Such a cool store. It’s expensive but has some unique pieces for decoration. They also have a wedding registry too.

Girls there are so helpful. They all really seem to love their job. Service is outstanding. Do a walk through. Furniture, bedding, bathroom items, dishes, lamps, and so much more. Across from William and Sonoma on ground floor by Macys and Cheesecake Factory.......P.S. I HAD TO RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM AND THEY WERE JUST AS GRACIOUS AS IF I WERE BUYING SOMETHING... If I could I would give them more than 5 star rating.

I have been shopping for a couch to replace my 20+....yes, I said 20+...year old set. Other things in life had taken priority and I just ignored it. Been all over..every major chain and family store..even online . But I wanted to SIT on the couch...try it out. SEE the colors and fabrics . I wanted a mid-century feel, and a deep seating area. Washable fabric that was pet/ kid friendly, and was not connected as an L or U shape. Found it!Pottery Barn in the Orland Park Mall had my answer. Never in a million years would I think Id go to the mall to get furniture...my salesperson was FANTASTIC! She was patient as I shopped, measured to see if they would fit in the door, answering all my questions, showing me options, giving ideas in all price ranges, payment options.....I left with samples of colors, and fabrics. No pressure, clean store, which I really enjoyed....needless to say I LOVE my new couch and love seat...if your in the need for anything for your home, go to Pottery Barn. The sales are great, and they will work with your budget. Taryn is a fantastic associate and highly recommend her. Pottery Barn has a new fan...!

Bad customer service experience with a rude guy chewing gum while he refused to match their current online sale price for items I had paid for but not yet received. Apparently their computer does not allow for any adjustments to orders as far as actual cash credit back. Beware of gift card credit, as it will be deducted from your original pay price and not refunded to you if you return the items. So yes, I got a gift card for the difference between the sale price and the full price, but I did not want it. What happened to Pottery Barn? There are so many other customer service friendly companies!

We viewed a bunch of furniture online at PBs website but wanted to see it in person before buying. Kathy, the general manager of the Orland store, was very helpful. She took the time to diagram out our room and sketch how the furniture would fit in the room. She made great suggestions about customizing the furniture to best suit our tastes and the room.

Beautiful furniture but way over priced for their furniture

Sometimes an antiquated activity or artifact can be ressurected from obselecence when it is embued with beauty. Its a bit of a strange feeling writing a glowing review for Pottery Barn. Perhaps its because The Pottery Barn is a major retailer. I generally dont feel the need to support an internationally recognized brand. However, I found a really unique item that I love. Its worth mentioning that I really dont like shopping of any kind. On this particular visit, I picked up a beautifully decorated Scrabble board as a gift for my Dad on Fathers Day. It seems like an unnecessary extravegence but its proven to be a lot of fun playing old school. With a physical board, one is compelled to perform all the analog tasks which the digital version of the game does for you. Pottery Barn contributed their trademark iconic redesign of the Scrabble set which evokes a pleasant nostalgia. Pottery Barn may not be a Ma and Pop shop but their entire inventory weaves a unique stylistic thread. I imagine this is the result of hard work from several design teams and product curatators. Below is the Scrabble board I mentioned earlier. It was worth the price given all the fun Ive shared playing with family and friends.

Update- they hired a woman with long black hair and glasses, she basically chased my kids and I out of the store while we were shopping for new bedding. Yes the kids climbed up on the bed but cmon. Very rude and so not like them. We could not complete our purchase because she made us so uncomfortable.This Pottery Barn has the best customer service, which is important when investing in high quality furniture and decorations. We love their bedding, draperies, kitchenware, holiday decor, bathroom essentials, and more. My kids love their pajamas and my wife lives in her fur hooded robe. They are also loyal to their customers, and took care of us when our beloved fur throw started bothering our 3 month old baby. The store manager was so kind and earned even more business from us. Great style, quality, and overall company.

Very small PB, with limited inventory vs. other PBs in the surrounding area.Clean and well organized store.Inconvenient that it is inside the mall. It is on the bottom floor in case you are not familiar with its location.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly, I always walk away very pleased with their service. recently made a large purchase and the designer Susan nailed it with everything I was looking for, even told me what not to spend money on, and what are better options !

This is by far my worst experience with both store management and a customer service center. We ordered in store from Esterlee: 2 leather chairs, a custom arm chair, custom left sided chaise and custom right sided love seat from this location. Upon delivery, they had two RIGHT arm love seats and we were missing one of the chairs. Why would someone order two right sided anythings?? The delivery manager [over the phone] told us to refuse both the love seats, we kept the leather chairs, and said they would call us to fix it the next day. No call. Eventually got an email saying the missing chair was coming. No word on chaise or love seat. So i called them to discuss. Apparently the love seat was never reordered on their end. Find out that reordering estimate was going to be 12 weeks from scratch. When attempting to reorder from service center, find out that fabric is discontinued. She recommended calling delivery hub to see if the 2 right arm love seats could be reclaimed. Customer service starting calling their delivery center so i started talking to the store manager, Joanne. Joanne says the fabric isnt discontinued and can be ordered. Im on with service center again and they say the right handed love seats are gone. I get a voice mail from Joanne while calling. On voicemail Joanne says yes the fabric is still available and we can... [typing] uh.... [more typing]... *click. I call her back and she confirms 15 mins later that fabric IS discontinued. Joanne then offered replacement fabric type... she doesnt realize we have TWO other pieces with the same fabric en route... says they could replace all three... [probably 12 weeks late]. Of course, we have a living room with no furniture and we are expecting lots of family and guests in Sept...I considered this and asked how much could they discount this 6k order and they said cannot offer anything upfront or guarantee any delivery time or that they would be the proper items. I asked for full refund and they can pick up their two leather chairs instead and credit account. Too bad we signed up for a potterybarn credit card and paid the balance with cash. Manager says they would cut a check for the 4500 we already paid. Will keep everyone updated to see if we get the refund or if they try some other trick on us. DO NOT BUY POTTERY BARN. Do a google search: pottery barn customer service reviews. I CAME TO FIND OUT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS ONLINE. Total time spent on the phone with these idiots was 4 hours.

BEAUTIFUL things but a but OVER PRICED.

Was greated and assisted in finding what I needed right away and they had great advice along the way.

Great looking stuff but be prepared to send back your items over and over again. Nothing ever comes in correct and every item ordered has quality control issues.

Nice layout, dining type items,chic design houseware items .Clean and well stocked.

Purchased at various times $800 worth of luminaire candles and some came defective. They replaced the ones that were defective and credited me for all but the last one I had to return. I disputed the charge even after the rep on the phone saw where the error happened. Two months later I received a charge for the one I returned. Instead of spending time once again on the phone I am paying for that candle, and I closed my Silver Status credit card account and will never shop there again. No regrets because they are too pricy and can buy just as good or if not better items online or HomeGoods. They continue to treat their good customers like this another Brick and Mortar store will soon be closing.

Totally overpriced, but they have nice stuff . I cant help but think about the Friends episode with Phoebe hating Pottery Barn! when I am there.
