The dressing room was a mess and when me and my friends went to check out, an employee told me and my friends in a passive aggressive tone that next time we need to clean the dressing room. We explained that the mess wasn’t us, it was the people before us and she told us that we should’ve done it anyways. I don’t want to do her job as I don’t work there.

I had a bad experience with one of the workers. She was angry with me for not doing what should have been her job.

I will not be shopping at the pacsun in Orland Park anymore since they do not take returns when their website clearly states that you have up to 30 days to return online items even clearance items. I was told I had to return them by mail and pay the shipping fees because they were ringing up as “unverified”. Young boy didn’t even check all my items he just threw them back in my bag and told me I was basically SOL and it wasn’t their problem. But my sister just went there and they took back all her online returns. Sounds like it’s very unclear and unprofessional and the store should honor returns and what their website explicitly states. The clothes were unworn with tags still in tact. I can’t speak with anyone on the phone. Customer service is a joke and no one can seem to help me so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately now I tell everyone not to shop here, and not just this location, ALL locations. Very disappointing.. Due to covid people should be able to return any and all items since we cannot always try them on in store.

Son loves the clothes... seem a lil pricey... but the quality seems to be good

Every time I visit Orland Square Mall, I do not look forward to going inside the PacSun there. (I go because I really like their selection of merchandise.) There hasnt been one time that I enter the store and get greeted. There has been multiple times when the store is empty and no one even says hello, there is always several employees hanging around the register on their phones, or goofing around. I dread having to ask for help here because there customer service is horrible, its like you are bothering them or asking for a huge favor when asking for help. Ive experienced transactions when employees dont say a single word and just scan the item(s) and take my payment. The last time I was there was yesterday around 2:00 p.m. and my experience was horrible.

Awfullll “manager” rude, unprofessional, not helpful, messy fitting rooms along with the store. Dread going to this location. All I have to see is good thing PacSun has an online site.

I give it 4 stars my son loves coming here i think the manager at pacsun in orlandmall in Orland park il is very rude not customer friendly at all very disappointed but they do got some nice clothes but be careful they will get you on the buy one get once free things the have signs up on the jeans but theyre not ..

I visited this store this past weekend. I heard there were good deals so I went to look around and found the store to be extremely messy. When I was looking through the sale rack in the back I saw two sales associates goofing off and throwing clothes around as if they were hanging out and not working. Very unprofessional.

High prices bit fun store

Very uninviting! I walked into the store around 1130 and was the only in the store. I was greeted by a scowl and several weird dirty looks by a young white female folding clothes at the register. I walked past her and she frowned as if I did something wrong. Besides feeling unwelcomed, I went to check out and the young black guy just held his hand out to take the shirt i was buying. That was my first silent purchase from a store. The guy never said a word and just rang up my items. Im not sure if these people were having a rough morning but customer service sucked. Great selection of clothes otherwise.....

This Pacsun is horrible- which is a shame because I like Pacsun stores. The employees walk around with a an angry demeanor. They wont greet you when you enter their store. I mean, at least smile or smirk my way and make me feel somewhat welcome. Theres usually about five employees at one time which is enough to help their customers and be successful, but theyre all huddled in the middle of the store, by the registers, drinking their sodas and on their phones. I hate needing help because I always get the impression that Im bothering them by asking for assistance. Pacsun needs to look at this store and reevaluate the team. Ive shopped here a lot and Ive NEVER had a good or welcoming experience.

I went into Pacsun with my husband today 01/17/2020. Not one of the employees acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. They just talked to one another behind the register. Super unprofessional!!!!!!!

Worst experience. It was busy Sunday and a girl was helping in the fitting room. She was cussing that no one else was helping her clean out the clothes and just a bad attitude.
