Great clean place Ice cream tasted great, I recommend if you get a Sunday and are getting vanilla ice cream you sub for Vanilla soft serve. Milk taste fresh and delicious will be coming back more often

Brownie sunday was the single best ice cream experience I have had in my entire life.Top shelf ice cream, bakery shoppe brownies, chocolate fudge/syrup goop that tasted simple, simply amazing, old-fashioned whipped cream that dissolves in your mouth and candied walnuts served slightly warm and fried in some kind of sweet sugar/butter ambrosiaOh, the humanity!

Update 7-30-21: Spoke with mgr. Problem solved. Thank u!😁🍨😋Placed my order at 2:31pm. More than 10 minutes later, my order still wasnt prepared (check Google review for pic). There were 3-4 ppl making orders. Apparently I had to wait for them to serve every single car in the drive-thru. I also requested butter pecan ice cream instead of vanilla. It was a carryout order & I put it in the freezer once I was home. It wasnt until later on, once I began to eat, that I realized I was given the wrong ice cream 👎☹️

Service was great! It would be nice if more seats were outside. Only a few tables and when customers finish their ice cream they should be considered of others. Maybe have a limit time of seating.

Ice-cream is delicious, but the service was lacking. It was my first time there and I asked for a pint of one of thier small batch ice creams and was told no. She claimed its not prepackaged and they wont do it by hand. I later find out that they can in fact pack it for me but she just didnt want to for whatever reason. Highly disappointed!

Even though the inside n outside customers were lined up, staff kept a good pace,were kind, n helpful to me. Will certainly go back there.and was super clean.

Everything here is delicious. When you walk into the store you are usually greeted with the smell of fresh baked waffle cones. My favorites are the chocolate shakes that are so thick you have to eat them with a spoon until it melts a bit to get through the straw, and the Banana Royal.

Quick service and super good ice cream!

After selling out of peanut butter cookie dough I was finally told it was in stock. I placed my order to only realize it was just peanut butter…yuck! Not on piece of cookie dough and the peanut butter was not mixed well.

You want quality great tasting ice cream/milk, get thee to Oberweis Dairy! I love the crew at Orland Park Illinois. Nicest and fastest sharp crew around. Safe as well as I witnessed someone enter with no face mask. They were asked kindly to step outside and all was handled professionally by that crew. Kudos as they were being safe for all parties!Again, I love the quality of Oberweis and mainly the awesome Malts!

Went to walk in to order due to drive through line being long, and was told I had to wear a mask. Which normally I would have no issue with minus the fact that another customer had walked in, ordered and walked out with no mask on. And I’m a vaccinated individual and a manager would not explain why I had to wear a mask while someone else didn’t. Waste of time coming here.

The service was good, however; the spoons that they gave us were dirty. I mean they had leftover chocolate and ice cream on them as if they had been taken from the dirty dish pan. The chair had partially dried ice cream on it, and the floor was full of chocolate and sprinkles. The conversation behind the counter was about how much work they do and if they were compensated for all their work they would make more money. I can only pray that the dish I had my ice cream from was properly washed clean. What Ive seen today will definitely have me thinking about whether or not to return. If the floor was dirty and the chair was dirty then chances are the table was dirty as well, I took some napkins and used the hand sanitizer to wipe things down. I was surprised to hear an employee complaining about the fact that a customer went through the drive thru and ordered a single loaf of bread. Its just shameful what banter the customers have to endure when in this establishment.

I like this location it’s not too busy the staff are attentive, it’s clean, I wish the milk would be a couple dollars less but aside from that I guess you get what you pay for. The ice cream is a little rich for my family’s system but it is a yummy treat once in a while. Re customer service, I give it five ⭐️.

