, it was yummy and not overly sweet which I liked. Love healthy food places, I will definitely be coming here again!

I have a great experience every time I come here, the staff is always super friendly and I love bringing friends and family in. I’ve tried a few other açaí places and the açaí bowls at Ivie are hands down the best inside and outside of Utah in my opinion. I usually always get a 16oz or 24oz Beach Babe Bowl and would highly recommend it if you’re unsure of what to get! If you want something healthy that also tastes good this is the place for you and aside from that all of their locations have a great aesthetic and they’re always super clean.

I did not think I would ever have to put a bad review here. Today when I went in the girl with long blonde hair took forever to make my drink and then I left and I noticed that there was still chunks of ice in my drink chunks of fruit in my drink and it tasted super sour. I am disappointed and not to mention every time I go there the girls aren’t even dressed appropriate half of the time and they always flirt with the guys in line and I always have to wait longer because of it.

Their Brazil açaí bowl is good... or at least I thought it was good the first time. other times it has been soupy and flavorless. Same goes for the rock that road protein shake. The first time I had it, it was good, the next time it was iced, tasteless and not blended well. I liked this place but it is not consistent so I will be going elsewhere.

The issue I have is with the unethical practices that Ivies has in charging credit card fees on debit card purchases. Not only do they charge the fees back to the customer, they fail to disclose this fact before charging the customer, which is illegal.The federal law states that not only must this practice be clearly disclosed, they must also itemize the charge on the receipt, neither of which they currently do. Also, the law only allows for Credit Cards (not Debit Cards - even if run as credit) to be charged the fee, which Ive only used a Debit Card and still been charged.It is sad that any business would have the practice to pass on fees to the customer. Its the cost of doing business. its your cost not mine, raise your prices if you must.EDIT: Our Debit Card was taken over the phone. I was told the amount of $125.79 before asking for the card number by Alexis. The actual charge was $129.66.In Response to the Owner: Your small Muli-Million Dollar family business lacks any kind of personal touch or customer service. Maybe you are the lowest price around, but Im guessing you can only say that because you charge the extra fees that arent taken into consideration when you make that claim. Your employees are not properly trained on your policies as non of them could explain the issue other than the machine just does that. As to your claim of Plenty of companies say cash... I havent carried cash in years and have yet to find a place that wouldnt take my card. With thousands of CC transactions Ive made over the last couple years, Ivies is the first company Ive run across that does this.

The food has always tasted great. 4 stars for two reasons:1. Its a little pricey2. The service can be slow at times. One time I went and there were 11 people waiting for their orders to be made because there was only one employee. The bowls and smoothies take a while to make and it can result in long wait times.

Ive been here a few times already and love it. The acai bowls are divine. The Poison is especially tasty for any chocolate lovers! I cant get enough of it. Sometimes I have a hard time getting a hold of an employee when I try to call in, but when I go in, the staff is super friendly.

Waited 20 min for 2 acai bowls, paid extra for mini chocolate chips and didnt get them, they asked if wed like lids to go and then didnt give us lids anyway, really regret tipping them.

I love the flavors but lately they have done a horrible job at making their bowls. I have been getting full ice cubes the last few times I’ve gone. They aren’t cheap bowls, you are paying for the quality. Unfortunately, the last three times I’ve gone the quality hasn’t been there.

Two words. Acai bowls... the Brazil is my favorite. But honestly everyone I have had has been delicious. My favorite place for bowls out of every place Ive tried in state and out

The drinks/food just arent /isnt as good as the one in provo. I got the rock that road and the ratio seemed a bit off and it just wasnt made the same way. Same experience with one of the acaii bowls. Not bad, just not as good as the original location.

I went there to get a Brazilian açaí bowl, and for that I give 5 stars. To my Brazilian friends all I have to say is, it is NOT that same taste as pure açaí, bought in Brazil that we know so well specially if youre from North of brazil aka Amazonas, Acre, or Rondônia. But if you live here you know youre not going to get that pure açaí!! So be happy with that, Im happy with what they have to offer and I love it! Go try for yourself 😉
