I went to buy some product, and I was told about a membership deal of $99. I simply said no thank you! maybe next time. The guys who had explain, was upset or seem to be because I didnt want to get their membership! Maybe Ill go a different GNC next time.

Ive been there two times. Both times, I had awful customer service. Same middle-aged man was working there both times. He had no respect for customer..I dont think he really cares about the business the way he treats customers. Im definitely not going back.

Customer service was awesome, they were helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Usually go to a different location but whenever I am at the mall I will just go here and its always been great!

The lady that was helping me did a great job at explaining the options I had. I give 1 star because she seemed to be upset when I chose a different product than the one she was very adamant about selling

Whatever you do, dont just walk in and buy only a protein bar. These guys get so much pressure from the drop to drive sales on GNCs overpriced junk. Just get your supps on Amazon
