Thank you to Christian and Adam for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I spent no more than 5 seconds in the gaming section before Christian asked if we needed help. Shortly after, Adam helped us and helped educate us a little bit on our new products. Christian introduced himself as the GM, and it surely shows that his staff follow in his footsteps. VERY impressed!!!
A nice smaller store with good service and a friendly staff. The location can be both good and bad - in a very busy area at I-4/Conroy/Millenia, though if you’re not used to the area you might miss the entrances off of both Conroy and Millenia. There’s no sign on either road and the building itself is set back a bit behind some car dealers and fast food, so you might miss it.
The people were terrific. Watson and Steven were so helpful. Watson even went out to my car to make sure I got the correct items I needed and took time to explain exactly how to use them. He really knows his stuff. I bought the last CD player in the store. You guys ROCK.
Best Buy locations across the country today were supplied with PS5s. At 7:30am employees were to start handing out tickets which would guarantee the opportunity to purchase a console. When I got there I was not surprised to see the line of people waiting, but was surprised to find out that numerous people in line had multiple tickets. Some had 4, others had 3, and so on. I also found that people were posting about having multiple tickets across the country. Whats worse, is that the people with multiple tickets were telling me to wait until they purchased their units, and then theyd sell me one for 1k. So in essence, Best Buy is enabling scalping. I would think that consumers should only be allowed one ticket, giving many more people the opportunity to purchase these highly sought after consoles.SMH
It is great if you go in store. But for the LOVE OF GOD do NOT they to call. The people you call dont know how to do their job properly. I had asked to buy a new xbox and they sent me on hold for something completely different without telling me to hold and he was also very hard to understand. Then proceeded to make me run out of time to buy it before it sold out. Again. If you go into the store it is perfect. But if you call it lacks in customer service.
Ed was wonderful, he was working our order and handling sever other employee and store issues. The store is short staffed like others but you can tell he was working hard to meet customer expectations. Give this guy a promotion!
Went yesterday to pick up an online order. The door person never said hello. I headed over to the pick up desk and there was one employee there. I said hello, he just sat there looking at his computer screen saying nothing. Thirty seconds later he asks.... Picking up? I said, yes! He motions with his hand to move over to his right. Saying nothing else. Then a you lady came over and without saying a word started to sign on to the computer. Grabbed the scanner to scan my code without saying a word. I stopped, looked at her and said... Good morning! She finally said hello. Gave me my product and left. Her name was Maria. She was working the morning of 10/5 around 10am. Unfortunately I didnt get the name of the other employee with the attitude that was right next to her. He shouldnt be near any customers as his attitude is best suited at a constructions site. He seemed like he may be part of the store security. Either way both have a long way to go on how to treat their customers. I then called their number to speak to a manager. The store number sends you over to a call center. They took the information and told me someone from the store will call me within 24-48 hours. That has passed and no one has called.
Looks like they are going out of business. Empty displays. Very small selection. Everything from the back in the floor. I have seen this before with Sound Advice, Tiger Direct, CompUSA...

Great service got an hp chromebook for my daughter for virtual learning. Its perfect for google classroom.
People were nice. Even though sold out of ps5 they were very nice. Talked me into a switch for my kids.
I went in for a light kit install not a major install 3 wires and the runs for the front and back seat lights. He got the front and back seat lights mounted but not wired the first day after an hour and a half. The installs for the connections was done the next day and I was cool with that but dropped the car off at about 12:30pm and he was done about 7pm (long time for 3 wires). He connected the light trigger by stripping the control wire and just wrapping the wire around it did not tape it or shrink wrap it. The positive wire he just stuck under a fuse (put the wire across it and stuck the fuse back in I had also included a fuse tap for him to use but he didnt that is a very poor way to do work very unprofessional.
This is my favorite Best Buy in Central Florida because its pretty big and they always have plenty of merchandise, and it is in a great location with plenty of restaurants around, the team is pretty friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Have not been inside for months but curbside pickup service is simple and easy. I have enjoyed the competitive pricing online without going through Amazon or going in the store.
Went in looking for a variable power A/C adapter for a device. The staff went out of their way to locate the item - when I couldnt find it. Will shop there again

Purchased item online, Went to the Best Buy location chosen. Parked in the designated area for purchase pick ups. Gave them our parking spot #, we were given a 4 digit # to display to the person delivering our purchase. Opened the trunk, Our item placed into the trunk. This was the easiest purchase ever made. Do not waste your time at this store-they are looking for money only and do not know the value of customer service at all. If you have any problem with anything you buy, these employees will NOT help you. Trust me. I’ve been trying for 20 days to get some customer service both in store with the manager Eduardo and online and I’ve not come across one helpful person. They are great at giving the run around and pointing fingers without addressing any real customer concerns. Worst I’ve seen.

So I love best buy spend thousands a year there, but this location let me down. Went in for a sound bar mount. Wasnt in the correct spot. 6 associates in the TV area standing around doing nothing. Finally one helped me. The mount was not in the correct spot. Go to check out and there was only 1 person running a register at 430 in the afternoon. After standing in a line of 6 people 2 more associates showed up. Ive never seen a location run so poorly. Ive gone to other locations and had better service. For millena mall area I excepted better. Ill not return to this location.

Sold me a “new” product that was damaged. I noticed and tried to return/exchange within 12 hours of purchase. Not only did they refuse, but they wouldn’t even send a manager to talk to me. Absolutely awful customer service.

