The staff is amazing! Went in last week and this worker Aaron or Eren (idk how he spelt it) helped me find clothes in my style and price range!

Went here for the first time and I love it! So much fun stuff. Lots of t-shirts and accessories from my favorite 90s shows and a portion of every purchase goes to feed the hungry. Whats not the love? Definitely going back.

Apparently there is a new store policy starting on January 8. If you return an item and you received the $15 coupons that went along with it YOU HAVE TO RETURN AS WELL. Otherwise they will reduce the $15 ON YOUR RETURN. So spend $30 and want to return it they will reduce $-15.00 ( if you dont have the coupon) or exchange it. I have never had this problem with any store that gives these type of coupons. I will not be returning to this store.

This place had a nice variety of themed merchandise, and the day I went there was a deal, so I ended up saving money on my purchases. I will definitely come back. (Plus they donate to charities for food!)

Im giving it 1 star simply because employees of the store and even management is VERY unprofessional when it comes to the companys policies. Most of the time they will come up or make up their own policies on the spot on why things are the way they are. Ive called customer service a couple times already to clarify if what I was told in store was true and the respond I always get is NO, WEVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT POLICY BEFORE.

No one helped me. At register Mario was more concerned about message on his phone than ringing me up. Good help is hard to find these days.

They have the coolest stuff there! From products and clothing from newer pop culture to things that brought me back to when I was a kid. Think I might have to go back and grab that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder Cheese Shredder!

Great store with lots of great shirts, toys, and other pop culture paraphernalia. The employee was super nice and super friendly letting me know about the specials they had going on and the fact that for every $10 spent, BoxLunch provides a meal for a local person in need.

You can always find something nice here. The prices arent always the most competitive, but between the charity work the company does and their occasional deals its well worth it in my eyes.

Wasnt going to bother with a review. But it has been a couple days and Im still thinking about how rude the girl at the counter was. I was shopping with my 13 year old niece for her birthday gift and the girl at the counter really made the experience awkward. Too the extent of my niece feeling guilty about her gift (cool Flash shirt). It was a good teaching moment for me to my little niece but as a daughter of a successful business man, I would not have that girl working the front counter anymore. Its bad for business. Im going to avoid the Orland location. Ill provide a description of the girl because I didnt catch her name. Her hair was dark black and her had drawn in black eyebrows. Shes wore black and she had tattoos on her fingers. Hope this helps identify her to management.

This store is just awesome if youre into any type of pop culture! They have some awesome knick-knacks and super great options for interesting clothing. Prices can be a little on the higher side BUT they always have great specials running and the clearance section is full of great options.

I love this store. Its like a Disney store for adults. They have so many disney characters and 90s TV characters that are super hard to find these days. I did all my shopping for my disney and universal trip here

Cant remember the girls name but was greeted the minute we walked in. Very nice store and they had exactly what we were looking for. If your looking for Funko Pops this is your spot. Will shop again because we love what the store stands for. Every 10 bucks spent feeds 1 person which os awesome. Will be back very soon. Make sure you sign up with them too. That also feeds an additional person. 😁😁😁

These guys are scammers, when I go to checkout they demanded a whole bunch of personal information, like an email address, my name, birthday, etc. Was more than a little weird so I just made stuff up, except for the email. Sure enough as soon as I got home Im flooded with Spam emails from them and from other places. thank God I didnt actually give them any real information!
