Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a simple scan of a drawing and to save it to a file. Bill was very helpful and went through the process step by step and double checked the scanned file was in working order. Thank you Bill and FedEx.

This was my first time at a FedEx office, and I had a great experience, mostly due to the staff member assisting me. I think his name was Corey (not to profile, but a man with glasses and lighter, orange colored hair). He was extremely friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable during a process Ive never executed before. I could tell he deals with people from many walks of life because he was extremely surprised and appreciative that I took the package cart back to the front area. He deserves recognition.

Super helpful staff!! Recently had problems with another shipping company and FedEx was able to solve all of them in an extremely timely and friendly manner!

I needed a lot of flyers and brochures printed for our business and grew tired of doing it ourselves. We came in Saturday and the Store Manager Nikki was so helpful and made everything a breeze! We were able to get our flyers printed quickly and our double sided tri-fold brochures printed and folded. If I were to do this on my own Id still be printing at home 3 days later! On a separate day we also worked with the Assistant Store Manager Kenneth to get another set of brochures printed and everything was done quickly & professionally as well. Save yourself lots of headaches and frustration and have your printing done here!

I prefer this location over others and highly recommend people I know to go to this establishment because of the friendly staff members that work here and the place is really well organized and clean. I go there every week to drop off boxes and they are always willing to assist you. Robert the manager and Deontay ( or Donovan ) ( horrible with names, sorry) are so nice and helpful even when extremely busy.

I use this location most of the time to ship a weekly delivery for work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best Fed Ex location!!

Incompetence, poor customer service, very unfriendly.Ive been here three times and all three times it was a terrible experience.Seriously no exaggeration and this place is pretty close to me. I drive further away to a different FedEx because this place is so trash.

This post is a few weeks late, but I had to write this review. I visited this location on a week day morning. The manager, I think his name was Robert, was the best at multitasking. He was managing phones, fedex drivers, walk in customers and me. I needed assistance making copies of blueprints that had seen better days. The pages needed manual assistance to be pulled through the machine. Robert assisted me with this along with about 10-12 other people in the 30 mins I was there. He was extremely polite and respectful to everyone, regardless of how over stretched his efforts were that day. He definitely should have had someone else working with him, but he handled his work efficiently and effectively! I would recommend this location any day. This guy needs a pay raise!

Store was set to open at 8am Saturday, and at 8:30am there still was no one to open the store. I wait with 5 others outside

Tawa at the shipping counter is super slow and only cares to butch about lunch break to the manager instead of just doing her job and shipping the packages.
