10-20-21 -10am. Opened on time, someone greeted all of us at the door with Good Morning, all workers (all were wearing masks) greeted each individual customer with How may I help you. DAN helped me. He was polite, and professional, with excellent communication skills. I will definitely come HERE with any future Xfinity needs. A+++++++

Brenda said that I had a 12 month contract that I NEVER agreed to. Then, she said well youre 9 months into that contract so you only have 6 months left. Um.....I pointed out her math was wrong since there are only 12 months in a year. I had 3 months left if what she said was accurate. Now, she changed her tune to say oh you have 6 months left on your contract. Im FURIOUS!!!!!! How are you changing your tune and making stuff up? I asked for a manager and she was typing in the system the entire time I waited. I can only guess that she was changing my existing information trying to over Charge. Seriously, thats why EVERYONE HATES COMCAST!!!!!!!!!!Mike the manager tried to make Brendas math work to screw me over and charge me more than I actually owe. This is ridiculous!!!!°

This has been my second visit here of all the xfintity stores..and without a doubt I truly recommend this site. Sadly dont remember the name of the rep who was very knowledgeable very much informed of their products and almost knew why and I was there for. He offered and gave details to all my questions and needs. I highly recommend this site

I would like to let you know that your service rep. - Zeke #7358 has resolved a problem that I have lived with for over a year!Check my records, This problem Came close to having me cancel my Xfinity service. After Zeke determined that the box in my kitchen needed to be replaced with an XG2 box everything began working.He told me he did not know how the error occurred but knew what would resolve the problem.He should be commended for his knowledge in the field and his resolutions should be cataloged in a data base that can be referenced when customers have the same problem that I had!

Staff is rude. Shouldnt be a struggle to have the reps listen to my needs and answer the questions with sincerity. After all I dont have the answers and that is why US customers need to know. Secondly the customer care and the stores need to be on the same page with handing out equipment. I was on the phone with customer care for over an hour and to their own words I should have been able to pick up the equipment needed. To get to the store and was denied. So the stores have their own rules and policies that differ from. Customer service? So now I have to wait for the mail system to deliver what I need. Thanks a lot Xfinity for the unproductive stressful part of my day.

I already had an appointment it was at 6:00 pm and it took 50 mins until the employee call my name. I wanted to get just a new router which needs less than 4 mins. They didn’t consider the appointments. Also. So many people were in the store. I hope if you ask all the people to take appointments before and stay in their cars, when it’s their turn just call him on the phone to walk in to the store.

The salesperson in store was great! I tried cancelling my deceased moms cable by phone. She had no contract at all. Had it for many many yrs. Just basic cable! I have never been given such a hard time! They wouldnt cancel until I emailed them a copy of death certificate & filled out about 5 pages of info & sent it back. I told them I dont have a printer! I can not believe they would not cancel !! So I brought the ancient set top boxes in & told salesperson my mom died & I need to cancel. He did NOT need to see death certificate!! Took about 5 minutes for him to cancel it. I told him Id been trying for 2 months by phone & what they wanted. He said, never call in for customer service!! Said to come directly to store! Wish Id of known from the start! Absolutely ridiculous to go thru especially when your grieving a loved one! I was able to close credit cards, utility bills, etc by phone w/o death certificates etc. Just 1 phone call. Can not believe Xfinity could be this cruel! Again she was not tied into a contact. To boot, I went out & bought an indoor antenna at Best Buy & get way more channels than she ever had w/ basic cable! I wish Id of known sooner. She wouldve had more to watch for yrs b4 her death & wouldve saved her nearly $40/month.

If you want to be taken care of go see Gabriela!! She is awesome and knows her stuff! She was so patient and helped me get the services that best suits my family household needs. I’m so in love with the voice remotes she recommended since I’m new to Comcast channel numbers. Wish I would’ve made the switch sooner. It is pretty busy at the location so make an appointment and you’ll be fine.

The woman exchanged my cable box that wasnt working for a new one. I asked if it was the same and she said yes. Well it wouldnt connect to my system which I was with no cable for a few days till they showed up and said it was an older box which wont work for me. They need better training.

Came here on a Tuesday morning to drop off/pick up a modem. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Got here a couple minutes before they opened the doors so I didn’t have to wait, but I imagine it would be a long wait if you came during peak hours. The lady that helped me was efficient and didn’t try to upsell me anything, just took my old modem and gave me a new one. Overall a better experience than I planned for. Parking was okay because I was here early in the morning but there were limited spots in front of store.

For once, I didnt have to wait long for service. They still need to work on their pricing. The costs of my box and fees went up when theres no difference in the service Im receiving. Having to ask for a credit because there wasnt service during the Polar Vortex is asinine.

Going into the store is always a good experience for me. The last time I was there I was returning all of my equipment and leaving Comcast, sadly. I had Comcast for 11 years and finally couldnt pay the high prices anymore. I wouldve stayed, or would return to their services in the future if they could adapt to a personalized bundle/package plan. I never watched all of the two hundred something channels that I had, but if I wouldve went to a lesser package I wouldve lost at least a couple of the channels that my family did watch regularly. They should have consultants sit down over the phone or in store and figure out customized packages with customers. That would bring me back to Comcasts wonderful service & customer service really quick.

