Their drive-up service is amazing compared to other stores! Within two hours, your order will be ready. A majority of the time, they have all the items in stock that you ordered. Sometimes if an item says only 1 left, they may not have it. If you let them know when you are on your way, you won’t have to wait very long for them to come out with the groceries. It is truly a contactless service and very quick and efficient. I don’t like shopping around a store all the time and when I just need a couple of items, this is a great alternative and saves me a lot of time! You can also go in to pick up your items even if you originally chose drive-up. I hope they will continue to provide this service in the future!

Called early in the week and was told item was not available and to come in on Thursday. Called 4 times on Thursday when store opened and no one answered. Decided to take my chances and made a 30 minute drive to store. Stopped at service desk to find out if item was in store and was told it was.Walked all the way to grocery department and shelf was empty. There was no one in department to ask for help so I ended up standing at employee exit until someone came out. I was told item was in back. Customer service in this store is severely lacking. I am a senior citizen and to have to go through all this to get an advertised item is ridiculous

I purchased an item 2 months ago and the it was priced higher than what was on the shelf. I took a photo and was charged the correct price. I notified the front desk and was told that would be taken care of. I go back today to purchase the same item and it still was incorrect. Thank goodness I took a photo with my camera. I should not have to be policing to see if I am being charged correctly, that is your job to make sure your customers are getting the price that is listed on the shelf. Also with this visit the Colgate toothpaste was incorrectly priced and I took a photo of that. How many people are you scamming when they do not check their receipts? SHAME ON YOU!!!

I work in the area so it was convenient for me to pick up something. However, this target had nothing I was liking for. The products seem to be limited. The only upside was the store was nice and clean and the Starbucks had products in stock.

Black Friday review: most times, I wouldnt hesitate to give almost any Target location five stars. But there was just something missing from this location, I found. Nothing against the staff, and of course, Black Friday isnt your normal customer service day. But there just seemed to be a bit lacking with respect to friendliness, warm greetings, etc. that one typically experiences with Target. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could - they just werent perfect on this day, is all.

Ordered something online for delivery to the Orland location. Got the “ready for pick up” notification 1-2 days before I could go in and get my five items. Finally went in to retrieve and while I was waiting for the employee to get it, I get a notification the order got canceled. This after I got an email saying it’s IN TRANSIT and READY FOR PICK UP.Mistakes can be made, and they claim to be doing some sort behind the scenes remodel, but what really set me off is that now the item is showing IN STOCK at this store. So they felt the need to cancel my order only to put my stuff on the shelf for others to buy?! Utterly and completely ridiculous and shoddy lack of responsibility or care for what should have been a simple online order retrieval.

The employees at curbside pick up were EXCELLENT!! I did not originally order for curbside, but when I pulled up, she called inside the store for me to have them bring out my order. It was an extremely hot and humid day, she was sitting outside and still did her job with a smile. EXCELLENT!!!!

This morning there were no registers open. Only the self checkout. I do not work for Target. Customer service seems like a thing of the past. I purchased a new electric toothbrush, little did I know the serial number bar code was damaged and unreadable, Two associates standing there, the very nice lady overseeing the checkout, and another doing curbside pickup. The lady doing curbside asked if there were anymore over there, I said yes, She told me to go get another one. Unfortunately it was somewhat of a necessity. So I went and got a different one. I spent $238.37 in your store. This will be my last. THIS IS WHY WE USE AMAZON!

Love the drive-up service

I LOVE efficiency! That being said Target has their BOPIS act together in an impressive way! I opened the app to indicate I was on my way to pick up my order, and I shared my location. I was barely pulling into a pick-up spot and the delightful young lady who took care of me was more than halfway to my car. She confirmed my order and I was done in fewer than 60 seconds. PHENOMENAL job Target-well done really!!

