Pretty good location, the line is always insanely long and wait times vary. Most of the time they get my drink perfect

This location is usually the best one in Orland. Despite being always busy the baristas always turn your order around quickly. I always order ahead and pick up in store, but recently when I arrived the cafe was completely closed, doors locked, drive through only. I understand closing the cafe sitting area due to covid, but when you are offering in store pick up online/app, having the doors locked is unacceptable. What was supposed to be an in and out 5 minute trip turned into a 20 minutes because I had to wait in the long drive through line. By the time I got through the ice in my coffee was melted and I ended up dumping out my drink. This location has a history of being excellent, this kinda thing needs to be addressed.

Normally, this store provides great service. Waiting in line isnt too bad, but sometimes it gets packed during busy hours. The staff members have always been polite, and most of the drinks have been great except for the one I ordered today.I found coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. I thought it was just from the outside of the cup, but after wiping it a few times, it became obvious most of the grounds were in the drink.It didnt change the flavor of my beverage, but it was annoying to have to strain the grounds out multiple times. Whats worse is that I ordered an iced tea. It would make more sense if I ordered an iced coffee that wasnt strained properly, but thats not the case, which proves the employees (or a specific employee) has been careless.You can do better.

Giving it a four because the app said they were sold out of dragon fruit lemonade and would not allow me to make the mobile purchase. But when I order once I get there its available. This has been happening a lot lately. Anyway my Dragon fruit lemonade is awesome, cant get enough of it.

When I want to enjoy coffee I dont only look for a place that makes good coffee, I look for a place I feel comfortable sitting at, a place where a friendly service and good coffee are combined, which is why I love coming to this branch. Not only because its closer to my home, but because of all the qualities I mentioned above. I will continue to call this branch of starbucks my favorite one, and when I go to others due to location or other reasons, I dont feel at home..Visit this branch you wont regret it.

According to the Google this place should be open until 10:30pm, but us NOT!!! They are closed as of 9:30pm.Manager was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me her name or a district manager or corporate office phone number.I dont know who run this circus but definitely this service is unacceptable.

Was at drive through and Thalia the pretty girl with the cool makeup is so sweet she always knows how to treat me every time I’m here. Stuff is always ready to leave the window! Always in a happy mood when I see her! Definite Queen.

The most disgusting starbucks I have ever walked in to. flies and bugs everywhere and the workers look so tired.

I dont know what is going on with this place but wait time is getting longer and longer. It doesnt look like they are short on staff because I see plenty of people working.Ive never seen Starbucks with such slow staff and the cashier was not friendly at all!Probably the last time Im using this location.

Went today for a strawberry refresher. Gave me the wrong size and they literally filled the whole cup with ice! I didnt come here to pay almost $5 for ice!!!!

There is plenty of staff inside but the wait time is so long I stood inside for over 20 minutes waiting for drinks that took 5 minutes to make all together and they were more focussed on cleaning over an hour before closing time then our drink the staff was overall nice when greeting but when they got our drink wrong they sounded annoyed and almost made us pay again then proceeded to make the same thing but instead of blending it they just mixed it and said it was blended .

It is soooo unprofessional to close before the actual closing time and we are in desperate need of coffee,I was once told customer satisfaction is key but i guess not with star bucks at this location!

After an intense workout, I was craving some tea and a pastry, Ooops. So I arrived to the window to be greeted by Bayan and another coworker that were more than nice to me. I had to leave them with a tip for the genuine love. Promote those cashiers to managers asap!

This starbucks has so much potential, the drinks are great but the service is unfriendly and the store is dirty, trash all over the counter and flies everywhere !!

I went here around the holidays to meet up with a friend. We went through the drive through which ended up taking about 30min. For it being around 8pm, I felt like this wait was pretty long. Other than that, I asked the employee for the free coffee deal since I am a healthcare worker and he was very accommodating and nice! The customer service part of the visit was wonderful😊

I waited in line in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. The only thing I ordered was two cake pops and a hot chocolate. Even after I ordered the pulled up to the window still wasnt ready. I dont know if the Starbucks is like this all the time but I will never wait in line like that ever again.

I went to this starbucks while taking a break from shopping and had the best drive-thru experience from any restaurant. Randy was who delivered our food to us and really topped off the experience and made my families day with his excellent customer service skills. Thanks so much Randy!

Very disappointed in this Starbucks. It’s my third day in a row coming as I usually do and they dont have oat milk, and they didn’t mention it until I got to the window where I had to quickly switch my order. Disappointed

Its been some time to be out again. Our dining experience was in a word disappointing, portions were small, food was tepid and service could have been more attentive.

This location is a serious hit or miss 🤮 more-so a miss. The best Orland location Starbucks are inside Target and Jewel. Never nasty/disgusting tasting, and always great customer service at the Starbucks inside Jewel and inside Target. The Starbucks at 143rd Lagrange is ok tasting 80% of the time and has great customer service.

I LOVE this place! I love everything on the menu and the COFFEE omg THE COFFEE- BEST COFFEE EVERRRRRRRRR! Very nice people and super funny! Prices are a little but it’s so worth it.

We ordered online and because of a family matter didnt get there for 35 minutes. The staff was nice enough to remake the coffee and Carmel Apple Spice we had ordered. GREAT service for this store. Strongly recommended.