I went to purchase a Fitbit. The salesperson, Aaron, was awesome. He listened and answered all my questions. I purchased a Fitbit Versa 3 and then he offered to assist me in setting it up. I couldnt ask for a kinder sales associate.

Never go to this store!!!Worst Manager I have ever seen.I bought a product online, which said it was available at this store, the attendant told me to wait MORE THAN 1 HOUR! After a long wait, he came to tell me that he was “sorry” that actually that product was not available in the store. So I asked to talk to the Manager, who treated me very badly, saying that I shouldnt have waited, and that when the website shows that they have the product available in this store, it doesnt mean that its true LOL. And finally, I went on the shelf to look for a similar product, and guess what! The product I was looking for was there, it was available in the store!!! Horrible!

I use to work for Best Buy, I k ow that most stores Carrey the same items, but this one is different, it’s a photographers heaven, so many small accessories, you walk in to buy 2 items & walk out with 5, plus another 5 on your To-Get-List. Shout out to the GM Christian who helped me pick the right items and for keeping this store photogrpaher friendly.
Hands down the quickest, smoothest, and easiest online pickup I have ever been a part of at any Best Buy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and I started out as the third person in line so thats testament to their efficiency. Well done.

Super Fast Pick-up. I reserved my laptop and in less than 20 minutes I was already notified that it was ready for pickup. I swung by the store amd was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Curbside or in-store pickup is quite nice. I do like ordering online but going to the brick and mortar store yields a feeling you cant get from behind your laptop screen or phone. Order online, and pick it up in the store for the best of both worlds. See you soon!

Best place for a one stop solution for all your electronic needs. Staff here are very friendly and are knowledgeable compared to the other outlets. Please step in to understand the difference yourself. It was a very quick decision to buy some stuff after a detailed discussion and comparison of product with the staff.

They always have great deals and if not they price match. If I need something same day they are pretty reliable tho I wish they held more variety in stock. Always double check online for the best experience and prices.

I came to get a back up camera and had no clue which products would work for my car. Thankfully, Derrick in the Installation Center with the Geek Squad was so kind and helpful. He walked with me through the store to show me my options and gave honest opinions of each one. Throughout the installation he gave me updates on progress and the result was better than I could have imagined. I am so thankful he and his partner were so helpful and knowledgeable.
Im sure that if you need help they can help fast at what you need and nice always with me on the go over the road or at home. You can not do better.

I really like this Best Buy location! Located in a great area! Easy to access! Staff is friendly and always willing to help! And the best part.... theyre willing to fix and own their mistakes! I bought a drone, didnt realize it wasnt the one I wanted until after leaving the store! The mix up was, the wrong one was grabbed from the cabinet and neither myself or the employee checked to make sure it was the one I wanted! You know... excitement to go fly the new drone right! Well, upon unboxing the drone I quickly realized it wasnt the one I wanted. I called to see if I could exchange it, they said yes. When I went in to exchange it, they were very kind and professional. They didnt charge me the restocking fee because it technically wasnt my fault I purchased the wrong one, even though I honestly did have a part in that. And I greatly appreciate the employees working with me to make me a happy customer! Im still as happy as the day I bought the first one, even more so because they treated me so well during my exchange! Ill definitely be going back to this Best Buy (on Millennial in a Orlando) for anything else I need to buy from Best Buy!

Nice store and quick service
Well, today was my Birthday so my family went in last week to buy me a Galaxy watch, my father asked for the top of the line watch (the galaxy titanium LTE) and he got the LTE one, no biggie as I wanted the base version anyways... but anywho, we went back in today since I just received it and found out it was wrong and decided to exchange it... First of all, we had to pay $45 for the restocking fee, I mean my father did sign a paper stating he understood the restock fee, but fairly he did think he was getting the Titanium LTE version, not regular LTE, because it is what he asked for... Secondly, I couldnt exchange it for the titanium (since thats what he still wanted even though I didnt care) because they didnt have it in stock, nor order it, im a little disappointed there because they should have it, its kind of what their store is all about.Id be happy but theyre still out $45 and I feel bad about it... if theres anything best buy could do about it, Id love to hear from them!

I dont even know where to start prior to visiting this location. I went through over 20 calls no exaggeration (all with attitude) and three different stores all which did not help. I spoke with Irma Customer Returns rep and Ed store manager who immediately jumped on my case and helped. They were more than friendly and I want this to get to the highest of best buy representatives to make sure they get recognition for assisting me with my situation. Prior to this I was never going to bring my business to BestBuy again.Best Buy feel free to reach out to me any time in regard to this situation.
This is a nice store. I came in to exchange my phone screen protector and look for a new phone case. Employees were friendly, helpful and honest about the best deals. A member of the geek squad explained the process of exchanging the protection glass in the future. Someone from the customer service at the store provided me with the number to call for a change of address. It was nice to see a few of employees willing to help me. I had a good experience.

Yep .. there is a Best Buy (aka Buy More) here. It looked like every other Best Buy and has a Geek Squad (aka Nerd Herd). They had what I needed. Found it quickly and then I left.
The store is clean and organized however it was hard to find an employee to help us...
We went to pick up an item that we bought online. The process was fast and smooth.
All the phones and sample products were alarmed so you can pick them up and look at them.
Just moved from Chicago. LOVE this store. Photographer who uses high end Sony cameras and they had whay I was looking for. Friendly and Knowlegable staff. Very clean store. Would highly recommend this store to everybody. Each section of the store is very well laid out.
I didnt really go inside but i had the chance to spend more time with my friend. :D
