Been going to this Hot Topic for ages. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Their store capacity is small, but they do their absolute best to get you in the store as fast as they can. The store is also very clean and organized, so I feel very comfortable shopping here.

Its really nice, and all the staff are nice. An di personally always have great experience. The only thing is that on the website it still shows girls and guys clothing labels which is a little awkward

Love this place used to go to the Woodfield location since it was close to my home they are extremely rude. But since I moved to Orland Park this Location has the best employees always kind

Was treated rudely by an employee who interrupting my conversation about mystery box with my friend, because he thought I was talking badly about Hot Topic. This is what happens when you eavesdrop on your customers and have no idea what you are talking about. I was in no way talking to him or about the store. I left with out buying anything and will not be coming back.

Absolutely horrible. I had my mask on but didnt cover my nose because it was hot in the store and i couldnt breath and so the hand me down rainbow bright approached me and told me to put my mask over my nose while in the store.. I look around and 3 others wore theirs the same way. So at that point I drop my 3 items on a shelf and tell my child lets go. We go to the register and the guy tells us to pay outside at the kiosk wth.. She took my cc and did not have gloves on and she handed me back my card again with no gloves. What a joke. Some rules apply and some dont. Wont be back. NEVER AGAIN

One of my favorite shops I absolutely love going into the store and the staff is great at keeping clients safe from COVID-19.

The staffers there were incredibly friendly, conversational and knowledgeable on any products I asked about. Kara was greeted myself and others as we walked in notifying us of the ongoing deals, and Josh on the register was also friendly as well as helpful. Overall a great experience at the Hot Topic in Orland Park!

I wish they had a bigger location, very hard to move around inside store. Otherwise the employees are always friendly!

Extremely limited inventory. Too long of a line to get in and even to check out. Go online instead.

Love this store

Love this store. Has all the novelty jewelry I love and themed clothes, toys, collectibles. Etc. I have sons, 19 and 9 and we all find things we want every visit.

Very friendly faces that greet you upon entry and will make your day bright. However, the stock has been going a little downhill. They used to have very nice and interesting outfits/dresses in stock on the walls but now they encourage online sales for those. (Havent had good outfits for around maybe a year?) And dont get me wrong, their online store has lots of stock, but it is quite difficult to see EVERYTHING they offer and know if it will fit or not. Its like playing a guessing game when it comes to the clothing. So for a little while longer now, until their stock begins to change again, I will be taking Hot Topic out of my shopping visit list. Hopefully they can get a newer type of stock soon!

The store need to bring back more gith/dark stuff instead of all the cute pastel colorful stuff.

Purchased a bookbag and some accessories for my son on 8/2 in the evening. The two young ladies working there were so helpful and sweet. There were multiple sales going on that overlapped and they helped us decide which combos would get us the best deal!

Im emo trash, so it makes sense that this store would have what I want/need. But in all seriousness the employees are super helpful and overall very fun and nice people. Store can feel a little cramped to move in but Im a big guy so I think thats more my fault if anything.

Super nice and checked in the back to see if they mad more of an item in my size, split up the order so me and my sister could get a sale and split it so we could run 2 cards. Great friendly customer service and nice clean store, have loved coming here since I was in middle school, hope they can stay in the mall.

It has everything for style and for all your hip needs but... its kinda small. I buy most of my shirts here and I have to say they are amazing

My Kids Love This Store For Some Reason Or Another. And Its Not Cheap

This store is taking advantage of kids. The quality is poor. They have to have all these confusing promotions to sell their crap. Then when a shirt shrinks 2 sizes after 1 washing. They wont give you a refund 3 weeks later.If you like your money stay away from this store.

This store was pretty terrible. Maybe the staff was having a bad day or something. But when we walked in we were not greeted or helped at all. They barely looked our way. Music is cool in a store but you shouldnt have to talk over it to get some help. Just ended up walking out. We can definitely spend our money somewhere else.

I love hot topic, but the employees were grouchy as heck, the place was a mess - literally nothing was separated how it normally is in hot topics, everything was just shoved on top of each other. Not at all easy to shop at.

They dont send an image proof when you provide art of give tips on colors you should use based on the design you provide. I had a much experience at strange cargo

This is a great establishment for obtaining Five Nights at Freddys Pop Funkos. The worker Michael has helped me on numerous of occasions with obtaining the Pop Funkos; Michael has helped me acquire both Foxy the Pirate and the Golden Freddy Pop Funko. I remember the day that he helped me; I remember the smile on his face when I made my purchase and the gleam in his eye when I completed my transaction. I will never forget Michael for he is my spirit animal.

I love this place, whether its the Orland Park location or the Chicago Ridge location. Their music is off the hook.

Ill start off by saying I used to be a huge fan of Hot Topic, and their service was quite.. Different. The employees fit the scene and now that theyve updated their staff I feel like their store is much better. Alright quality og their clothes/accessories. There isnt much to say, but dont get rid of the staff, and definetely their personalities. Keepin it classy I see!
