I used Hortons in LaGrange for the lighting in my new build. We had to close on our home without all of our lighting being installed. We are missing fixtures and parts to several lights. I call and email every day to track these items down and never get a response. My rep is ALWAYS with a customer. Whenever I speak to her (if she happens to answer the phone) she tells me that she is too busy and will look into snd get back to me. This company all about getting new business but once they have your money, you don’t matter.

The only place I could find what I saw in my head. The best pieces you can find anywhere still at reasonable prices. The customer service could be a tad better. A few times, I felt like the ladies were being inconvenienced from my questions. But other than that, Im glad I was able to find the lighting for my home.

John was an absolute delight today assisting me with picking lights for my entire home! He was patient and he and his assistant (sorry I didnt get her name) even looked for lights online for me. Their outlet pricing is very, very reasonable as well!!! Thank you!! I am a customer for life and will definitely refer to friends.

This location is an outlet so they don’t have catalogs to review, but they were very helpful nonetheless.

I felt very unwelcome in the store. The staff seemed to help other customers that looked like them. I walked in looking to spend money as I had viewed the website prior. Knowing what I wanted to buy already.

Friendly service but not much inventory

Ive been updating my light fixtures, and John and Marcy have been wonderful to work with. My sons and I appreciate both their knowledge, and time they spend with us. I love everything Ive purchased so far, and Im confident that will continue with purchases still to go!

Needed a new kitchen light fixture, and had never set foot inside the store before. Staff asked what i needed, walked me over, showed me my options, price was competitive, and i was out the door in 5 minutes with a new light fixture that was easy to install.
