I love how nice they were! They took the time to teach us how to put up a tent! There tents are amazing! They so so kind! Totally recommend! If you need any camping things go to them, they do a great job!

Verry helpful and friendly.Charged me for two days though ($80) because I picked up my equipment on Friday evening for a Saturday run. The reason? Theoretically I could hit the slopes Friday night. I promised them I only needed it Saturday but they told me Id need to pick it up Saturday to save the cost. Really cool!Problem is, theyre on the south end of Orem and open later than I hit the trail. Do you guys even know how early explorers get started? Cmon guys. So I just opted to pay the extra day.Better customer service in this area please.

Brought my bike in with flat tires. They werent pumping up and I couldnt identify why. The staff identified it quickly and I was out the door in 15 minutes! Great shop all around!

I got charged an additional amount that was more than the cost of the rental because they found some damage on a snowboard, which is fine, but they do not offer equipment insurance. It sucks to do everything you can to take good care of equipment and then get charged more than double your rental. If the stuff is that delicate you gotta offer equipment insurance

Rock wall is the most affordable.... Also, they do a great jobs of planning trips, hikes, activities, etc. They are awesome at advertising the stuff they are doing on social. Its definitely a lot better than BYUs it seems. Prices are pretty similar.

Rent gear for a day or weekend for cheap, offers trips for students and outsiders alike! Great staff, fun trips! Some are free, some are overnight and cost money. All of the trips at the Outdoor Adventure Center operate at-cost meaning, the establishment doesnt make any money on the trips, just enough to cover expenses.

Awesome place and awesome staff! They have good products that can be rented for everyone at a really good price. They also organize trips that are free or almost free!

This is a hidden gem of the Utah Valley! You can get high-quality rentals for very reasonable prices. The equipment we rented had been scheduled for use for someone else the next day and the staff offered to come pick it up from our house in Lehi so it could be ready for the next customers. Can’t wait for the next time we rent from these guys!
