This is an amazing store. I go to this store to drop off packages and letters for my company all the time and never have and never will have a bad experience. All the employees are very helpful and respectful. Thank you for all you guys do

I have used the Orland Park UPS store for many years due to the staff. They are friendly, professional and efficient. I am in there every day, so I see how they interact with the casual customers and am always impressed how well they treat each and every one of them. Highly recommend.

Change your hours on google and on the UPS app. It’s annoying to expect to pick up my package and I’m not able to. There was 5 other customers trying to do the same or dropping off.

We worked directly with Syron, he was professional, courteous and efficient. We were shipping 8 boxes from his location to Stow, OH and he made the process seamless. I recommend using this store for all your shipping needs..Excellent effort Syron.

It is extremely difficult for me as a human first and a consumer second to see some of these awful reviews for a business which I am certain was started by a person who risked much of his/her savings, only to have some entitled individuals who feel their tush must be kissed every step they take and if they don’t, they sit on their mobile phones and write an awful review intended to cause harm to the businesses which did not pamper their behinds. I have been going to this location for a few years and thank the stars it’s their for mine & our collective convenience.Thank you owner and workers, keep up the good work and if you don’t have a notary when I need one, I’ll go somewhere else or come back when you do.

Poor service, I was waiting in line, and the customer service rep, offered to help the next customer, and disregarded that I was standing there first, and offered to help the person behind me. The person behind me, informed her that I was next, and should help me, not her. I am African American, and the person behind me wasnt.

Quick in& out no issues

Deceitful. Take your business elsewhere. Guy at counter tried to hide from me that UPS supplies free overnight envelopes and he tried to charged me for an envelope. I laughed, told him I know UPS supplies envelopes for my item, walked out, & took my business to UPS Store Tinley Park.

I just stopped by because online it said they were open. Drove all the way over here and their closed for the holiday!