Every single time I come here, I am satisfied. I really only get 3 or 4 flavors, Im not super adventurous (😆) but it always hits the spot. Drive thru is always a reasonable wait to however long the line is, and I love that you can play chess inside! Great place to get a well-deserved treat ❤️

We went into the store tonight super excited for the ice cream, we had forgotten masks so we used our jackets, extra T shirts, and all the material we had so that our mouths and noses were completely covered. Colleen, the manager that night came up to us and informed us that we must have a face covering and that the extra material we were using was not in line with their policy. I assure you that our mouths and noses were completely covered, but she said they wouldn’t accept our face coverings. She then proceeded to get close to us and stand within a foot of us as to intimidate us until we stood in the back of the store. My friend (who is a grown woman) was looking at me and Colleen proceeded to heard her out with her hand and referred to her as sweetie in a rude manner. At this point, there was a scene being caused and everyone was staring. We tried to reason with her by saying that we had effective face coverings on, even though they weren’t masks. Our husbands were forced out, I took the shirt off my husbands back to cover almost my entire face and when we entered in, she approached us again and another scene was made when she checked us again for masks. The employees seemed flustered and gave me the wrong shake. Another employee was kind enough to come out and apologize for the way we were treated.

I love oberweis ice cream

Ordered their new PretzelBerry ice cream flavor. Tasted more like a strawberry with graham cracker mixed in, but it was quite yummy. Would definitely order again. My group ordered 6 different menu items and they arrived quickly from the friendly staff. Chess boards at the tables were fun while we ate our desserts.

I always enjoy my time here, and the staff is so nice. I like to sit inside and eat there. They’ve always gotten my order right and are efficient. The prices are definitely worth it since you get a lot of ice cream. They also have chess available here if you want to play.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Everytime I come here it either closes earlier than advertised or like today 6/15 I was told they wouldnt make me a shake because the dishwasher was broken and they didnt feel like cleaning up the mess. Way to treat your local paramedics

Sadly, after good experiences previously, this evening we ordered two chocolate CAKE shakes and were handed what turned out to be chocolate shakes without the cake. I only go to Oberweiss for the cake shakes. I was too tired from working all day to turn my car around after a few blocks out and return them. I drove from Frankfort for the shakes and really wish I hadn’t expended that energy.

Great ice cream to great service. Flavors maybe limited but they do have options and more than typical plain flavors. Ice cream is creamy and they serve them in glass bowls with long stem spoons. Few of the tables have chess on it also inside, there is seating outside also. They sell milk and ice cream in containers also. Do have cakes too.

SOOOO delicious!! Very friendly service. I had the Apple crisp sundae, I could die happy now if that was my fate!! They have chess sets at the tables, so much fun! Highly recommend!!

Good quality icecream, however they dont follow instructions very well. Toppings were added to my order that I specifically asked not to be included.

Coleen was horribly rude. Very disrespectful to us and our party. Very unprofessional. Never have I been treated like that before.The cake shake was actually tasty. And another worker came and apologized to us for the incident, so that’s why there is actually 1 Star

First time there! Had the vanilla shake! Sounds boring, considering the many choices they offer, but the shake was excellent!!!! The most memorable thing about the visit was the intoxicating aroma that permeates the entire place!! Cant wait to go back and try some of the other flavors! Would definitely recommend the place, if you have an affinity for frozen delights!!

Its good ice cream, sure. But when Plush Horse is so close, why would you even bother going here? Their ice cream is so much better.Sorry Oberweis. If they didnt exist Id give you a better review, but in comparison its just like saying do you want $100, or $20. Of course its $100 every time.

The ice cream at this restaurant is so pure and fresh its as if you were on a dairy farm itself! I bought a chocolate milk shake and even though it was a small size, it was still huge. One of the best milk shakes Ive ever had!

Great shop. Im a stickler about making sure that whoever makes my banana split wash their hands first. You cant come from being at the window taking orders and then start making my banana split. I mentioned that to the manager and she said, I always wash my hands before I touch the food. I though that it was good but over $8 for a banana split is a bit much. I will be back but only on special occasions as they say, far and few between visits.

Usually they get the order right...sometimes not. But the ice cream is amazing! If you havent tried the coffee toffee caramel sundae, I highly recommend it. You can also change it up by replacing coffee ice cream with coconut chocolate almond. Best ever.

I must say the lemon sorbet is delicious. I wanted to try the mango sorbet but they didnt have it. Maybe next time theyll have it in stock. If not theres always another location that does.

Oberweis Ice Cream is always excellent quality ice cream. This location has good service and good product. I always enjoy my ice cream here, so if you never had Oberweis in your life, you are doing yourself a disservice.