I had a very pleasant visit to this Target, I needed to buy some appliances for my new apartment and team memeber Moe was super helpful. Walked through store for about an hour, passed at least 10 employees including a manager, not one greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. At every target I have been in they have been friendly and inviting. It felt very alienating, the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a target store. Manager needs to work on their attitudes with employees. I don’t expect to have people fall at my feet, but even with eye contact from a manager not even a hello. Wow Orland, stuck up!!

Yesterday I was in the Orland Park Target. I had the greatest experience as I headed to checkout with my cart full of goodies and essentials. A young lady named Cozetta brightened my day with her positive, helpful, amazing spirit. She is refreshing and her customer service attitude is like something I’ve never encountered before. I asked her what her opinion was on a pair of boots in my cart and that turned into her not only answering me with total enthusiasm but her educating me on the Target circle and more. She made me feel valued as a customer and I totally appreciate. She is someone everyone should know. Thank you Cozetta for being phenomenal.

Friendliness and the cleanliness of the store

Do NOT SHOP HERE! A robber hacked my wifes target account and stole her Target Gift Cards. They used it to purchase over $130 of items at this Target. They stole almost $90 from her and her Target account. Then they had the audacity to use their own American Express credit card to complete the entire purchase. I know because their order shows up on my wifes Target Order History. They made this purchase In-Store at this Target. They used her Gift Card along with their own credit card. Whats worse is that even with this evidence of the credit card used, Target will not do anything. They say nothing suspicious happened on her account. How is that possible??! I have evidence that her Target account and Target giftcards were hacked, and I have proof of the credit card used to fully complete the purchase. I told all of this to Target customer service, assuming that with that knowledge, it would be enough to prove that we did not make the purchase since the credit card clearly did not belong to me, yet they say nothing suspicious happened. Now we am out $90 and will never be shopping at Target again.Please everyone, stay away from this specific store because this is where the robber went shopping after hacking my account! Stay safe and avoid Target in general because their customer service will not stand by their word! Their customer service agents on the phone (both supervisor and agent) gave me so much attitude, accused me of lying/stealing, and then hung up on me!If you google around, you will see this is a common thread with Target. They are not to be trusted! Stay away please everyone!

On 8/15/2020 I went to target to purchase a crib and mattress!I was lucky enough to catch one of the store managers (Will ) who exceed all expectations of customer service! Not only did he take his time adding a crib to a registry, he was also able to price match it for us and get us a discount!Patiently he got us exactly what we were looking for, got us a free baby bag full of samples & had someone help us out to our car within 30 mins or less!I highly recommend coming here for baby gear, and if you want to be treated with excellent customer service! Had went to 3 stores before this! Thank you again Will!

A favorite target of mine. it just has a good feel to it. The clientele seems to be a Little better in general appearance. I know that sounds shallow. That stuff matters to some people. It puts you at a better mood to shop. It matches the overall Feel if the store.As fire the store itself beautiful. Clean the whole 9yards.I also noticed that the people who work there don’t seem to be miserable. That’s a huge plus sir any store.Sometimes the lines get a little long. That’s all stores right now. They usual have a decent amount of checkout lines opens.Self checkout is fast and easy to use. I wish they had an express line for the resistor checkout you know one of the old fashion 10 items or less deals. That would be convenient.All in all great store

I liked that everyone was required to wear masks when entering the store. I liked that everything was being disinfected as well. I went to stores in Indiana and they were not taking the same precautions and I felt at risk. I did not feel at risk at the Orland Park location.

I have found a HUGE reason not to ever buy anything from the Starbucks here in the Target on La Grange. I dont care if hes able to wash his hands inside the Starbucks itself, but to see the barista use the washroom and then leave without washing his hands is horrible. No one in the industry of serving food products should EVER leave a washroom without washing their hands. This is one Starbucks Ill NEVER spend my money at. Wish I could do a 0* rating.

Target team member, Shaun was so helpful and friendly. I couldnt find items and he was able to help me. In addition, he searched the stock room to locate (4) six packs of Fiji water-he even put them in a box for me so I wouldnt have to load up the packs individually. There was no directions with how to pick up my order. I ordered online to avoid going to the store with my new baby but when I pulled up I was told I needed to come inside anyway.