I ask for little ice & get a cup full of it. They dont even fill the cup, I got a venti & it was literally half full. Almost $5 for a couple of sips..disgraceful. Whats the point of sizes then? To hell with stingy Starbucks. An overpriced & immodest company. Go to mom-n-pops cafes. Two benefits to that: helping small business, and saving money on what is merely a measly beverage.

My cold brew cream foam was terrible, what ever they used for foam disappeared after about 5 minutes. Very disappointing!

I went there yesterday and the lady was complaining about customers. Although the other customer was being rude, you have to deal with that when working a job like this. As another food worker I understand however. But my drink was made wrong again....unfortunate!!

Super friendly service and hot coffee the way it should be

Being a partner I love visiting stores out of my area and this one was really cool. However drink quality wasnt really up to par, asked for extra cold foam and not only didnt get any extra, but it was also flat. Somebody didnt make the sweet cream to recipe and it shows. Mostly friendly but they really should focus on crafting the drinks better because I have made my drink tons of times and this location did not make it right

Good service. Great atmosphere. They had a gentleman filming for what I can only assume was his YouTube, Twitter, etc. page. This was distracting since it was very political. If you can put the squash on that, 5 STARS.

What is this, I never experience this kind of stuff ever. First, they got my both of my drinks wrong. The second time went back to get a different drinks, because they made them incorrectly to us, she says no then gives us a random tall drink, not even the size we ordered and we didn’t even ask for, I’m never coming back to that Starbucks ever. I feel like they should work better on their service, as people are paying for the environment and the drink. Alongside all of this, I think they should be more monitoring the people they train for this specific job, because it can benefit Starbucks and the behavior can get a little better too.

It was good. I just wish that my request for less ice wasnt ignored. I purchased a $5 drink and after scooping out the ice I had 2 inches of liquid left.

Larger restaurant with plenty of seating. Drinks are always made well and promptly. Can be louder during peak times, so if you are looking for a quiet Starbucks, this may not be for you.

My wife loves her cold brew. Always gets me a fancy pants latte. Great place 👍

First.. The cloud series drinks are the best! Thank you.However service at this store was lacking.Ordered in drive through a large hot caramel cloud macchiato. First question was hot or cold. Got to the window and cashier was not friendly. Not much of anything really. Stated price was about all that came out.AND did not get my cloud.. Very disappointing.

Been meaning to drop a word on this location. My only choice for a good coffee and good service in Orland. I could go to the other place that we all run on if I wanted to pay almost the same per oz for burnt coffee. But Id rather go where they know my name, know my order, make it fresh, make it exactly how I want it, and leave me completely satisfied. Props to Andy for her hard work and constant positive attitude.

My friends and I visited this location on March 7 around 8 o’clock pm . Let’s start with the fact when we ordered . They were out of coconut milk that went in one drink and they rain out of berries that were in the other. Then next we can go to the bathroom . It was a mess paper on the floor dirty. Then proceed to the floor mind you there was only two other customers on the store so they weren’t busy not to have it clean. Floor was filthy and paper on the floor. Really I’m not sure what’s going on Starbucks other places are very clean.

I got my order in a short amount of time, and the bathrooms were relatively clean. I do wish that the prices were lower, but I overall really enjoyed it.

Nice place to go and study, or hang out with friends or alone. They have a drive through if youre in a hurry. The staff are really nice, and since its the season for everything pumpkin, dont miss trying their pumpkin bread, really delicious

Terribly cold inside. Their A/C is always too cold. Thus it gets difficult to stay here for long periods of time as you begin shivering. If you can get past the cold, it is a good location with sufficient seating, good barristas. However I will be going to other Starbucks locations as it is difficult for me to handle the cold.

This one is extra-fancy with the nitro cold brew and Clover coffee machine. Kind of a novelty, but also kinda tasty on both counts. Ill be back.

One of the best Starbucks Ive been to. Great spacious layout. Employees are friendly and seem good at remembering the regulars. This location has the Clover coffee machine for those that like the Reserve blends.

Drove here because it was supposed to be open according to google maps around 5pm on a Thursday afternoon, only to be told off when I went inside “uh it’s closed, there’s like signs everywhere”. Went back out the door and saw a paper stuck to the inside of the door that I couldn’t read from the outside because of the glaring sun. I wouldn’t have cared much about them being closed, just don’t yell at me like an idiot when I was oblivious to you guys being closed. Had to tell almost 10 people in the parking lot you guys were closed because they all tried to go in- to save them the trouble. So it’s not just me.

I came to this Starbucks ⭐️ and accidentally spilled my medicine balm tea in my car. I came back and tried ordering a new one but Talia, the cashier at the time gave me another one on the house! Placed my order in Mobile app 5 minutes before I got there went inside and had to wait 30 minutes before I got my drink while people who just ordered got their drinks! Had to wait 30 minutes for a latte and a lemon cake!!

Parking lot and drive thru are both way undersized. I had to wait to exit the drive thru until cars waiting to order moved out of the way. And to make it worse, our orders were terrible.

You pretty much know what your going to get here, but I happen to like it.

Wanted an iced chai latte got a $5glass of ice with a little bit of flavoring after waiting 20 minutes. What a joke.

Honestly the worst Starbucks I have ever been. Maybe Im biased because I spend most of my time in the city where the Starbucks are always on point, but here the wait time is on average about 15 minutes for a drink, they always seem to be training someone new which adds more time and more often than not they are out of something basic/important.

Went through drive through only, line was long and on the slow side. My order was messed up but prompt fixed by a very polite and professional staff member.