Last night I visited the Xfinity store after calling and being told the could not help me over the phone. That was discouraging, however, I went into the store. At 7:30 pm on a wednesday, there was no line and someone helped me right away. They figured out why the phone tech couldnt help me, and said the system would update, and I could come back or call in the following day to finish re-packaging my cable service. They gave me a job number and said when I contact them again, they will upgrade my service and reduce my monthly fee by $40.00. I give them 4 stars because they could not take care of everything right then, and are making me do more work to re-package my cable.

I visited this store today and was met with amazing professional service. The waiting time at best was minimal and my visit was on a Saturday morning around mid day. After reading the posted reviews even though I live south, I made the decision to visit this location rather than drive to the north side with its traffic and parking problems. Glad I did! Spoke with the manager and complimented him on such a smooth operation. Delores took care of our needs, answered questions and is a stellar professional.

Comcast is a price gouger. We signed up with the idea that our bill would not change for a year and within three months they charged us more than promised. You need a minimum of 45 minutes on the phone to fix this problem. Lastly, on average we need to call once a week due to no cable signal. Each of these calls is minimum of 10 minutes with a 20 minute resolution time after hanging up. Each time we call about this issue the recording always mentions that there are errors in the cable box. The ONLY reason we keep this service is to keep the price of internet service as low as possible.

Only one good thing. The personnel are friendly and helpful.The setup of the store is bad. First, they need one dedicated person or area just for returns. The first time I went to this store I was simply returning a router and tv box - I waited over an hour for a two minute transaction. The second time I was there I saw two separate customers wait at least an hour for a 30 second return. One person could have completed these transactions and spare so much time for a lot of people.They also need more chairs (and more comfortable chairs) since all you do is go in and wait. I was sitting in one of three chairs by a desk and was told I would have to get up bc the representative needed the chairs to take care of one person. I took the chair and walked away.Now the staff are very friendly and helpful. Once you are FINALLY seen by one of the employees they answer every one of your questions with patience (almost too much patience for some of the customers) and are very informative. They go over every option and are clear on all the details.I plan on getting phones through this store and I am hoping an appointment will help with the wait time.

Helpful staff, but understaffed. Ive been there during different times of the day. Ive tried going on different days. I always wait no matter what. When you finally do get someone they are very willing to help. I do like that. I like the comcast face to face a lot better than their awful phone customer service with Brian that you cant understand and have to explain and re-explain 10 times over.Get in the car and go there. Its quicker than the one and a half hour phone call.

The Apple Store concept might be good for some situations, but Comcast’s execution of it is a total fail. They need to have representatives available to handle the customer volume. The idea of scheduling an appointment to bring back a cable box for which I am being charged that was erroneously sent to me doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. Between phone calls and timed-out store visits, I am a little over three hours of my own time into this without a resolution. Somehow my bill keeps getting bigger. I am used to charging clients for my time.

Xfinity internet is over priced for the quality of service. Non stop signal dropping, internet download speed and upload speed fluctuations constantly. I have tried to to speak to multiple reps but sat on the phone waiting hours.

My experience with Xfinity is that all they are concerned with is how to make more money. They will suck you dry! The customer service is the worst of any business line! I was trying to call the mobile store and I get the automated system telling me about my cable bill balance! My internet service is fair at best, very slow. Looking for service alternatives. Cable, internet, home phone, cell phone, home security...they didnt even offer me a discount for all of the services I have...unsatisfied *person. ( I cant even classify myself as their *Customer)

Such a bad experience here. I didnt mind the wait, which was excessive, but what I did mind was the attitude on my salesman, Brian. I wont bore you all with the details, but he made a mistake, after I repeatedly told him he was making a mistake, with some cable boxes I was returning. He was so cocky and acted like I was an irritant. They are very busy at this location and he was probably stressed, but thats not my fault. He finally realized his mistake and got nicer - which I cant stand when people do - just be nice to begin with! I will find myself another Xfinity dealer for sure!

What a total waste of my time. I saw a commercial for xfinity wireless, so decided to give it a try. Tried calling them - they have no phone - you have to call Comcast customer service. Yea - phone menu hell. Could not get anyone. So I went to online chat. Logged in, chatted. Gave them my account number, details, etc. Asked if this can be used with my business account Sure! Up to 5 lines!Great. The phones I wanted were out of stock online - the rep said but Im sure the store will have them in stock. So I drove 45 minutes to the closest store. No, we wont give you wireless service with a business account. And she chuckled. I explained that I was told they did. So they asked another employee (7 employees. All just wandering around.) No, we cant do that. Chuckle. I dont gets what is so funny. Then the kicker - Anyway, even is we could, we cant right now. Our internet is down. Seriously.Then I asked why theres no direct line to call them. So we can help customers and not have to answer phones! Yea, just like they helped me.