I encountered 3 employees who were very helpful. One was the cashier who took care of me and the other 2 helped me find what I needed.

This is the best of online shopping and instant gratification of being able to have the product in your hand in two hours or less.No waiting in holiday lines or trying to find parking, you dont even need to leave your car this is the best in rainy or snowy weather or if you have little kids.

This Target is NOT worth shopping at! I had about $90 on my Target account because of Target giftcards. However, I was hacked/robbed and the thief used my giftcards at THIS TARGET! They even used their own American Express credit card to complete the entire purchase. I have this information because their in-store purchase showed up on my Target Order History. I thought with this information, and the credit card number of the thief, Target would clearly see that I did not make this purchase. Yet they say nothing suspicious happened on my account and will not reimburse me my stolen gift card money! Target is aiding this robber who shopped at this Target location. There are thiefs and robbers walking around this Target store! Stay away!

What a day at Target today. They used to be a pretty good store for many years, but the downward slide has been gradual. I got an email the other day saying how theyre careful to keep the store clean and sanitized, etc. So today I go to try to pickup some essentials and upon arrival noticed there were no cart wipes by the door. Nobody ever bothers to replenish as usual. So after navigating the half empty store I ended up paying $4.00 for a gallon of milk and mentioned this to the teenage cashier who said nothing but have me a dirty look and attitude. This store is getting more like Walmart everyday and thats not good.

I love the convenience of getting stuff that I need on days that are rough for me and I’m not feeling well or I have both my young kids with which is a real struggle to shop with most times.

It was apparent from my visit Saturday that the Orland Target is not following the Corona guidelines by not enforcing the patron use of face masks. Menard does and has them available near the entry for a dollar.Poor public health management in a grocery store.

Although it is the holiday season, this is by far the best target store in my area. They have a bigger selection and it is clean and the employees are there when you need to ask a question.

Clean store and pleasant shopping experiences, however, Target is not very good about always having their sale prices and promos updated on their registers. There have been several occasions where I purchased items on sale or with a promo and the sale or promo was not reflected when I was checking out. After the cashier verified the sale/promo, I was able to get the sale/promo but it shouldnt be so difficult.

The associates do not like to help and this is the only target that the shelves are barely stocked. You talk to management about issues that occur and they brush it off. It only gets a three for convenient location, but attitudes and friendliness needs to change.

I personally love target, and Im constantly going there. Their employees are friendly, and they offer a good selection of products. Ive been going for years. Its definitely worth it.

Went there at 10:30 am on Tuesday and the new DVD/Blu-rays werent even out yet. Also, the place was extremely dirty and a lot of workers were just standing around doing nothing. When I asked one of them for the Blu-ray they told me that they have the DVD, but its still in the box in the back. Unbelievable!

Fast & accurate service, so convenient especially since i just had a baby & have a toddler.. i order what i need & never have to take them into the store.

Purchased three items which were advertised, Buy 3, receive $5 Target Gift Card. The items did not ring up as such to receive gift card. The cashier went to check the price and gave me the option of $5.00 off order or $5.00 Target Card. It was nice to get that option.

Quick and easy service. My order was assembled right away in the morning and I received a prompt email letting me know my order was ready. Employee interaction was meh, she just didnt seem happy and it was first thing in the morning. I mean I totally understand the trials of working retail and its Monday... But to my fellow retail robins hang in there. Put that smile on and roll with it. The people that ruin your day dont matter focus on those that brighten your day.

The stores redesign at times makes it more difficult to find what Im looking for, and not everything has been in stock, likely because of the disruption. Hopefully, by the time its done (again, hopefully before the holidays?), its as nice as the new Tinley Park store.

Wife Purchased water proof boots Tuesday @9am so they said 2hrs to process online orders, its now 6pm and order hasnt been processed. Called store Customer service said its still not ready. WOW REALLY FOR A PAIR OF BOOTS!!!!WILL NEVER SHOP TARGET AGAIN!!!
