Most or ALL of the Halloween Costumes, had most or all accessories included & if some of the accessories were not included in the Costume Bag, it was easy to find right next to what you are choosing & the accessories were reasonable. Horrible and not much inventory

It your average spirit store. It all the same thing from the past years. But this store was clean and had good customer service.

Tried to take back, my daughters costume, she messed up her leg and is not going to the party they wont take it back, bad for business, she bought it on the 21st, today is only a week later, on the bottom of the it says no refunds after the 22nd, we did not know she would get hurt.. and not be able to go to her party..

For the amount of space that was rented this year in the Orland Park region, they sure didnt stock it very well. There was a bigger selection last year in the former Sports Authority popup. I only took a quick glance around the accesories and adult costume sections, so I cant really review on that. As far as the kid department, there was a very small selection. Half of everything offered was Fortnite themed. The other half was a bare bones collection of the main Disney Princesses and a couple superheroes. There was a random selection of sizes for each costume- three size small Wonder Woman costumes, next to a rack of a mixed bag of medium sized Disney costumes. We specifically went there to put together a Princess Poppy, from Trolls, costume. Its still a very popular movie with children so I thought for sure Id walk in, find my one year olds size, and walk out all set... The only Trolls item was a misplaced Trolls headband. I asked the employees and they already knew that was all they had to offer. The manager was kind enough to look on your website for what we needed. If youre going to put the time and effort into a popup store, there should be plenty to choose from. Kids dont want to see their costume online then have to wait for it; they want to take it home and start getting excited for Halloween!Also, there really should be at least a few carts available. It makes the experience easier for people buying many items, as well as parents with children.

My sister and I went to the store on Sunday at 10:00. On the door and on the website it says it opens at 10:00 on Sundays. However, it was not opened and nobody answered the phone. About 30 people left because they were waiting be open when you say you will! We went to Party City instead!
